원자력설비용 수위측정기 선정시 언어 모호집합론적 접근법 사용 (On the Use of the Linguistic Fuzzy Approaches in the Selection of Liquid Levelmeters for Nuclear Energy Facilities)

  • A selection methodology of liquid levelmeters, especially, level sensors in non-nuclear category, to be installed in nuclear energy facilities is developed using linguistic fuzzy approaches such as fully-linguistic and semi-linguistic methods. Depending on defuzzification techniques, the linguistic fuzzy methodology leads to either linguistic (exactly, fully-linguistic) or cardinal (i.e., semi-linguistic) evaluation. For the linguistic method, for each alternative, fuzzy preference index is converted to linguistic utility value by means of a similarity measure determining the degree of similarity between fuzzy index and linguistic ratings. For the cardinal method, the index is translated to cardinal overall utility value. According to these values, alternatives of interest are linguistically or numerically evaluated and a suitable alternative can be selected. Under given selection criteria, the suitable selections out of some liquid levelmeters for nuclear facilities are dealt with using the linguistic fuzzy methodology proposed. Then, linguistic fuzzy evaluation results are compared with qualitative result available in the literature. It is found that as to a suitable option the linguistic fuzzy selection is in agreement with the qualitative selection. Additionally, the comparative study shows that the fully-linguistic method using adequate scale system facilitates linguistic interpretation regarding evaluation results.

온라인 고조파 해석 지수의 개발 (On-line Harmonic Distortion Index for Power Quality Assessment)

  • This paper introduces a new online index to quantify the harmonic distortion. The proposed index based on VI product can represent the harmonic distortion of both voltage and current, and it includes the effect of interharmonic distortion. Also, the new index is suitable to online harmonic distortion evaluation since it only requires the r.m.s. (root mean square) value and fundamental frequency value of the signals. Case studies are presented to show the availability of the proposed index using the comparison with the THD (Total Harmonic Distortion).

신속평가방법(Rapid Assessment Method)을 이용한 습지평가 및 평가항목의 개선 (Wetland Assessment and Improvement of Evaluation Index Using Rapid Assessment Method (RAM))

  • 국내 습지의 가치와 등급을 평가하고 적용방안을 고찰하기 위해, 경상남도에 위치한 146개 습지를 대상으로 신속평가방법 (Rapid Assessment Method)을 이용한 습지평가를 수행하였다. 각 습지에서 평가된 8개 대항목과 주변 피복 비율 간 관계를 분석하기 위해 Self-Organizing Map(SOM) 알고리즘을 이용하여 패턴분석을 실시하였다. 총 8개의 항목 중, '식생다양성 야생동물 서식처'와 '미적 레크레이션' 항목 점수가 가장 높았으며, 대부분 2~3등급의 가치를 가지는 것으로 평가되었다. SOM 분석 결과, 식생다양성 야생동물 서식처 항목이 높은 습지에는 대부분 어류 양서 파충류 서식처 항목이 낮은 성향을 보였는데, 이는 어류 등은 식생다양성이 높은 지역을 선호하지 않기 때문인 것으로 사료된다. 습지 내 수생식물의 높은 풍부도는 미적인 부분을 충족시키기 때문에 미적 레크레이션 점수가 높은 습지는 대부분 식생다양성 야생동물 서식처가 높았다. 또한, 침식조절 기능의 경우 홍수 저장 조절 기능과 밀접하게 관련되며, 침식조절 기능이 높은 습지는 홍수 저장 조절 기능 또한 높은 경향을 가진다. 국내 습지에 신속평가방법을 적용한 결과, 일부 항목이 국내 습지 특성이나 범위에 맞지 않아 개선이 요구되며, 습지 보전 측면에서 '접근성'이나 '시각적 개방성' 등 항목들은 점수 체제의 전환이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 신속평가방법을 국내 습지에 적용하기 위해서는 항목 내 평가기준의 조정 혹은 세분화, 현실화가 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 향후 신속평가방법을 이용한 등급화는 습지의 보전이나 관리 방안 마련에 중요한 지표로서 활용될 수 있으며, 잔존하는 습지를 보존하여 멸종위기종 등 생물상 유지에 크게 기여할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

도시 비오톱의 자연체험 가치 평가모형의 개발과 적용 (Development and Application of an Evaluation Model for Urban Biotope Appraisal)

