개인 가치에 따른 저가 프랜차이즈 레스토랑의 선택속성이 이용 만족도에 미치는 영향 연구 (The Relationships among Personal Values, Selection Attributes, and Customer Satisfaction in Low-Cost Restaurant)

  • This study conducted to find influences of selection attributes on consumer satisfaction as perceived by low-cost restaurant visiter by considering personal value. Developed survey was distributed and 428 sample who visited the low-cost franchise restaurant were employed the statistical analyze. The internal value and the external value included individual value in order to estimate the influence of the choice factor of the low-cost franchise restaurant on the quality of the product, and the choice factors were consisted of 3 variables that are quality, accessibility and service. Regression analysis was conducted to verify the relationships among the variables. As a result, the internal value (${\beta}=.236$, p<.0.01), and external value (${\beta}=.352$, p<.001) have the significant positive relationships with respect to quality. Second, the external value (${\beta}=.305$, p<.001) has the positive relationship with regard to accessibility, but the internal value has no significant relationships with level of accessibility. Third, the internal value (${\beta}=.828$, p<.001) has the significant positive relationship with regard to service, but there was no significant influences between external value and service in this study. Fourth, the internal value (${\beta}=.472$, p<.001), the external value (${\beta}=.479$, p<.001) were critical antecedents of the quality. Last, while quality (${\beta}=.858$, p<.001) has significant positive relationship with satisfaction, but it didn't show any relationships with accessibility and service.

A Study on the Image of Male Flight Attendant on Customer Satisfaction

  • Purpose - Many studies have shown the effects of the external images of female flight attendants on the customers' satisfaction. Recently, the perception of male flight attendants has become more important and positive, and airlines are hiring a significant number of male flight attendants every year. Due to the lack of research on the male flight attendant, however, the images of male flight attendants were investigated for this study. Research, design, data and methodology - Using survey techniques with 204 respondents, this study used analytical data based their resulting analysis. Results - The study examined whether the image of the male flight attendant affects the cognitive and emotional perceptions of customers. The focus of the present study is the external image of the male flight attendant, and the following image-component divisions were formed: hairstyle, body type, uniform, speech, and facial expression. Conclusions - The study purpose sought to determine whether the image of the male flight attendant exert effects on the emotional and cognitive images of airlines, and if these images have a positive effect on the customers' satisfaction and loyalty for an airline, so that airlines can use the external image of the male flight attendant to help with its own image reinforcement.

무료양로시설 거주 노인의 여가프로그램 참여동기 및 여가생활만족도 - 서울특별시를 중심 으로 - (Leisure Programs Participation motivation and Leisure Life Satisfaction of the Institutional Elderly in Seoul)

  • This study investigated the motivation of the institutional elderly to participate in the leisure programs the participation motivation and their leisure life satisfaction. A survey questionnaire was administered to 265 elderly in an institution for the elderly. The data was analyzed using frequency analysis, factor analysis, and regression analysis. Major findings are as follows: First, the motivation to participate in leisure programs on the part of the institutionalized elderly tended to be more external than internal. Second, regression analysis indicated that the main internal factors that affected participation were health condition, interaction with roommate, gender. education level, and interaction with institution's staff. The major external factors that affected the participation were health condition, interaction with colleagues, gender, and education level. Finally, the results of the regression analysis indicated that the main internal factors that affected the leisure life satisfaction were, intrinsic motivation to participate in leisure programs, interaction with their roommate, gender, and education level.

