최근 들어 사회 전반에 걸친 웰빙 트렌드의 영향으로 우유제품도 기능성을 부여한 백색 우유의 수요가 점점 늘어나고 있다. 특히 백색우유의 경우 최근 몇 년간 급식과 고정적인 수요 이외에는 신규 창출에 한계성을 드러내고 있어 이를 타개하기 위한 기능성 제품 세분화 노력이 더욱 활발해지고 있는 상황이다. 업체들 역시 일반 흰 우유는 경쟁이 필요 없을 정도로 똑같다는 인식하에 어떤 차별성이 있기 전까지는 소비자의 수요를 끌어낼 수 없다는 판단으로 기능성을 살린 백색우유 개발로 해결책을 모색하고 있는 것이다. 이에 포장디자인도 이러한 기능성우유 개발에 편승하여 제품의 기능적 특성과 정보를 일반 소비자에게 제대로 전달하고 강하게 부각시켜야 할 중요한 역할을 담당하게 되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 기능성우유의 일반적인 고찰과 함께 현재 시판되고 있는 각 제품들이 가지고 있는 기능적 특성과 포장 디자인 표현전략을 분석해 봄으로써 보다 바람직한 기능성우유의 디자인 차별화전략에 대하여 알아보고자 한다.

A simple control strategy of DO-stat was introduced to the recombinant rGuamerin production process in Pichia pastoris. This induction strategy consisted of two interrelated control loops ‘by which oxygen ratio of inlet gas and methanol feeding rate was controlled. Using this control strategy, over-feeding or under-feeding of methanol could be avoided in concomitance with the efficient control of dissolved oxygen level. As a result, the cell concentration reached 130 g/L and rGuamerin expression level was 450 iu/L, which was more than 40% increased result comparing with the fed-batch process using manual control of methanol feeding rate.

When we consider a life insurance company that sells a large number of continuous T-year term life insurance policies, it is important to find an optimal strategy which maximizes the surplus of the insurance company at time T. The purpose of this paper is to give an explicit expression for the optimal reinsurance and investment strategy which maximizes the expected exponential utility of the final value of the surplus at the end of T-th year. To do this we solve the corresponding Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman equation.

An explicit expression of the optimal investment strategy corresponding to the HARA utility function under the constant elasticity of variance (CEV) model has been given by Jung and Kim [6]. In this paper we give an explicit expression of the optimal solution for the extended logarithmic utility function. And we prove an a.s. convergence of the HARA solutions to the extended logarithmic one.

Web 2.0 which is characterized by openness, sharing with others and users' active participation has a strong impact on Individual and business environments. New technology such as open-API, RSS, collective intelligence gives various benefits to the website user. Recently, the Web 2.0 paradigm has also affected the public service. Many public service organizations are also adopting Web 2.0 applications to improve their ability for serving users more effectively. However, there is a contradiction between value of public service and that of web 2.0. Web 2.0 which pursues openness and freedom of expression can impair the accuracy and reliability of public information in the public sites. We conducted a case study on EBS which reflects the Web 2.0 strategy for websites renewal. To cope with environmental changes, EBS began reorganization of the web site and applied Web 2.0 strategy for leveraging an easy to use and user satisfaction. This research shows that how to Implement the Web 2.0 strategy and what is the limitation of it. The findings of this study suggest practical implications for Web 2.0 strategy in public web sites, especially for educational fields.

In comtemporary interior design, hybrid form causes cognitive turnovers of aesthetics. Especially it offers much possibility to expression techniques in interior design and works as compound system, symbolic aggregate that makes and expands various meanings. The aesthetic ideology of hybrid design can be interpreted through the philosphic concept of art, sublime, reception, representation and explains expression techniques and characteristic in interior design through various transformation and meaning conversion. The expression techinique that is a form of openness, transcendental interpretation that exceed a dupilicate of meaning. can be classified as oxymoron, defamiliarization and interface. The characteristic that is based on those expressions appears as use of complex codes of visual images, decoding strategy, intertextuality of meaning. This research attitude can explain the thinking method of interior design by defining the epistemological scheme that is basically involved in expressional styles with characteristics of hybrid aesthetics. In order to be recognized as the object of aesthetics, hybrid has to be approached by interpretational methods of expression techniques. Consequently the characters of expression techniques in hybrid design can be investigated as one of the methodology in interior design plan.

