The credit rating represents an assessment of the relative level of risk associated with the timely payments required by the debt obligation. In this paper, we present a new approach to credit rating of customers based on the rough set theory. The concept of a rough set appeared to be an effective tool for the analysis of customer information systems representing knowledge gained by experience. The customer information system describes a set of customers by a set of multi-valued attributes, called condition attributes. The customers are classified into groups of risk subject to an expert's opinion, called decision attribute. A natural problem of knowledge analysis consists then in discovering relationships, in terms of decision rules, between description of customers by condition attributes and particular decisions. The rough set approach enables one to discover minimal subsets of condition attributes ensuring an acceptable quality of classification of the customers analyzed and to derive decision rules from the customer information system which can be used to support decisions about rating new customers. Using the rough set approach one analyses only facts hidden in data, it does not need any additional information about data and does not correct inconsistencies manifested in data; instead, rules produced are categorized into certain and possible. A real problem of the evaluation of the evaluation of credit rating by a department store is studied using the rough set approach.

There are several methods for building optimal eco-villages in a narrow territory. To derive a new optimal eco-village factors by combining environmental factors from ubiquitous sensor network and topography factors, this study attempted to investigate ecological spaces of specific human settlements, to compare those with the spatial analytical results on natural real settlements, and to draw a construction plan for an optimal ecological village. This study presented a new milestone for building eco-villages in the large or small village units of the entire country in the fact that we can find a living space to make natural healing possible by integrating ecological factors and wellbeing spatial configuration using more healthy natural space. Also, this study proposed a practical method to do so.

BIPV(Building Integrated PV) system can expect dual effects that reduce expenses for establishment of PV system by adding new function as outer covering material of building expect producing the electricity. In case of PV(photovoltaic system) there are many generation differences according to the exterior environmental facts(solar cell array, design and installation condition of interactive inverter system). In this paper, we compared constitute factors of 3kW BIPV(solar cell module, inverter), operating characteristic and total system characteristic(utilization, generation efficiency, loss fact) and found out long time operating data using a watch instrumentations. By use of long time operating result, compare a totally operating characteristics, and we proposed a next building application of BIPV. BIPV system that is proposed in this paper, was established in Solar Energy research center of Chosun University, composed with system. The objective of this paper, is to provide a efficient BIPV design method through the considerations for the integration of PV system.

Construction Management tends to create a formal procurement resulted from recent legislative procedures system in domestic construction industry. However, the fact that construction Manager(CMr) has been chosen, in practice, under a poor circumstance in selecting and discriminating specialty requires the more optimal procedures. Therefore, in this research, we analyze the existing shortcomings. the various procedures, influence factors, and the criteria to be considered in selecting and evaluating CMr. Also. this study suggests the improved method based on the facts above. To accomplish the construction project successfully, it is one of the advanced schemes to choose an adequate CMr needed to the project through the precision in the formation and application of the procedure as well as the suggested criterion in selecting CM.

Based on Smart Phone, this study added and implemented the mobile App to the existing IT agriculture system, which system automatically controlled green house's growth environment. Because the mobile App characterfully possesses high portability, limited resource, mobile wireless network support, enterprise mobile computing support, etc., the hybrid-App should be inevitably adopted. The hybrid App can minimize resource consumption for performing related duties and also, in spite of the mobile device's limits, it can derive high performance, in which facts the system can ensure the service-based architecture's reliance and also, implements the highly sophisticated functionality as well. Through the proposed system, the study expects to contribute to improve quality of life as well as to increase farmer's income through IT-based agriculture system development.

Traditionally courts have been adopted over the years two standards of dealing with compliance of documents such as strict compliance and substantial compliance and the substantial compliance, which was somewhat less demanding than the strict compliance. However the new guidelines of ICC's international standard banking practice for the examination of documents under documentary credits set up how the UCP is to be applied in practice. The payment obligations of an issuing bank to a beneficiary are independence of the performance or the nonperformance of any contract underlying the letter of credit. However, strictly applying the principle of independence and abstraction could produce unfair results by operating unjustly enrich an unscrupulous beneficiary in case of fraud. Accordingly, when a beneficiary presents complying documents, the issuing bank is bound to honour the presentation unless the fraud rule applies on the facts of the case such as forged or material fraud. If it does, the issuing bank(issuer) needs not pay despite the complying presentation of documents by the beneficiary under the Uniform Commercial Code Article 5-109 and case law in America. However the fraud rule was not addressed in UCP 600. In conclusion, view in terms of legal principle and the court cases is variable and difficult to honour or dishonour the presentation in case of application of the independence principle and fraud rule such as the problems on burden of proof timely, possibility of granting injunction in order to protect against victim for bona fide applicant.

Stainless steel has been stably used closed by passivity oxidation films(Cr₂O₃) is made by neutral atmospheric environment. However, passivity oxidaton films of the surface of stainless steel occasionally comes to be destroyed in seawater which is influenced by an environment having galogen ion like Cl‾, then, localization corrosion comes to occur Stainless steel 304 for shaft system material of the small-size FRP fishing boat on seawater environments made an experiment on simulation of sacrifical anode(Al, Zn). Through these experiment and study, following results have been obtained ; According to the field inspection and corrosion simulation, the corrosion on the 2nd class stainless steel shaft(STS304) in FRP fishing boat has been verified to occur by crevice corrosion and galvanic corrosion etc., According to the comparison and analysis of Stainless steel 304 was severely corroded, but, protected shaft specimen was not totallay corroded. This result is assumed to be made by the facts that anodic reaction, Fe → fe²+＋ 2e¯, has been restricted by the cathodic protection current of sacrificial anode material.

본 논문은 한전의 "FACTS 계통운용 기술개발연구(II단계:80MVA UPFC 도입, 설치)" 연구과제에서 수행된 연구내용 중 위치결정의 배경 및 기대효과에 대한 사항을 일부 발췌하여 논문으로 작성하였다. 위 연구과제는 한전 전력연구원과 (주)효성 중공업연구소, 전기연구소, 기초연, 미국의 Siemens사가 공동으로 참여하여 80MVA UPFC(Unified Power Flow Controller) 시스템, 변압기, 통신장치 등을 제작, 설치하여 2003년 4월에 완료되는 과제이다. 전력연구원은 80MVA UPFC가 효율적이고. 경제적인 운용이 가능하도록, 한전 본사 관련부서와 협의, 전남지역의 154kV 강진변전소를 설치위치로 최종 결정하였다.

For an application of ontology, query processing is mandatory field for efficient information search in the ontology. Other query processing systems tend to analyze only facts and to simply provide structural information for users. In fact, the systems do not have big difference with database systems or text based information processing systems. Therefore, in this research, the method which can provide the inferred information based on axioms is suggested in order to maximize reusability of ontology.

Recently, in spite of fast development of smartphone, recording technology has saved, listened and searched in server based on PSTN and wired network. We introduce a mobile transcript recording system for mobile office environment. All calls using smartphone are automatically saved on memory in mobile device with this system. Thereafter, recording files are encrypted and uploaded to recording server by user authority. Beside recording data in database on web server is saved and managed efficiently and economically through web application. This system is able to be used in legal corroborative facts and the prevention of crime such as voice phishing.
