AC 및 DC 송전 선로 병렬 연계에 따른 정상상태 커플링 영향 분석 (The Study of Steady-State Interaction Between AC and DC Lines on the Same Transmission Tower)

  • The application of the AC and DC lines on the same transmission tower is an economical and practical approaching that increase the power transmission capacity of an existing transmission corridor. But, In this case, Inductive and capacitive coupling between AC and DC lines on the same tower should be investigated in advance. According to the installation plan of 80kV ${\pm}$60MW bipole HVDC in Cheju, KOREA that will be commissioned until 2011, DC lines will parallely operate with 154kV 2 AC lines in existed 154kV AC 4 lines transmission tower. This paper presents the steady state analysis results about the interaction between 154kV AC and 80kV DC lines in the same transmission tower.

수직 원형관내 혼합대류 유동영역지도의 유효성 검토 (Validity Review of Mixed Convection Flow Regime Map in Vertical Cylinders)

  • 본 연구에서는 기존에 알려진 수직 원형관내 혼합대류 유동영역지도에 대하여 원 문헌의 분석과 재구성을 통해 지도의 유효성 검토를 수행하였다. 지도를 구성하는 원 문헌을 수집하여 내용을 정리하였고 조사한 데이터와 대류열전달 상관식을 활용하여 독립적으로 지도를 재구성하고 기존의 지도와 비교하였다. 재구성한 지도에는 혼합대류 영역이 곡선이 아니라 직선으로 나타났으며 천이영역을 나타내는 것은 재현되지 않았다. 일부 데이터만 포함된 기존의 지도와 달리 재구성 지도에는 상당히 많은 양의 데이터가 포함됐다. 기존의 유동영역지도는 활용된 데이터가 선택적으로 사용되었고, 혼합대류와 천이영역을 나타내는 실선 대해 언급되지 않았으며 불확실도 분석을 통한 정보를 제공하지 않았기 때문에 신뢰할 수 없다고 판단된다. Metais와 Eckert의 연구 이후, 혼합대류에 관한 많은 연구가 수행되었으나 대류의 유동영역을 구분하는 방법으로 기존의 지도가 지금까지 활용되고 있다.

내공생 진화알고리듬을 이용한 혼합모델 조립라인의 작업할당과 투입순서 결정 (Balancing and Sequencing in Mixed Model Assembly Lines Using an Endosymbiotic Evolutionary Algorithm)

  • This paper presents a new method that can efficiently solve the integrated problem of line balancing and model sequencing in mixed model assembly lines (MMALs). Line balancing and model sequencing are important for an efficient use of MMALs. The two problems of balancing and sequencing MMALs are tightly related with each other. However, In almost all the existing researches on mixed-model production lines, the two problems have been considered separately. In this research, an endosymbiotic evolutionary a1gorithm, which is a kind of coevolutionary a1gorithm, is adopted as a methodology in order to solve the two problems simultaneously. This paper shows how to apply an endosymbiotic evolutionary a1gorithm to solving the integrated problem. Some evolutionary schemes are used In the a1gorithm to promote population diversity and search efficiency. The proposed a1gorithm is compared with the existing evolutionary algorithms in terms of solution quality and convergence speed. The experimental results confirm the effectiveness of our approach.

틸팅특성과 승차감을 고려한 틸팅열차의 곡선부 제한속도 평가 (Evaluation of Speed Limit of Tilting Trains Including Passenger's Comfort in Conventional Line)

  • For the purpose of speed-up of conventional lines with many curves, the introduction and operation of tilting train is under process. Those are Joong-Ang, Jang-Hang and Ho-nam lines etc. Tilting trains can run a curve section faster than existing trains without a significant violation of passenger's comfort and enable to reduce operating time in the lines with many curves. In this study, the trains speeds are evaluated, based on the alignment of conventional line, criteria for passenger's comfort and investigated field conditions of the sections where the curves exist. Decision on whether the alignment(transition line) needs to be modified or not is also made. Relative efficiency on curve sections of tilting train to existing trains is approximately $50\%$ in average.

Inclined yield lines in flange outstands

  • While spatial plastic mechanism analysis has been widely and successfully applied to thinwalled steel structures to analyse the post-failure behaviour of sections and connections, there remains some contention in the literature as to the basic capacity of an inclined yield line. The simple inclined hinge commonly forms as part of the more complex spatial mechanism, which may involve a number of hinges perpendicular or inclined to the direction of thrust. In this paper some of the existing theories are compared with single inclined yield lines that form in flange outstands, by comparing the theories with plate tests of plates simply supported on three sides with the remaining (longitudinal) edge free. The existing mechanism theories do not account for different in-plane displacement gradients of the loaded edge, nor the slenderness of the plates, and produce conservative results. A modified theory is presented whereby uniform and non-uniform in-plane displacements of the loaded edge of the flange, and the slenderness of the flange, are accounted for. The modified theory is shown to compare well with the plate test data, and its application to flanges that are components of sections in compression and/or bending is presented.