Docetaxel, recognized as a stabilizing microtubule agent, is frequently administrated as a first line treatment for prostate cancers. Due to high side effects of monotherapy, however, combinations with novel adjuvants have emerged as an alternative strategy in cancer therapy protocols. Here, we investigated the combined effects of stattic and docetaxel on the DU145 prostate cancer cell line. Cytotoxicity was evaluated by MTT assay. To understand molecular mechanisms of stattic action, apoptotic related genes including Bcl-2, Mcl-1, Survivin and Bax were evaluated by real-time RT-PCR. Alteration in the expression of pro-apoptotic Bax and anti-apoptotic Bcl-2 genes and Bax/Bcl-2 ratio were investigated via the $2^{{\Delta}{\Delta}CT}$ method. The $IC_{50}$ values for docetaxel and stattic were $3.7{\pm}0.9nM$ and $4.6{\pm}0.8{\mu}M$, respectively. Evaluation of key gene expression levels revealed a noticeable decrease in antiapoptotic Bcl-2 and Mcl-1 along with an increase in pro-apoptotic Bax mRNA levels (p<0.05). Our results suggest that combination of a STAT3 inhibitor with doctaxel can be considered as a potent strategy for induction of apoptosis via increasing Bax mRNA expression.

The complement (C) regulatory proteins decay accelerating factor (DAF, CD55) and CD59 could protect host cells using different mechanisms from C-mediated damage at two distinct levels within the C pathway. Co-expression of DAF and CD59 would be an effective strategy to help overcome host C-induced xenograft hyperacute rejection. In this study, we made a construct of recombinant expression vector containing DAF and CD59 cDNA and the stable cell lines were obtained by G418 selection. Extraneous genes integration and co-expression were identified by PCR, RT-PCR and Western blot analysis. Human c-mediated cytolysis assays showed that NIH/3T3 cells transfected stably with pcDNA3-CD59, pcDNA3-DAF, and pcDNA3-CD59DAF-DP were protected from C-mediated damage and that synchronously expressed human CD59 and DAF provided the most excellent protection for host cells as compared with either human CD59 or DAF expressed alone. Therefore, the construct represents an effective and efficacy strategy to overcome C-mediated damage in cells and, ultimately, in animals.

This is the time we need differentiated strategy due to consumer's standard of purchasing is becoming more complicated and corporate marketing war is intensely competitive. For a long-term strategy, making competitive corporate image is important because companies have their own competitiveness. In addition, importance of having a relationship with customer is magnified through consumers'direct and indirect experience. "The corporate complex cultural space is designed place for experiential marketing to convey its meaning to consumers." Under above concept, this study analyzed the theory of experiential marketing and conducted a survey which is based on experiential marketing strategic module (SEMs) using the analyzed theory. This study drew expression characteristics of space through case analysis and conducted a survey to have more effective corporate complex cultural space. As a result, the experience in the space enables people to understand of the space through five senses, not consist of simply chucks of sense-date, and this result emphasizes the importance of 'Event' because people tend to escape from restriction for reality to relive stress and have emotional satisfaction. In addition, it shows expression characteristics which provide sympathy as a flexible interaction through symbolical image. The result of the expression characteristics' survey is showed up to improve effect of corporate complex cultural space. This study is analyzing the corporate complex cultural space through experience marketing for the company which wants provide differentiated experience of various space expression methods and catching current position. Also, this study places its significance to give a way to increase space preference and effect of corporate complex cultural space. Based on the result of this study, I hope the future corporate complex cultural space will develop refreshingly.

본 연구의 목적은 환경 문제에 대한 시대적 배경과에 맞추어 일본의 대표적인 친환경 건축가인 후지모리 테루노부 작품에 나타나는 공간표현 특성을 알아보고자한다. 연구 방법으로는 1990년대부터 현재까지의 작품 중 그를 대표하는 다실 공간 5곳을 선정하여 문헌연구를 통하여 공간의 표현 특성을 알아보고자 한다. 분석결과로는 반드시 자연소재를 사용하여 공간을 마감 하고 건축물에 식물을 도입하는 전략을 적극적으로 사용하고 있었다. 일본의 전통방식을 차용하는 전략은 공상성과 일탈성을 나타내는 공간표현 방식으로 사용하고 있었다. 이 시대에 새로움을 추구하는 현대인들의 요구와 실현 가능한 대안의 친환경 건축 계획 시 또 다른 공간디자인 방법론으로 제시할 수 있다고 기대해 본다.
