Object-oriented porgramming is a major trend in computer software because it increases the flexibility of large scale software system. In this paper the advantages of the new software approach for optimal design of induction motor are demonstrated with an implementation of the motor design and characteristics analysis functions. And evolution strategy is used in optimization process.

This paper proposes an intelligent controller for brushless DC motor and load with unknown nonlinear dynamics. The proposed intelligent control system consists of a plant identifier and PID controller with varying gains. The identifier is constructed using an Auto Regressive Moving Average (ARMA) model. In order to tune the parameters of the identifier and the gains of the PID controller efficiently, e also propose a modified Evolution Strategy. Experimental results show that the proposed intelligent controller for brushless DC motor has good control performance under unknown disturbance.

Since the 90's, the world's aerospace industry have been experienced the era of radical changes. We make a comparative study about the 10 countries government policies and corporate strategies changes in this era. In this study, we figure out aerospace industry's evolutional patterns and factors through evolutionary perspective, and then, proposed development strategies and implications for Korea's aerospace industry.

This paper describes the optimal design of an AWG spectrum to meet various specifications and improve some physical parameters. The objective function is the norm of the difference between design parameters and target values. To obtain the design parameters, the Fourier model is employed and the design variables arc spacing of array waveguide, width of array waveguide, optical path difference, and focal length. The (1+1) Evolution Strategy is employed as the optimization tool. The optimization procedure is applied to a 16-channel AWG and the optimized design variables will considerably improve the system performance.

An optimization technique applicable to the Yagi-Uda antenna was proposed in this paper. An objective function, which is the gain of the antenna in our case, was computed using method of moments. Design variables for the Yagi-Uda antenna were chosen with lengths, positions and diameters of the antenna elements. For the optimization process, the evolution strategy technique was adopted. The results were compared with existing results and showed better performances.

초고속 인터넷서비스 시장(ADSL과 CTV)이 불과 2년 만에 성숙단계에 접어들어 가입자가 포화상태에 이르면서, Post ADSL을 대비한 구축전략이 통신사업자를 중심으로 어떻게 전이될 것인가 하는 것은 초미의 관심 대상이다. 본 고에서는, 대체모형을 고려한 Bass 모델을 이용해 Post ADSL 가입자에 대한 추정을 하여 본 결과 2002년부터 시작하여 2003년 말에 153만 명, 2004년 말에 444만 명에 이르러 2005년부터는 초고속인터넷 서비스 가입자를 앞지를 것으로 예상되었다.

In this paper, we analyze the concept of network convergence and characteristics of Broadband convergence Network(BcN) from the service perspective where convergence would appear. We suggest the evolutionary 3 stage steps of BcN as an ideal network strategy when considering present network situation. We also propose the features of several representative services that are expected to emerge out of network convergence.

In this paper, we introduce the micro robot soccer playing system as a standard test bench for the study on the multiple agent system. Our method is based on following viewpoints. They are (1) any complex behavior such as cooperation among agents must be completed by sequential basic actions of concerned agents. (2) those basic actions can be well defined, but (3) how to organize those actions in current time point so as to result in a new stale beneficial to the end aim ought to be achieved by a kind of self-learning self-organization strategy.

The Korean state evolved as a distinct entity in a region of major power convergence and conflict. All states, as human constructions, seek sovereignty and life security of their subjects/citizens, and are rotted in organic society. In the Republic of Korea, constitutional order has provided a framework for political action and a succession of regimes - authoritarianism, military dictatorship, and constitutional democracy. Since 1960 two paradigms have undergone a cycle of growth and decline, and a third, since the 2016 candlelight demonstrations in Gwanghwamun, may be the beginnning of a third generation paradigm - populist constitutionalism.
