To provide the appropriate direction for development of transient control in a gasoline engine, transient performance analysis and evalution under four accelerating types based on typical driver's acceleration type were implemented by experimental study. In order to evaluate the characteristics of transient performance quanititatively, the concept and method by transient response specifications were introduced. Several performance parameters in terms of engine speed(RPM), manifold absolute pressure(MAP), fuel injection duration($\DeltatI_{nj}$) and air excess ratio($\lambda$) were emasured simultaneously during the four types of the throttle valve opening with the step motor controlled by PC. The result showed that transient response specifications in terms of delay time, rising time and settling time characterized the transient performance for four acceleration types quantitatively. Intensified acceleration type was most economical and linear acceleration type revealed the best emission performance.

As the increase in the use of computers and rapid development of information technology exacerbate auditors' judgmental process, achieving objectives(effectiveness) of control and auditing with limited resources requires auditors to identify relative importance and priority of controls. Consequently, auditors' review and evaluation of internal control is been highlighted in modrn auditing process. Especially, as more organizations adopted LAN(Local Area Network) systems. LAN environment is facing with problems arising from characteristics of theLAN and the evaluation of LAN controls. The modern in this study is LAN control evaluation model with information system auditing objectives. This study concludes that auditors' proper evalution of the importance of LAN controls contributes to the effective achievement of IS auditing objectives.

In 1992, HyoGo County in Japan itself established a guideline for the environment-friendly agriculture and have been propelling the environment-friendly agriculture as a major agricultural policy together with organic farming. This study focuses on the evaluation of the “organic farms' villages” projected by the County among other projects. The results indicate that the project results in several benefits such as decrease in chemical input use and environmental pollution, and enhancement in farmers' concerns on safety and environment. On the contrary. it shows that no economic benefits are anticipated in the short run with the organic farming. Therefore, it is necessary to consider economic incentives for farmers who adopt the organic practices to sustain farmers' income.

A railway station forecourt is the first place in a city that may make an impression on first time visitors. Their first impression is influenced by the view of the city from the station. This study had two objectives: one was to clarify the evaluation structure of a station forecourt landscape and the other was to clarify the effect of landscape elements on public preference using multivariate analysis, and to discuss the problems of designing a station forecourt. In order to accomplish these objectives, psychological experiments based on photos of station forecourts were carried out, and the relationship between public preference and landscape elements was analyzed. A significant relationship between public preference and elements of a station forecourt landscape was quantitatively observed and several problems inherent to station forecourt design were identified.

This paper describes a new method of stability evaluation for an estimated impulse response of a plant. It is difficult for the conventional stability evaluation equation to be used in an adaptive feedforward control system which uses an immeasurable acoustic transfer system of a real plant, because the equation requires an exact true impulse response of the plant. Therefore, the usefulness of the conventional equation is limited in a computer simulation. The proposed method is applicable to not only a computer simulation but also a real feedforward adaptive control system. It is found that the system is stable when the value of misadjustment is below -10 dB through computer simulations and experiments. And also, it is proved that the error signal is stable through the verification using filtered reference and filtered error LMS methods.

소프트웨어에 대한 고객의 요구수준이 점점 높아지고 복잡, 대형화됨에 따라 개발인력, 예산, 기간 등 많은 개발 자원이 소요되는 추세이지만, 개발자 직관에 의한 정성적인 판단으로 소요자원의 과부족을 초래하는 원인이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 요구분석 단계에서 기존의 정성적 판단에 따른 문제점을 보완하기 위해 요구분석 프로세스를 수정/제안하고, 의사결정기법을 이용하여 요구사항을 정량적으로 분석하고 식별할 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 사용자 요구분석 프로세스 검증단계에서 요구사항 평가활동을 추가하고, 의사결정 모델을 이용한 요구사항 가중치 계산, 시스템 기능과의 관련성 평가, 중요도 가중치를 계산하여 요구사항에 대한 식별의 기준으로 삼는다.

A total of 736 Holstein cows were examined for incidence of infertility and 57 infertile cows of them were examined for blood values. The results obtained were as follows: 1. Fifty eight heads (7.9%) of 736 Holstein cows examined were proved to be infertile and the causative disease of 58 infertile cows were diagnosed as silent heat (31.0%), repeat breeder (20.8%), dysfunction of ovary (15.5%), lutein cyst (13.8%), endometritis (8.6%), follicular cyst (5.2%), cervicitis (1.7%), pyometra (1.7%), and free-martin (1.7%). 2. Among the data of blood values of 57 infertile cows, values of total serum protein and serum calcium were remarkably lower (p 0.01) than those of normal cows. Meanwhile the unbalanced Ca/P ratio (1.1) was observed.

풍력발전용 회전날개의 구조설계 요구조건은 크게 제한 강도 요구조건(Limit strength requirement), 강성도 요구조건(Stiffness requirement), 피로수명 요구조건(Fatigue life requirement)의 세 가지를 들 수 있다. 첫째로 제한 강도 요구조건은 운용기간 중에 발생할 수 있는 최대하중에 견딜 수 있어야 하며, 폭풍이나 돌풍의 상황에 대한 안전성을 의미한다. 둘째로 강성도 요구조건은 운용 중 공진을 피하기 위한 고유진동 수확보, 타워와의 충돌을 피하기 위한 변위의 제한, 공력성능의 변화를 피하기 위한 비틀림각의 제한등이 있다 셋째로 피로수명에 대한 요구조건은 요구피로수명 동안에 예상되는 반복하중에 견딜 수 있어야 한다.

For estimation manufacturing cost during the early design stage, desingers have to know compositon of manufacturmg cost. Manufacturing cost is summalion of material cost and processmg cost. To be able to control the manufacturmg cost, it is necessary to estimate the costs adequately and to store the cost data in a generic way. a generic system, which is the basis for the control of the production costs, takes into account geometric information, material information, process information and production planning information Manufacturing cost is summation of material cost and processing cost.

Land (scape) ecology is a trans-disciplinary science studying the related systems at the earth surface, in their visual, structural and functional aspects. it serves as an umbrella under which abiotic and biotic sciences, in an integrated way, study the for each relevant land attributes and their interrelations. The spatial aspects of these relations have a special interest. Landscape ecology my have a pure scientific purpose, but usually is executed in an applied context, related to land evaluation for land use and conservation. Depending on the aim and application of the study, one of the land attributes may get special attention. Vegetation mapping may contribute to landscape ecological study but also benefit from it especially in case of reconnaissance surveys. This is because in less detailed surveys of any land attribute, like land form, soil, vegetation, one must necessarily apply landscape ecological principles in the survey methodology, including remote sensing.