생활체육 테니스동호인의 참여동기가 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Participation Motivation on Job Satisfaction of Sport for All of Tennis Participants)

  • 본 연구는 생활체육 테니스 참가자의 참여동기가 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 목적이 있으며, 본 연구에 표집된 설문자료 중에서 340명의 자료를 토대로 분석하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 생활체육 테니스 참가자의 참여동기의 기술발달, 사교, 즐거움, 외적과시, 건강과 체력은 직무만족의 내적만족에서 정적인 상관관계가 나타났고, 무동기에서는 부적인 상관관계가 나타났으며, 참여동기의 기술발달, 사교, 즐거움은 외적만족에서 부적인 상관관계가 나타났고, 무동기에서는 정적인 상관관계가 나타났다. 한편 외적과시, 건강과 체력에서는 상관관계가 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 생활체육 테니스 참가자의 참여동기가 내적만족에서 기술발달, 무동기, 즐거움, 건강과 체력에서 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 생활체육 테니스 참가자의 참여동기가 외적만족에서 즐거움, 외적과시에서 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Factor Structure of a Korean-Language Version of the Patient Satisfaction with Procedural Aspects of Physical Therapy Instrument

  • Purpose: The aim of the study was to survey satisfaction with physical therapy. Methods: After the physical therapy consultation, patients filled in a Korean-language version of the 20-tiem version of the MedRisk Instrument developed for measuring Patient Satisfaction with physical therapy. Items are scored on a five-point Likert scale ranging from strongly disagree to strongly agree. The last two items are general satisfaction and future return to the clinic. Age and gender information was also collected anonymously. Exploratory factor analysis based on principal components analysis with varimax rotation was performed on the first 18 items of the MedRisk Instrument using SPSS v.20. Results: Four factors emerged with eigenvalues greater than 1, and these cumulatively explained 55% of the total variance in item scores. The factors were labelled: Internal, External Positives, External Negatives, and Clinic Presentation. Correlations of the factor scores with the two global items ranged from 0.29 to 0.70 (both p<0.001). Gender differences were only found on the last factor, with male Korean patients rating Clinic Presentation significantly higher than females (p=0.001). Conclusion: Using factor analysis, the proposed factor structure was revealed using the positive and negative components of the external aspects of the physical therapy and by identifying a clinic presentation which contributes to patients' satisfaction. The largest proportion of the variance in Patient Satisfaction was related to clinicians' attention and behaviour. The results of the analysis provide guidelines as to the dimensions of professional physical therapy care and the implications for service delivery and patient experience.

외국인 유학생의 한국어 전공에 대한 선택 동기와 전공만족도에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Motivation for Selection of Korean Language Major by International Students and Their Satisfaction about their Major)

  • 한국에서 유학 생활을 하고 있는 유학생들의 수는 증가됨에 따라 한국어 전공이 활성화되고 있는 추세이다. 이러한 점을 고려할 때 외국인 유학생들의 전공 선택을 하는 동기와 그에 따른 전공만족도를 파악하는 것은 의의가 크다. 본 연구는 서울지역에 거주하고 있는 외국 유학생 173명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 23.0을 사용하여 전공선택 동기와 전공만족도 간의 구조적 관계를 입증하였다. 분석결과, 외국인 유학생의 한국어 전공 선택동기는 내적동기, 외적동기로 구분되었고, 전공만족도는 인식만족, 관계만족, 교과만족, 일반만족으로 구분되었다. 한국어 전공 선택동기 중, 외적동기 수준이 매우 높게 나타났고, 전공만족도 중, 일반만족 수준이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 전공 선택동기 중, 외적동기와 내적동기는 모두 전공만족도인 인식만족, 관계만족, 교과만족, 일반만족에 모두 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 한국어 전공 유학생들의 전공만족도를 향상시키기 위하여 전공을 활용한 직장에 대한 정보 및 기회 제공, 양질의 교육과정을 제공해야한다는 효과적인 방법을 제언하였다.

