생활체육 참여자와 참여만족, 운동지속의사와의 관계 I (참여자의 성격을 중심으로) (Relations among Participants in Sport for all, Satisfaction of Participation and Intention to Adhere to Exercise I (A Study on Characteristics of Participants))

  • 이 연구는 생활체육 참여자의 성격 5요인과 참여만족 및 운동지속의사와의 관계를 규명하고자 수행되었다. 연구대상은 여가 생활을 목적으로 하는 생활체육참여자를 대상으로 하였으며, 자료 수집은 편의표본추출법을 사용하였으며 250부의 자료 중 최종분석에는 233부가 사용되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 상관관계 분석, 다중회귀분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 사용하여 분석하였다. 이와 같은 과정을 걸쳐 얻은 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성격 5요인이 참여만족에 미치는 영향은 외향성이 심리적, 휴식적, 사회적, 신체적 만족에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 개방성은 휴식적 만족, 친화성은 사회적, 신체적 만족에 정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 정서불안정성은 환경적 만족에 부적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 운동지속의사에 영향을 미치는 성격 5요인과 참여만족의 위계적 분석에서는 외향성, 친화성의 순으로 영향을 미쳤으며, 참여만족은 사회적, 휴식적, 신체적 만족 순으로 운동지속의사에 각각 영향을 미쳤다.

드롭랜딩 시 심박수 증가에 따른 하지의 생체역학적 차이 분석 (Analysis on Biomechanical Differences in Lower Limbs Caused by Increasing Heart Rates During Drop-landing)

  • Objective : This study aimed to understand how increased heart rates at the time of drop landing during a step test would affect biomechanical variables of the lower extremity limbs. Background : Ballet performers do more than 200 landings in a daily training. This training raises the heart rate and the fatigability of the lower extremity limbs. Ballet performance high heart rate can trigger lower extremity limb injury. Method : We instructed eight female ballet dancers with no instability in their ankle joints(mean ${\pm}$ SD: age, $20.7{\pm}0.7yr$; body mass index, $19.5{\pm}1.2kg/m^2$, career duration, $8.7{\pm}2.0yr$) to perform the drop landing under the following conditions: rest, 60% heart rate reserve (HRR) and 80% HRR. Results : First, the study confirmed that the increased heart rates of the female ballet dancers did not affect the working ranges of the knee joints during drop landing but only increased angular speeds, which was considered a negative shock-absorption strategy. Second, 80% HRR, which was increased through the step tests, led to severe fatigue among the female ballet dancers, which made them unable to perform a lower extremity limb-neutral position. Hence, their drop landing was unstable, with increased introversion and extroversion moments. Third, we observed that the increasing 80% HRR failed to help the dancers effectively control ground reaction forces but improved the muscular activities of the rectus femoris and vastus medialis oblique muscles. Fourth, the increasing heart rates were positively related to the muscular activities of the vastus medialis oblique and rectus femoris muscles, and the extroversion and introversion moments. Conclusion/Application : Our results prove that increased HRR during a step test negatively affects the biomechanical variables of the lower extremity limbs at the time of drop landing.

일부 미용 전공 학생의 헤어스타일과 성격의 관련성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between Hairstyling of College Students in Department of Beauty Art and Their Personalities)

  • This study was designed to identify the relationship between general characteristics and personalities of college students majoring in beauty art. For this, 286 female students from two colleges in Kwangju were interviewed using a questionnaire pertaining to their general characteristics, hair-style and personality from September 20 through 30, 2001. A $x^2{\;}-{\;}test$ was implemented to identify the relationship between hair-style, personality and other variables. The results are summarized as follows: 1 To define characteristics in relation with hair-style, how students decide their hair-style was examined and, as a result, it was reported that 80.8% of targeted students decided by themselves and 19.2% decided by others' suggestions. 2. It is reported that there was no statistically significant relationship among socio-demographic characteristics such as the length of hair, grades, allowances, religion, satisfaction of campus life, and characteristics relating to hair-style such as accessories, mood, shape of face, decision of hair-style, and texture of hair. 3. Their preference of perm type had a statistically significant relationship with their allowance, religion and accessories, but not with their grades, satisfaction of campus life, mood, shape of face, hair-style, and texture of hair. 4. Dye and bleach had a statistically significant relationship with the texture of hair, but not with socio-demographic characteristics and accessories, mood, shape of face and decision of hair-style. 5. Personality of tenacity, extroversion and introversion, emotion and falsehood had no statistically significant relationship with hair-style. Finally, it was proven that strength, extroversion and introversion, emotion and falsehood had no statistically significant relationship with hair-style. More studies to identify personal tendencies that may affect hair-style are necessary.

