As a result of overemphasizing the goods sector in trade structure, Korea does not meet properly the global trend which has the key role of 'trade in services' as the service economy have been expanded. Hereafter, it is easily forecasted that trade in services will be one of the main factors for Korea's competitiveness and engine of growth. Nevertheless, because Korea does not equip the concreteness of governance for trade in services, it is possible that the efficiency deterioration of trade volume, confusion of Korea's trade policy, conflict among trading countries, and discordance between the interested parties may be occurred. This paper analyzes the governance system of Korea for trade in services in order to enhance the competitiveness reflecting the importance of trade in services and to draw some strategies for remodeling the service governance system. It is expected to raise the efficiency of Korea's trade policy by constructing the systematic governance for trade in services, and to remove lots of latent risks during global transactions by improving the imbalance between manufacturing and service part for the development of trade in services in Korea. Analysis revealed itself the result that Korea is weak enough to can not identify the governance system about trade in services. Except 'Extent of Services' article of the Foreign Trade Act, Korea has not prepared the governance system for trade in services so that governance system have been scattered overly or decentralized. Problems about trade in services are not limited to enterprise's side, but extended to all the players including government agency whole, academic world and research institute. Therefore, the governance of trade in services should be strengthened and systematized by making the model law for trade in services(provisional name : Master Law for Trade in Services or Promotion Law for Trade in Services) by formatting type of fundamental law or separate legislation. If the bill legislation does not meet the conditions, the Foreign Trade Act should be totally reformed to Omnibus Trade Act concept including trade in services.

최근 컴퓨팅 기술과 통신 기술의 급속한 발전으로 클라이언트/서버 컴퓨팅 환경에서 네트워크 컴퓨팅 시대를 지나 인터넷 컴퓨팅 시대가 도래하고 있다. 인터넷 사용이 보편화되어 감에 따라 기업의 정보 시스템이 인터넷 기반의 인트라넷/익스트라넷 시스템으로 구축되어 가고 있으며 인터넷 환경에서의 기업과 소비자(Business to Customer)간 또는 기업과 기업간(Business to Business)의 전자 거래 관련 응용 프로그램의 개발이 다양해지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 환경에서 기업과 기업간 전자 거래에 있어서 기업의 글로벌화를 통해 조달 업무의 투명성과 신속성 및 질적 향상을 추구할 수 있도록 제공하기 위한 웹 기반 전자 입찰 시스템을 구현하는데 있어서 클라이언트와 서버 및 데이터베이스를 연동하기 위한 웹 기술, 기업간의 문서 교환을 위한 XML/EDI기술 및, 입찰과 계약과정, 조달과정에서 안전성 및 신뢰성을 보장하기 위해 공개키 암호화 기술인 PKI기반 구조의 인증 및 전자서명을 활용한 보안 기능을 설계 및 구현한다.

공급 사슬을 구성하는 개별기업들의 관계를 하나의 확장된 기업(extended enterprise)의 내부관계로 인식하려는 최근의 추세에 비추어 볼 때, 이들 구성기업간의 협력과 자발적인 행동을 이끌어 내는 것은 궁극적으로 거래 전체의 효율성과 효과성을 높이는데 중요한 역할을 한다. 본 연구는 이론적 흐름을 토대로 하여 지금까지 연구되어온 조직시민행동을 기업간 교환관계에 적용하여 관계적 시민행동(relational citizenship behavior)이라 정의 내리고 공급업체에 대한 신뢰, 공급업체의 영업사원에 대한 신뢰, 구매업체의 관계몰입, 관계적 시민행동간의 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 모형검증을 위해 수도권에 소재하고 있는 138개 유통업체의 구매담당자를 대상으로 자료가 수집 및 분석되었다. 분석 결과, 공급업체에 대한 신뢰와 공급업체의 영업사원에 대한 신뢰는 구매업체의 관계몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 관계몰입은 관계적 시민행동(협력적 행동, 비불평성, 공익성)에 긍정적인 미치는 것을 실증하였다. 그러나 공급업체의 영업사원에 대한 신뢰는 관계적 시민행동에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 반면, 공급업체에 대한 신뢰는 구매업체의 관계적 시민행동에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타나 관계몰입을 통한 간접효과만이 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 이러한 결과의 이론적 및 실무적 시사점이 논의되고, 연구의 한계점과 미래의 연구방향이 제시되었다.

