This study suggested how to apply it decision-making of product development rapidly by design evaluation process to objectify and the result to quantify with viewpoint of design evaluation sets to marketability. Coverage of this method limited to the evaluation stage of design concept. The procedure of study, first of all, referred to some type of design evaluation method and their feature. And next, referred to some kinds of demand forecasting for marketing. Above an, this study focused on the method of demand forecasting by buying intentions surveys proper to the marketability evaluation of new product design. On a case study, I had investigated preference survey and buying intentions surveys about the design proposal of "language master audio". I selected the best design proposal through the conjoint analysis and also investigated demand forecasting. First, on the basis of buying intentions surveys, choose population and had produced buying demand, awareness demand, potential demand. I could estimate some profit to take out expense and cost from the buying demand. This estimated profit is marketability judgement data of product design at the design concept stage and can be utilized to measurable data for decision-making of product development. Through the case study, this method could forecast a target demand, and even if it is some difference between real sales volume, but the case study could verified that this method is effective to the evaluation of marketability in case of completely new product got on the typical category and the product category could be set up the population clearly.

This study is the result of meta evaluation for the self evaluation of defense R&D programs in Korea. The overall meta evaluation result of defense R&D programs gained 74.3 points out of 100, so it was evaluated as 'Good'. But it demonstrated that further improvement for overall system of defense R&D programs evaluation is required. And especially, it demonstrated that more alternatives are necessary in order to improve the utilizations and the feedbacks of evaluation results. The evaluation context component gained 80.2 points out of 100, so it was evaluated as 'Very Good'. The evaluation input component gained 73.1 points out of 100, so it was evaluated as 'Good'. The evaluation process component gained 74.8 points out of 100, so it was evaluated as 'Good'. From the analysis, it is attempted to identify possible problems and to find out the ways of improvements related to the self evaluation system of defense R&D Programs.

In this study an evaluation method is proposed, with the strong relationship between the ante and post audit works evaluation. The ante evaluation does in general and systematic ways, with past audit results and proposals. The criteria-based evaluation is used for the audit activities and outputs. The critical success factors for the projects applies to the activities evaluation and product evaluation framework to the output. The ante and post evaluation have the cross evaluation items to be the whole and continuous one. Eighteen common evaluation items are derived, with their own evaluation elements in detail, which have only differences of the actually done and expectations between the ante and post. The proposed evaluation makes the ante and post one to be related with each other in a systematic and objective ways, to enhance the reliability of audit results and effectiveness of the audit.

Purpose: This study tests the validity of a standard evaluation tool of ambulance ride practices with new evaluation items and supports its application by 119 preceptors. Methods: We tested the validity of standard evaluation items collected from 19 on-site professionals assessing ambulance ride practices. New evaluation items, 'understanding of emergency rescue equipment' and 'ability to communicate', were added as additional criteria. The modified Delphi technique was used to test the three evaluation areas and ten evaluation items. We used the analytic hierarchy process to analyze the weighting value of the reconstructed evaluation tool model. Results: All three evaluation areas and 10 evaluation items within the standard evaluation tools used for ambulance ride practices corresponded with the consistency index, degree of convergence, and agreement in the modified Delphi panel. Conclusion: These results provide evidence of the consistency and usefulness behind preceptors' use of this standard evaluation tool in ambulance ride practice.

For the realization of the national self-defense, the trend of the defense R&D projects becomes global and diverse with the increase of their budget. Thus, for the effective execution of the budget and the successful performance of the projects, the importance of selection, management and evaluation of the R&D projects is emphasized. This study suggests the applicability of a meta-evaluation model for the realization of the successful defense R&D project evaluation system. This study focused on the development of the meta-evaluation model design which can be applicable to the national defense R&D projects. Using the proposed meta-evaluation model, we propose a technique to enhance the fairness and the reliability of the national defense R&D projects evaluation system.

This study was conducted to develop standards for evaluating what extent the physical environments of housing which can cope with the needs of the aging society. To set up the evaluation items of housing for the elderly, the evaluation items were formulated after analyzing the items or indices presented by the previous studies. This study was proceeded with in such an order as setting up the scope of evaluation, setting up the areas of evaluation, and setting up the items of evaluation. The scope of evaluation was limited to the indoor spaces of housing as it was thought that the elderly spend much more time at indoors, considering their physical characteristics. The areas of evaluation were composed of seven areas; general matters of housing(14 items), bedroom(35 items), living room(24 items), kitchen(29 items), bathroom(45 items), toilet(40 items), and staircase(15 items). The items of each area included those relevant to general matters, heating and ventilation, light source, openings, and related equipment. Therefore, the items of the evaluation areas were 202 in total.

We have carried out a collaborative study to evaluate a candidate preparation of antithrombin III concentrate whether it is suitable to serve as a Korea National Biological Standard. Three National Control Laboratories and three manufacturers participated in this study. The potency of this candidate preparation was determined by using a heparin cofactor chromogenic method described in the Minimum Requirements for Biological Products and the European Phamacopoeia. The purpose of this study is to investigate and analysis importance for evaluation indicators in youth centers. The sample of it is 138 youth centers. Method of this analysis of importance for its indicators is AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). Evaluation domains in youth center are process evaluation, product evaluation, input evaluation and specialized program in order of importance. Also, it is important to evaluate in needs assessment, recruitment of youth instructor, participation of youth in decision making, connective project with schools, sanitation level of youth center, satisfaction research, efforts of improvement of youth center staff in evaluation indicators. The result of this study is that importance for evaluation indicators suggests developmental directivity in youth center management.

This study aims to establish a seismic resistance performance evaluation method that makes sure to secure the seismic resistance performance of the existing mid-low story reinforced concrete structures. This study focuses on the development of the seismic resistance performance evaluation method for the overall seismic resistance performance evaluation on the buildings by applying fuzzy theory. This seismic resistance performance evaluation method considers the mutual relations among the type of force, the type of member, the type of story, and the states of deterioration of the buildings. The total seismic resistance performance index from this method was calculated by the intensity weight of each evaluation item, fuzzy measure, fuzzy integration. Moreover, the evaluation methodology was established in this study to identify the performance level of the Immediate Occupancy, Life Safe, Collapse Prevention by applying the fuzzy theory.
