Inducible MLS resistance gene of Bacillus licheniformis specified by erm K was subcloned in Bacillus subtilis and the DNA sequence corresponding to its control region was determined. The determinant erm K was in Pvu II=Hind III fragment, which was 1.3 kb. The leader region is capable of forming a complex series of inverted complementary repeat sequences (ICRS) centering on at least six axes of symmetry, some of them mutually exclusive, in a way that resulted ultimately in post-transcriptional unmasking of the ribosome loading site for methylase synthesis.

기존의 접근 제어 메커니즘인 강제적 접근 제어와 임의적 접근 제어는 무결성을 요구하는 상용 환경의 정보 보안에는 부족하여 이의 대안으로 직무 기반 접근 제어 (RBAC:Role Based Access Control)가 주목 받고 있으며, 직무를 수행하는 사용자의 의무 분리(Separation of Duty)에 대한 연구가 최근 이루어지고 있다. RBAC에서 사용자는 직무에 배정된 접근권한(Privilege) 만을 수행하여야 하는데 상호 배타적(Mutual exclusive)특성을 갖는 직무는 표현 및 접근 권한의 직무 배정과 수행에 있어서 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 RBAC의 기본 특성을 분석하여 직무에 접근권한을 부여하고 사용자를 직무에 배정하는데 따른 안전한 접근 제어를 위하여 반순서 관계를 갖는 직무의 승계 속성에 따라 직무의 계층 형태를 분류하고, 직무에 배정되는 접근권한의 표현과 관리를 용이하게 하기 위하여 객체에 부여된 객체 접근권한을 분석하여 방향성 그래프를 이용하여 기본 접근권한으로 모델링한다. 접근권한 그래프(Privilege Graph)로 표현된 기본 접근권한에 직무를 배정하면 상호 배타적 직무의 접근권한과 의무 분리의 표현 및 관리를 용이하게 할 수 있다. 이를 기반으로 의무 분리를 포함한 RBAC의 안정성 특성과 접근권한 그래프를 이용한 직무의 의무 분리를 위한 직무 관리 알고리즘을 제시한다.

The cancer stem cell (CSC) model states that cancers are organized in cellular hierarchies, which explains the functional heterogeneity often seen in tumors. Like normal tissue stem cells, CSCs are capable of self-renewal, either by symmetric or asymmetric cell division, and have the exclusive ability to reproduce malignant tumors indefinitely. Current systemic cancer therapies frequently fail to eliminate advanced tumors, which may be due to their inability to effectively target CSC populations. It has been shown that embryonic pathways such as Wnt, Hedgehog, and Notch control self-renewal and cell fate decisions of stem cells and progenitor cells. These are evolutionary conserved pathways, involved in CSC maintenance. Targeting these pathways may be effective in eradicating CSCs and preventing chemotherapy or radiotherapy resistance.

This paper tries to find out the characteristics of the vernacular dwellings in Noksan area which has been a part of Kaya cultural realm. Through the analyses of its environments and several practical unit plans. The characteristic of the vernacular dwellings in thes arer are as below. The dwellings has been transfigured form [Omaksari] hut which is generally the smallest house form in Korea. The noticeable vernacular hut in this area is smallest 4-kan double-wing plan which is irregular 전 shape, but they call it single wing and 2-kan plan. Leed which can be obtained easily in thes area is used on roof and in wall. Timbers used in constrution are very slim or rather weak, but they were treated carafully. The chimney form in this area seems the results of minimizing of their being from the invasion of Japanese pirate, but also it seems an effective method of heat control. In conclusion, we cannot deny that the house form of this area seems affected by its exclusive natural and social environments.

This paper presents the brief generation process of system requirements for Smart UAV from a development objective. The current Smat UAV requirements deal with the restricted life cycle from development to test and verification exclusive of full life cycle because of the new technology demonstration research program funded by governments. The Smart UAV system consists of flight vehicle, avionics, communication link, payload, ground control station and ground supporting system. In this paper, top-down flown requirements are introduced how to allocate to each sub-system.

In this paper, the microcontroller TCP/IP NIE(Network Interface Equipment) which is exclusive of an operating system is implemented and the applied example to a step motor motion controller is then explained. The microcontroller TCP/IP NIE supplies a DHCP(Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) as well as basic TCP/IP network protocols. So, the automatic setting up of the Dynamic If(Internet Protocol) is possible. To implement a control of a system with an internet, the microcontroller TCP/IP NIE is applied to a step motor motion controller and a step motor is then controlled with a Microsoft Windows-based Telnet application program.

The study suggests the possibility of using internet of things for a dietary intake survey. The development scenario of the dietary intake survey was composed of a weighing sensor for measuring food weight, bluetooth module for communicating through smart-phones, and smart-phone application. The weighing sensor attached to the bottom of utensils was designed to measure the weight of initial food & food eaten, and the results were transmitted to the smart-phone through the bluetooth module. The exclusive application in the smart-phone displayed the results of the amount of food intake, calorie intake, and eating rate. Through this system, subjects could continuously monitor their dietary intake & eating rate and recognize their actual eating environment, which leads to prevent overconsumption of food intake & form balanced eating habits. Based on this system, we need to consolidate and develop a weight control program.

The objective of this was to improve a transportation cost relation between Central Distribution Centers(CDCs) and Regional Distribution Centers(RDCs), to control inventory cost concerning safety stock for each service level, by reviewing distribution steps connecting CDCs and RDCs under the price discount. It was also to examine and compare operating costs for the following two alternative suggestions for setting the service standard as a counter measure for a stock-out of the distribution network system management. First, provision by dispersing the safety stock to the CDCs and RDCs; and second, exclusive provision of the safety stock only to the RDCs. The cost comparison analysis was made for each category of purchase costs, regular transportation costs, express transportation costs, and inventory holding costs.