The Determinants of Citizens' Satisfaction of E-Government: An Empirical Study in Vietnam

  • This research aims to identify the determinants of e-government satisfaction in Hanoi, Vietnam, and assess their impact. To collect data, we conducted an online questionnaire with citizens living in Hanoi in a time span of five weeks. We received 1,107 responses, divided into three groups: unaware, known, but not used, and used e-government. After leveraging past studies on satisfaction in different contexts, we arrived at six external variables that are of particular relevance to e-government satisfaction (i.e., efficiency, trust, reliability, convenience, citizen support, and transparency) as well as four control variables (i.e., age, gender, education level, and Internet frequency). We then applied both SPSS 22 and STATA 2016 to process and analyze the collected data and found that, while almost all external variables are statistically significant, all four control variables are not. Apart from convenience and trust, four factors - efficiency, reliability, citizens support, transparency - are important measures of system quality, information quality, service quality and relative benefits of e-government, which in turn positively and significantly impact citizens' satisfaction with the online public services. Furthermore, the efficiency variable has the most influence on customer satisfaction, and the level of impact on the dependent variable decreases in the following order: citizen support, reliability and transparency.

삶의 의미 추구와 학업만족의 관계: 희망의 매개효과 및 사회적 지지의 조절효과 (Search for meaning in life and academic satisfaction: A mediating role of hope and a moderating role of social support)

  • 본 연구는 한국 고등학생 및 대학생을 대상으로 삶의 의미추구와 학업만족의 관계에서 희망의 역할을 파악하고 희망을 향상시키는 방안을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 삶의 의미추구와 학업만족의 관계를 희망이 매개할 것이라고 가정하였고, 삶의 의미추구와 희망의 관계에서 가족 및 친구지원의 조절효과를 예상하였다. 연구 1에서 대학생 190명을 대상으로 설문을 진행한 결과, 희망이 삶의 의미추구와 학업만족의 관계를 완전 매개함을 확인하였다. 연구 2에서는 희망을 내적 희망과 가족, 친구, 초월적 존재에 기반 한 외적 희망으로 구분하여 삶의 의미추구와 학업만족의 관계에서 희망의 역할을 세부적으로 파악하고자 하였다. 고등학생 313명을 대상으로 설문을 진행한 결과(연구 2), 고등학생의 삶의 의미추구와 학업만족의 관계가 내적 희망과 친구에게 기반 한 외적 희망에 의해 완전매개 되는 것으로 나타났으며 가족 및 초월적 존재에 기반 한 외적 희망의 매개효과는 유의하지 않았다. 사회적 지원의 조절효과와 관련하여, 삶의 의미추구와 희망의 관계에서 가족 지지의 조절효과가 유의하였다. 즉, 가족으로부터 지지를 받는 사람은 그렇지 않은 사람보다 삶의 의미추구와 희망의 정적 관계(연구 1) 및 삶의 의미추구와 내적 희망의 정적관계(연구 2)가 강하게 나타났다. 삶의 의미추구와 희망의 관계에서 친구지원의 조절효과는 연구 1과 연구 2에서 모두 유의하지 않았다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 의의, 한계점 및 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.

  • The main purpose of this study is to develop new measurement device of the quality of terminal service, applying the existing research output of service marketing to the specific industrial aspect of container terminal. Especially we tried to help marketing managers present the points of effective marketing strategy with each dimension of service quality. To achieve this aim, we defined the service quality demensions of container port as the following three ones; the internal, the external, and the interactive qualities. The applied measuring instruments could be divided into three dimensions by carrying out factor analysis. Additionally, by analyzing the relative effects of the three dimensions of service quality on customer satisfaction, we found that the relative importance are as follows; interaction quality>internal quality> external quality. We confirmed that the three dimensions of service quality could affect customer loyalty and information, through customer satisfaction.

  • The main purpose of this paper is to investigate the relationship between website environmental characteristics (website characteristics, user characteristics, and external environments), satisfaction, trust and loyalty in tourism e-business. The following results were determined by verifying five hypotheses using LISREL. Website environments partially support perceived satisfaction and also perceived trust. Satisfaction has a strong effect upon perceived trust while satisfaction doesn't effect perceived loyalty. Trust significantly impacts perceived loyalを in tourism e-business.
