SRM의 저소음 구동을 위한 여자방식에 따른 특성해석 (Characteristic Analysis of Excitation Method for Reduction of Acoustic Noise of SRM)

  • Switched reluctance drive does exhibit higher levels of vibration and acoustic noise than that of most competing drives. The main source of vibration in the switched reluctance drive is generated by rapid change of radial magnetic force when phase current is extinguished during commutation action. In this paper, some excitation method is proposed to reduce vibration and acoustic noise of the switched reluctance drive. The excitation strategies considered in this research are 1-phase, 2-phase and hybrid excitation method. 1-phase method is a conventional and 2-phase method is excited 2 phases simultaneously. The hybrid excitation has 2-phase excitation by long dwell angle as well as conventional 1-phase excitation. The vibration and acoustic noise are compared and tested. Suggested 2-phase and hybrid strategies reduce acoustic noise because the scheme reduces abrupt change of excitation level by distributed and balanced excitation.

  • A simple construction, low cost, and a fault tolerant power electronic drive have made the switched reluctance drive a strong contender for many applications. But the switched reluctance drive exhibits higher levels of vibration and acoustic noise than most competing drives. The main source of vibration in the switched reluctance drive is generated by the rapid change of radial magnetic force when the phase current is extinguished during commutation. In this paper, some excitation methods are proposed to reduce the vibration and acoustic noise of the switched reluctance drive. The excitation strategies considered in this research are 1-phase, 2-phase and hybrid excitation methods. The 1-phase method is the conventional approach, while in the 2-phase method, the two phases are excited simultaneously. The hybrid excitation has 2-phase excitation using a long dwell angle as well as conventional 1-phase excitation. The vibration and acoustic noise are compared and tested. The suggested 2-phase and hybrid strategies reduce acoustic noise because the schemes reduce the abrupt change in excitation level by using distributed and balanced excitation.

벤젠제거에 대한 광촉매 효율의 여기광원 의존성 (Excitation Light Source Dependence of Photo-catalytic Efficiency for Benzene Removal)

  • We have investigated the excitation-light source dependence of photo-catalytic efficiency for the benzene removal. The photo-catalytic module for the benzene removal is fabricated by a combination of GaN-based ultraviolet light-emitting diode (UV GaN-LED) and $TiO_2$ thin film coated on an aluminum plate. The benzene reduction rates of 365 nm and 375 nm modules at 60 mA junction current are approximately $8.95\;\%/Hr$ and $9.2\;\%/Hr$, respectively, which indicates that 365 nm GaN-LED is more effective than 375 nm GaN-LED. The benzene reduction efficiency is also noticeably dependent on the excitation wavelength and excitation-light power, as well as it is increased with the shorter wavelength and higher excitation power. This result exhibits that UV GaN-LED is useful to remove the volatile organic compounds (VOCs) existing in the environment.

차량 동력 전달계의 비틀림 가진력 해석 (Analysis of Torsional Excitation Force of the Vehicle Driveline)

  • 엔진의 토크 변동과 추진축의 각속도 변화는 차량 동력 전달계의 주요 가진원이다. 본 논문에는 이들 가진원의 발생 기구에 대하여 논하였다. 이 시스템의 등가모델은 가진원과 유사하게 구성되었고, ARLA Simul v 6.7과 ARLA-Simstat v 2.3을 이용하여 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션의 결과는 동력 전달계의 비틀림 가진원의 특성을 보였다. 엔진과 추진축 시스템에 대한 실험 장치는 차량의 부품으로 구성되었다. 플라이휠의 토크 변동과 추진축의 각속도는 실험 장치로 부터 측정하였다. 실험결과는 시뮬레이션 결과와 비교하였고, 이론적 결과와 일치하였다.

부동 소수점 DSP를 이용한 4kbps EHSX 음성 부호화기의 실시간 구현 (Real-Time Implementation of the EHSX Speech Coder Using a Floating Point DSP)

  • 본 논문에서는 선형예측 잔여신호에 대한 하모닉 벡터 여기 코딩과 시간 대역 분리 혼합 코딩을 결합한 4kbps EHSX (Enhanced Harmonic Stochastic Excitation) 음성부호화기 실시간 구현한 내용을 기술한다. 유성음 구간에서는 하모닉 여기 코딩에 무성음 구간에 대해서는 분석-합성 구조의 벡터 여기 코딩을 사용하였으며, 유/무성음이 혼재하는 전이구간에서는 시간 분리 전이 코딩을 사용하였다. 이 음성부호화기 구현을 위해 부동소수점과 고정소수점을 모두 지원하는 DSP인 TMS320C6701을 사용하였고, 연산량을 줄이기 위해 IFFT를 사용한 저 복잡도 정현파 합성법을 사용하여 알고리즘의 최적화를 이루었으며, 복잡도의 문제가 되는 부분을 고정소수점으로 변환한 후 파이프라인을 적용한 핸드 어셈블리 코딩을 하여 구현에서의 최적화를 이루었다. 또한, 메모리의 효율성을 극대화하기 위해 캐쉬 메모리 할당과 데이터를 내부 메모리에 할당하였고 수학 연산의 최적화를 위해 FastRTS67x 라이브러리를 사용하였다. 개발 환경은 DSP EVM 보드를 사용하였으며 음성 신호의 입·출력 확인으로 동작 및 기능을 검증하여 실시간 구현하였다.