본 연구에서는 기초원천연구의 기술사업화 활동이 기술 활용성과와 기업 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 기술사업화 활동으로는 기술사업화 추진경험, 기술사업화 전담부서, 기술사업화 컨설팅과 같이 구분하였으며, 기초 원천기술을 도입한 기업을 추적조사한 자료를 활용하였으므로 기술 활용성과 외에도 기업의 경영성과로 확장하여 분석할 수 있다는 가정하에 매개효과 분석을 실시하였다. 이를 위하여 선행연구 조사를 통해 실증모형을 개발하였으며 기술사업화 유형을 세분화 하여 다양한 연구모형을 개발하였다. 그 결과, 기초연구 결과를 활용한 기술사업화 활동은 모든 요인이 기술 활용성과와 기업 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며 기술성과에 대한 매개효과도 모두 존재하는 것으로 분석되었다.

Many technical and nontechnical issues hinder enterprise wide workflow management. The most significant technical issue is the inability to deal with the heterogeneity among users, workflow types, and WFMSs. Not all users demand the same workflow functionality, so user interfaces of different levels of sophistication are required. Because workflow types cannot always be fully predefined, they often need to be adjusted or extended during execution. Unlike relational database management systems, however, each WFMS often has differing workflow metamodels. This leads to incompatibility between WFMSs, making integration into an environment comprising many heterogeneous WFMSs a troublesome and sometimes impossible task. Current Workflow system consists mainly of Database system. It contains some problems like that the integration relationship among system processes cant be expressed properly. This research has been focused on two phases that should be considered in the Workflow system. First of all, the first phase is the analysis phase; one of its role is to figure out independent execution task unit(Workflow component). The second phase is design phase that provides with the framework to execute these task units actively. The Workflow component extraction method in the analysis phase uses a analysis method called C-C Net and, in the design phase, the architecture that makes the these Workflow component executed actively is provided. Through this research, each process is divided into a task unit and more effective Workflow system could be formed by executing these units actively. Current system layer calls task units, on the other hand, the Workflow system this research implemented provides with the architecture that places a layer between them that controls task units actively.

본 연구는 특허 선행기술 조사분석 및 서비스 전략에 대한 것으로, 주로 무선 충전기술 분야의 동향과 선행 특허를 조사하고 해당 기술을 스마트폰 및 비스마트폰, 기술 및 디자인 및 UX/UI, 각 무선 충전기술 등과 연계하여 사용하기 적합한 서비스 및 전략을 제시하는 것이다. 무선충전시장의 시장 전망은 꾸준히 상승하고 있으며, 최근의 경우 2010년 1억 2,390만 달러 수준에서 2011년 8억 8,580만 달러로 약 6배정도 성장하였으며, 2014년에는 180억 달러 규모에 이를 것으로 예상되고 있다. 이 기술분야에 대한 관심은 꾸준히 증가하고 있는 추세이며 관련 상품도 지속적으로 등장하고 있다. 따라서 전 세계적으로 무선 충전 기술을 활용할 수 있는 기틀이 마련되고 있으며, 이 기술을 응용한 서비스나 제품에 대한 개발 및 연구가 후속되려면 다양한 관심과 노력이 수반되어야 한다. 본 연구의 결과로는 무선 충전 기술관련 특허전략 및 특정 제품관련 특허 무효화 전략이나 라이센싱 혹은 권리화 전략이 가능하고, 또한 새로운 디자인 및 배터리 공유와 내구성 강화 등을 가능케 하는 신규 특허전략이 도출되었다.

현재 국가기간산업과 중요한 민간 기업의 정보시스템 장애나 사고발생 시 국가 차원의 혼란이 발생할 개연성이 높고, 국민편익에 큰 영향을 줄뿐 아니라 기업 비즈니스에도 막대한 타격이 불가피하다. 이는 국가적 관리대상인 정보시스템의 안정성이 금융, 통신, 운송, 에너지 등 국민과 사회에 큰 영향을 미치고 민간기관으로 확대되는 추세이다. 그러나 공공 및 민간 정보화 사업은 개발감리나 CMM(Capability Maturity Model)인증을 통해 목표시스템의 품질을 점검하고 있지만 구축 후 운영되는 정보시스템의 안정성에 대한 품질점검은 추진되지 않거나 일부 안전진단 결과에 대한 충족 미흡으로 활성화 되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 구축 되어지는 정보시스템의 안정성 진단 평가점검체계 개발을 통해 정보시스템의 장애나 사고를 방지함으로써, 서비스 혼란을 최소화하고 고객지향적인 서비스 제공을 보장 할 수 있는 방안을 연구 하고자 한다.