Balancing and sequencing problem are important for an efficient use of MMULs and are tightly related with each other. However, in almost all the existing researches on mixed­model production lines, the two problems have been considered separately. In 1his research, an endosymbiotic evolutionary algorithm, which is a kind of evolutionary algorithm, is adopted as a methodology in order to solve the two problems simultaneously. Some evolutionary search capability, rapidity of convergence and population diversity. The proposed algorithm is compared with the existing evolutionary algorithm in terms of solution quality. The experimental results confirm the effectiveness of our approach.

신경회로망을 이용한 송전선 허용용량 예측기법 (Dynamic Line Rating Prediction in Overhead Transmission Lines Using Artificial Neural Network)

  • With the increase of demand for electricity power, new construction and expansion of transmission lines for transport have been required. However, it has been difficult to be realized by such opposition from environmental groups and residents. Therefore, the development of techniques for effective use of existing transmission lines is more needed. In this paper, the major variables to affect the allowable transmission capacity in an overhead transmission lines were selected and the dynamic line rating (DLR) method using artificial neural networks reflecting unique environment-heat properties was proposed. To prove the proposed method, the analyzed results using the artificial neural network were compared with the ones obtained from the existing method. The analyzed results using the proposed method showed an error of 0.9% within ${\pm}$, which was to be practicable.

쌍끌이 중층망의 전개성능에 대한 모형실험 (Model Test on the Opening Efficiency of the Midwater Pair Trawl Net)

  • 쌍끌이중층망은 1993년에 우리 나라에 처음으로 도입된 이후 그 보급이 급속하게 확산되어 현재는 대부분의 온 쌍끌이 기선저인망어선이 중층망을 사용하고 있다. 그런데, 이 어구를 운용함에 있어서 망목의 크기가 12,800mm의 것으로 커지면서 어구현황 및 전개성능에 대한 충분한 연구가 이루어지지 않아서 대상어종 및 해양환경에 따른 어구어법과 운용기술의 정립이 미흡하고, 그물목줄의 가닥수가 많으며 뜸이 그물코에 끼여서 파망이나 안전사고의 원인이 된다는 점이 문제점으로 지적되고 있다. 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 현재 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 최대망목 12,800mm인 중층망의 구조적인 결함을 보완하여 설계한 개량형의 모형망을 제작하여 회류수조에서 그물목줄의 길이와 가닥수 및 침강력의 변화에 따른 어구의 전개성능을 실험한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 그물목줄의 길이는 옆줄에 연결된 2번과 3번 목줄의 길이를 현행의 것에 비하여 약 30%를 더 짧게 한 어구의 전개성능이 약 7% 향상되었다. 2. 그물목줄의 가닥수는 4가닥형이 가장 우수하며, 3가닥형, 2가닥형의 순으로 전개성능이 저하되었다. 특히, 2가닥형의 경우에는 유속이 빨라짐에 따라 옆판의 중앙부가 뒤쪽으로 뚜렷하게 처지는 것이 관찰되었다. 3. 침강력을 크게 할수록 어구의 전개성능은 우수해지며, 그물목줄을 3가닥형, 2가닥형으로 하는 경우는 침강력을 4가닥형일 때의 각각 약 1.5배, 1.6∼l.7배 정도로 크게 해 주어야 기존어구와 같은 전개성능을 나타낼 수 있었다.

양면 조립라인 밸런싱을 위한 할당규칙 (An Assignment Rule for Balancing Two-sided Assembly Lines)

  • This paper considers two-sided (left and right side) assembly lines which are often used, especially in assembling large-sized products such as trucks and buses. A large number of exact algorithms and heuristics have been proposed to balance one-sided lines. However, little attention has been paid to balancing two-sided assembly lines. This paper presents an efficient assignment rule for balancing two-sided assembly lines. The rule involves maximizing relatedness and slackness between works. We first investigate the characteristics of two-sided line balancing and devise new measures for the balancing. We in this rule assign workstations a set of tasks rather than an unit task at a time. a priority rule of assigning the sets is proposed. Extensive computational experiments are carried out to make the performance comparison between the proposed rule and existing ones. The computational results show that our rule is promising in solution quality.