전문대학 조리과 학생들의 진로태도 유형별 성격 연구 (The Characteristics of Career Attitude on the College Students Specializing in Hotel and Culinary by Personality Type)

  • The purpose of this study was to understand the character of career attitude according to the group type which was identified and measured by Q methodology. The subjects were 38 junior students attending hotel & food service culinary management at Kyungnam College of Information & Technology. For the study, 88 variances of Lee's career attitude were used. In the career attitude items, 26 variances of career attitude were selected by factor analysis. The 26 variances explained 70.44% of all variances. Twenty-six variances were used on Q sorting from which 9 group types were identified by SPSS window program, and these 9 occupied 75.627%n of all variance. The groups were classified into two parts extroversion and introversion. Four groups(1, 3, 6, and 9) were identified as extroversion, and 5 groups(2, 4, 5, 7, and 8) as introversion. Group 1 was explained 10.270% of all groups, group 2(14.352%), group 3(10.270%), group 4(7.527%), group 5(6.314%), group 6(5.726%), group 7(5.469%), group 8(5.006%), and group 9(4.145%). Group 1 was named as "active challenge type", group 2 as "passive consideration type", group 3 as "realistic leader type", group 4 as "conservative challenge oriented type", group 5 as "conservative harmony type", group 6 as "arbitrary plan oriented type", group 7 as "realistic stability type", group 8 as "conservative creation type" and group 9 as "conservative reality type".

지방자치단체 공무원의 성격특성이 직무소진에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (서울특별시 강남구 공무원을 중심으로) (On the Effect of Big5 Personality Traits of Local Government Officials on Job Exhaustion (Based on government officials in Gangnam-gu, Seoul))

  • This study aims to investigate the effect of personality traits (Big5) of local government officials on job exhaustion. First, we examine the correlation between personal characteristics of individual employees and self-efficacy and the correlation between factors of civil servants' personality characteristics and job stress. Also, it was confirmed whether self-efficacy had a significant effect on job exhaustion and whether job stress had a significant effect on job exhaustion. In order to empirically study this research model, we held a survey based on the employees of Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The main results of this study are as follows : First, it was confirmed that sincerity among personality characteristics affects positive self-efficacy and neuroticism affects negative self-efficacy. However, it was confirmed that extroversion, affinity, and openness were not correlated with self-efficacy. Second, neuroticism has a positive influence on job stress and openness has a negative effect on job stress. However, there was no correlation between extroversion, affinity, sincerity and job stress. Third, the relationship between self-efficacy and job exhaustion turned out to give a negative effect. Finally, job stress was positively influenced by job exhaustion. Therefore, it is necessary to apply the study on personality characteristics (Big5), job stress, and job exhaustion, which have been studied based on service industries, to local government officials. The purpose of this study is to suggest job training for enhancing personality traits that can help reduce the job burden of local government officials.

브랜드 개성이 제품 개성에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 - 한국과 독일의 실험연구를 중심으로 - (Brand as determinant of evaluation of product personality - A cross-cultural study -)

  • A cross-cultural study was carried out in Germany and in South Korea in order to investigate the relationship between brand personality and product personality facilitating the three dimensions of personality agreeableness, excitement, and extroversion. Two pairs of shoes were prepared across categories of product function symbolic (a pair of high-heeled shoes) versus utilitarian (a pair of sport shoes). In experiments, each pair of shoes was labeled as a luxury brand ("Versace") or a casual brand ("C&A", Germany; "Migliore", South Korea) or left unlabeled. Prior to the experiments, an expert group in each country evaluated the brand personality in terms of "cheerful" (agreeableness), "honest"(conscientiousness), and "provocative" (extroversion) and the results were considered as a baseline. In Experiment I and II, subjects were exposed to two pairs of shoes labeled in one of the three ways and assessed the personality of both pairs of shoes using the personality traits, cheerful, honest, and provocative. Identical versions of the experiment were conveyed in Germany (N=56), an individualist culture, and in South Korea (N=72), a collectivist culture, and we purposed to find cultural differences in evaluating product personalities influenced by brands. The empirical results do not show any significant influence of brand personality on product personality in either cultural group (p>.05). Nevertheless, the subjects estimated the retail price of the shoes to be significantly different depending on the brands in both cultural groups (p<.001).