Ptak과 Smith는 2011년 올리키의 MRP 3판을 통하여 TOC 재보충방식을 기반으로 기존 MRP 방식에 의한 재고관리의 문제점을 오늘날 급변하는 수요중심의 시장 상황에 대응할 수 있도록 발전시킨 수요 대응형 MRP 방법론을 제시하였다. TOC 재보충방식은 목표재고수준을 기준으로 재고 가용성을 유지하여 급격한 변화에 따른 혼란을 흡수하면서 수요량에 연동하여 목표재고수준을 조정하는 수요대응형 MRP의 기본이 되는 재고관리 방식이다. 본 연구에서는 Vensim 시스템 다이내믹스 시뮬레이터를 활용하여 적정 목표재고 수준을 관리하고자 할 때 적정한 목표재고수준 결정을 위한 기준 공식 및 절차를 예시하고, 임의 수요를 발생시켜 TOC 재보충방식의 목표재고수준 모형별 운영 결과 비교 검증을 통하여 모델의 효용성을 비교 검토하였다. 향후에는 기존의 MRP에 의한 재고관리 방식과 수요 대응형 MRP에 의한 재고관리 방식 운영결과의 차이를 실제 기업의 데이터를 활용하여 시뮬레이션 할 수 있도록 모델을 확대 적용할 예정이다.

최근 기업의 사업영역이 확대됨에 따라 다양한 이해관계자들과의 거래 및 협력관계가 이루어지고 있다. 이해관계자와의 효율적인 업무 프로세스 관리와 기업의 목표를 효과적으로 달성하기 위해 정보기술을 적극적으로 활용하고 있지만, 보안 등 정보기술의 위험성 또한 증가하고 있다. 이러한 시장 환경에 따라 IT 거버넌스 산업이 급속하게 성장하고 있으며, IT 거버넌스 솔루션을 제공하는 업체간의 경쟁 또한 심화되고 있다. 특히 IT를 기반으로 한 벤처기업의 시장진입이 이루어지고 있지만, 브랜드 관리를 포함한 마케팅 능력의 부재로 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구는 스핀오프 벤처기업의 브랜드 명과 포지셔닝을 IT 거버넌스 솔루션을 개발한 기업의 사례를 중심으로 고찰해 보았다. 연구결과를 하면 첫째, IT 벤처기업은 브랜드이미지를 구축하는데 기업의 역량을 집중시킬 필요성이 있다는 것이다. 소비자에게 호감가고 독특하며 강한 브랜드 이미지를 구축해 놓으면 경쟁 제품의 공격으로 인한 범용품화의 위험을 극복할 수 있다. 둘째, 브랜드를 통해 소비자에게 제품의 기능적인 가치 이상을 창출하고 이를 전달해 나갈 수 있어야 한다. 즉 하이테크 기업도 소비자의 기능적 욕구에만 머물지 말고 고객의 감성적, 상징적인 욕구를 충족시켜 주는 것에도 관심을 가질 필요가 있다.

It has been recognized as an important issue to design optimally a firm's logistics network for minimizing logistics cost and maximizing customer service. It is, however, not easy to get an optimal solution by analyzing trade-off of cost factors, dynamic and interdependent characteristics in the logistics network decision making. Although there has been some developments in a system which helps decision making for logistics analysis, it is true that there is no system for enterprise-wise's on-site support and methodical logistics decision. Specially, E-biz process along with information technology has been made dramatic advance in a various industries, there has been much need for practical education closely resembles on-site work. The software developed by this study materializes efficient algorithm suggested by recent studies in key topics of logistics such as location and allocation problem, traveling salesman problem, and vehicle routing problem and transportation and distribution problem. It also supports executing a variety of experimental design and analysis in a way of the most user friendly based on Java. In the near future, we expect that it can be extended to integrated supply chain solution by adding decision making in production in addition to a decision in logistics.
