The result of this study well be influenced on hotel food & beverage to large extent. And that is linked with what the government is pursuing. What This study focused are followings. First, this study is tried to survey the role of tourist hotel F & B as eating out industry. Second, this study analyzed the most important factors when selecting the tourist hotel F & B. Third, this study looked for the further alternatives on the issues of tourist hotel F & B. Such focuses as these can be expected various, and several of those are as followings. First, this study can expect the understanding on the flow of F & B in the world and the development of ingenious management strategies. Second, this study can promote the developing effort of undeveloped korean food, and have an largely effect on from the tourist hotel restaurant to deluxe restaurant, public restaurant, and home. Thrid, this study will provide the opportunity to confirm the role and direction of tourist hotel, which maximizing affirmative effect.

The effects of age and dietary fatty acid composition on prostagladin production was investigated in Sprague-Dawley strain male rats. Animals weighing 88.6$\pm$2.2g were fed 10% dietary fat(W/W, 20% of total energy). The P/S ratios of dietary lipid were three levels(0.5, 1, 2) and there were three different levels of n-6/n-3 fatty acid ratio(2, 4, 8) in each P/S ratio. The experimental period were 1 month and 12 months, respectively. The results of this study were as follows. As the age of rats increased, the plasma thromboxane B2 production increased, but aorta 6-keto prostaglandin F1$\alpha$ decreased. When a higher amount of n-3 fatty acid was fed in each P/S ratio, the relative percentage of linolenic acid and EPA in platelet increased.

In the search for novel, natural melanogenesis inhibitors, a new sesquiterpene, inularin, was isolated from the flowers of Inula britannica, and the structure was determined using spectroscopic and chemical methods. The antimelanogenic effects of inularin on B16F10 melanoma cells and zebrafish embryos were evaluated. Inularin dose-dependently reduced melanocyte-stimulating hormone-induced melanin production and L-DOPA oxidation in B16F10 cells. Zebrafish embryos were used to confirm the antimelanogenic activity. Inularin significantly decreased the pigmentation of embryos compared with untreated controls.

This paper attempts to examine the degree of chef's satisfaction on food purchasing in 5-star hotel in Seoul. Nowadays, hotel industry in Korea is becoming more and more competitive and the hotel products higher education. Among a range of divisions in deluxe hotel in Seoul, in particular, a F&B division has been more profitable than the others. It is widely accepted that the proportion of revenue obtained from F&B sales is higher than that of revenue from room sales. However, under the IMF intervention, hotels in Korea trend to depend on room sales rather than F&B sales in terms of profit. In such a environment, it is essential that F&B division should carefully seek for an appropriate purchasing procedure which will affect an organizational structure and allow the company to fulfill its goals. Moreover, it is timely their performance and quality of services through ideal food purchasing procedure. In this paper, the author uses a survey technique distributed to approximately 200 chefs who work at 5-stars hotel in Seoul. The author expects that this paper will contribute to the researchers or practitioners who might need a reference on the food purchasing system.

In our former paper, tremolitic talc, -wollastonite-clay system was studied. In this study blast furnace slag was used(B.F.S.) instead of wollastonite for developing a fast-firing wall tile body. The wall tile bodies consisting of tremolitic talc and B.F.S. asmajor constituents have been fired in the temperature range 1000-120$0^{\circ}C$. Some of these bodies have showed good properties for wall tile manufacture. According to the increased content of B.F.S the fired bodies have showed the decreased thermal expansion which was resulted from the fact that the amounts of diopside and anorthite were gradually increased and those of quartz relatively decreased. Being reasonable in low price and thermo-stable properties tremolitic talc and B.F.S. will be good materials for the fast-firing tile body.

Our aim is to establish certain image formulas of the (p, 𝜈)-extended Gauss' hypergeometric function F_p,𝜈(a, b; c; z) by using Saigo's hypergeometric fractional calculus (integral and differential) operators. Corresponding assertions for the classical Riemann-Liouville(R-L) and Erdélyi-Kober(E-K) fractional integral and differential operators are deduced. All the results are represented in terms of the Hadamard product of the (p, 𝜈)-extended Gauss's hypergeometric function F_p,𝜈(a, b; c; z) and Fox-Wright function _rΨ_s(z). We also established Jacobi and its particular assertions for the Gegenbauer and Legendre transforms of the (p, 𝜈)-extended Gauss' hypergeometric function F_p,𝜈(a, b; c; z).

자질 수가 적은 소규모 크기 문서들의 자동분류는 좋은 성능을 얻기 어렵다. 그 이유는 문서집단 전체의 자질 수는 크지만 단위 문서 내 자질 수가 상대적으로 너무 적기 때문에 문서간 유사도가 너무 낮아 우수한 분류 알고리즘을 적용해도 좋은 성능을 얻지 못한다. 특히 웹 디렉토리 문서들의 자동분류에서나, 디스크 복구 작업에서 유사도 평가와 자동분류로 연결되지 않은 섹터를 연결하는 작업에서와 같은 소규모 크기 문서의 자동분류에서는 좋은 성능을 얻지 못한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 소규모 크기 문서의 자동분류에서의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 분류 사전작업으로, 예제기반 자질 필터링 방법 Relief-F알고리즘을 소규모 문서 내 자질 필터링에 적합한 ERelief-F 알고리즘을 제시한다. 또 비교 실험을 위해, 기존의 자질 필터링 방법 중 Odds Ratio와 정보이득, 또 Relief-F 알고리즘을 함께 실험하여 분류결과를 비교하였다. 그 결과, ERelief-F 알고리즘을 사용했을 때의 결과가 정보이득과 Odds Ratio, Relief-F보다 월등히 우수한 성능을 보였고 부적절한 자질도 많이 줄일 수 있었다.

Hybrid method of representing geometric entities as combination of boundary (B-rep) and functional (F-rep) representations is presented which can be used as a basis of solid modeling kernel. It contains whole functionality of classic B-rep kernel, and also supports enveloping (sweep of solid body). Principles and keysolutions are considered. Example of a real task that comes from gearing is provided.

In this paper, we show, among others, that if A is a Banach algebra satisfying a functional identity involving a b-generalized derivation F on A, under some mild conditions, is of the form F(x) = ax for all x ∈ R, where a ∈ Q_r, a right Martindale quotient ring of A.