성격유형, 직무만족, 이직의도와 자기효능감의 조절효과: 운수서비스종사자를 중심으로 (The Moderating Effects of Personality Types on the Relationships between Self-Efficacy and Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention: Using of Sample Transportation Service Workers)

  • 본 연구에서는 개인특성접근법의 관점을 활용하여 운수서비스종사자의 성격유형(외향성, 친화성, 성실성)이 직무만족과 이직의도에 미치는 영향과 이러한 과정에서 자기효능감의 조절효과를 살펴보았다. 가설의 검증을 위해서 4개의 운수서비스업 기업들의 직원들을 대상으로 수집한 430명의 설문자료를 활용하였다. 가설검정 결과 개인의 성격유형 중 외향성과 성실성이 직무만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤고 이직의도에는 친화성이 부정적인 영향을 외향성과 성실성이 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 또한, 성격유형이 직무만족과의 관계에서 자기효능감의 조절효과는 오직 친화성과 있었으며, 성격유형이 이직의도와의 관계에서도 자기효능감의 조절효과는 친화성과 있었다.

성격유형이 인지·행동적 투자성향에 미치는 영향 (An Effect of Personality Type on Cognitive, Behavioral Investment Disposition)

  • 본 논문의 목적은 MBTI를 이용한 투자자의 성격유형에 따른 인지적 행동적 투자성향을 알아보는 것이다. 총 400명의 설문 참여인원으로부터 MBTI, 인지적 투자성향, 행동적 투자성향 설문지를 수집하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 인지적 행동적 투자성향의 점수는 모두 I(Introversion, 내향형), N(Intuition, 직관형), T형(Thinking, 사고형)의 성격유형이 각각 E(Extroversion, 외향형), S(Sensing, 감각형), F형(Feeling, 감정형)보다 통계적으로 유의하게 안정성을 중시하는 투자성향을 보이고 있으며, J(Judging, 판단형)와 P형(Perceiving, 인식형)의 구분에서는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않고 있다. 성격유형의 조합에 있어 ISF형이 가장 안정적인 투자성향을 보이고 있으며, 반대로 ENF형이 가장 공격적인 투자성향을 나타내고 있다. 또한, 인지적 투자성향의 점수와 행동적 투자성향의 점수의 상관관계가 0.86로 나타나고 있다. 본 연구결과는 투자회사 및 은행권에서 투자자의 성격유형에 따라 투자상품을 추천하는 기초 자료로 이용될 수 있을 것이다.

외식기업 서비스 종사원의 성격요인이 직무적합도와 고객지향성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of a Service Employee's Personality on Job Fit and Customer Orientation in Food Service Business)

  • 본 연구의 연구목적은 외식기업 서비스종사자의 성격요인이 직무적합도와 고객지향성에 미치는 영향관계를 확인하는 것이다. 실증분석을 위해 164명의 외식기업 서비스종사자 설문조사 자료를 토대로 진행된 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 외식기업 서비스종사원의 성격요인은 5가지 요인; 신경성, 외향성, 호감성, 성실성, 이지성 등으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 외식기업 서비스종사원의 직무적합도에 영향을 미치는 성격요인은 호감성, 성실성, 이지성 등의 3 가지 성격요인으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 외식기업 서비스종사원의 직무적합도는 고객지향성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 외식기업 서비스종사원 성격요인 중 외향성, 호감성, 성실성, 이지성 등의 4 가지 성격요인이 고객지향성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

SW산업 종사자들의 개인적 특성이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 - 내재적 보상과 외재적 보상 조절효과 - (The Effect of Personal Characteristics of SW Industry Employees on Job Satisfaction - Intrinsic Rewards and Extrinsic Rewards Regulating Effect -)

  • This study analyzed the personal characteristics of the SW industry workers and investigated how these individual characteristics affect the satisfaction of job satisfaction. In addition, we examined how satisfaction with these jobs varies according to satisfaction with internal control and external compensation. This study surveyed the employees of SW industry in Seoul and Daegu from September 15 to October 15, 2017. The results of this study are as follows. First, personal characteristics have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Second, extroversion, openness, friendliness and integrity have a significant effect on job satisfaction. This is consistent with the previous study (Park and Song, 2005), which suggests that people with extroversion are more likely to feel positive emotions such as joy. In addition, it is believed that open empathy has a tendency to share with others in work, and positive emotions in work have a significant influence because they show high achievement in work. A friendly person places great importance on a comfortable and harmonious relationship with others, so he builds and maintains good relationships with the members of the organization by trusting others in the organization. Third, nervousness showed no significant effect on job satisfaction. This is consistent with the previous study (Yoo, 1987) in which the more nervousness is, the more unpleasant emotions work and the more negative emotions and negative experiences occur. Fourth, personal characteristics have positive effects on job satisfaction in the moderating effects of intrinsic compensation and external compensation. There is a difference in job satisfaction due to intrinsic compensation and external compensation.