  • The purpose of this study is to construct an evaluation criteria based on the relative importance and various combinations of each evaluation index and then to appraise urban biotope in terms of nature experience and recreation. After the standard of evaluation had been developed through the review of existing literature, the relative importance of the evaluation index through expert survey was determined, and the evaluation model to assess biotope value was established. The results of this study are as follows; 1) We have constructed the seventeen evaluation criteria through literature reviews, and have provided relative importance to each evaluation index of the natural in biotope, the diversity of landscape patterns, the appearance-existence of water space, the special landscape elements, and the access based on the results of expert survey. and then we have constructed an evaluation system using the relative importance criteria. 2) To evaluate urban biotope using the evaluation system constructed, we selected 14 sites. The final evaluation results of each site is as follows; The first grade areas are the water space with semi-natural style in front of Gangchon Woobang apartments, the forest zone near Page Temple at Mt. Palgong, the edge area of Jisan and Gosan and the tendril yard against Anshim middle school. The second grade areas are Hyomyung elementary school, the farm land behind the third Anshim Jugong apartment, Ehyun put and the swampy land in front of the Kangchon and Anshim construction site. The third grade areas are Seohan and Hwasung high-rise apartments at Beummul-Dong, the Korea Manpower Agency in the Sungseo industrial zone, and the adjacent area of St. Tongil. The only fourth grade area is the commercial zone near Taegu Department Store. 3) It is highly useful to evaluate urban biotope using the evaluation criteria constructed for this research, the evaluation criteria we developed may be difficult to encompass all expert opinion and the period of space-formation is difficult to estimate urban biotopes. In the future, it is necessary to gather the basic data suitable to estimate biotope and it is necessary to develop detailed evaluation criteria applicable to estimate every biotope that has specific property.

평가지표에 의한 도시 비오톱의 가치평가 -생물종과 서식처 보전을 중심으로- (An Evaluation of Biotope Based on Its Valuation Criteria in Terms of Conservation of Species and Habitat)

The II grade areas are the farm land behind the third Anshim Jugong apartment, and Ehyun park. The I grade areas are swampy land in front of Kangchon and Anshim construction site, water space with semi-natural style in front of Gangchon Woobang apartment, forest zone near page Temple at mt. Palgong, the edge area of Jisan and Gosan, and the tendril yard against Anshim middle school. The only grade IV area is the commercial zone near Taegu Department 3) It is highly useful to evaluate urban biotope using the evaluation criteria constructed for this research, the evaluation criteria we developed may be difficult to guarantee the ability for reproduction and recovery, the appearance-number of the rare and endangered species are difficult to estimate urban biotopes. In the future, it is highly useful to evaluate biotope in terms of conservation of species and habitat through its valuation criteria developed in this research and it is necessary to develop the evaluation criteria applicable to estimation of biotope inventory and reproduction of biotope.

유기 단열재의 화재위험성 등급 평가 (Fire Risk Rating Evaluation of Organic Insulation Materials)

  • 본 연구에서는 유기 단열재인 poly isocyanurate foam (PIR), poly urethane foam (PUR), phenol foam (PF)을 선정하여 ISO 5660-1의 기준에 따라 콘칼로리미터(cone calorimeter)를 이용하여 측정하였다. 화재위험성 평가를 표준화하기 위하여 기준물질(PMMA)을 사용하여 Chung's equations-III와 Chung's equation-IV에 의한 화재위험성을 등급화하여 평가하였다. Chung's equations-II의 화재성능지수-II 값은 PF가 14.77 s2/kW로 화재성능지수-II가 가장 높았고, PUR이 0.08 s2/kW로 화재성능지수-II가 가장 낮았다. 화재성장지수-II 값은 PF가 0.01 kW/s2로 화재성장지수-II가 가장 낮았고, PUR이 1.14 kW/s2로 화재성장지수-II가 가장 높았다. Chung's equations-III의 화재성능지수-III에서 PUR이 0.11로 화재성능지수-III가 가장 낮게 나타났고, PF가 20.23으로 화재성능지수-III가 가장 높았다. FGI-III에서는 PUR이 14.25로 화재성장지수-III가 가장 높게 나타났고, PF가 0.13으로 가장 안전한 물질로 판단하였다. 그리고 Chung's equation-IV의 화재위험성지수-IV는 PUR (130.03) >> PIR (19.13) > PMMA (1.00) > PF (0.01)의 순서로 나타났다. 따라서 PF가 화재위험성이 가장 낮고, PUR이 가장 높은 것으로 판단하였다.

FERMENTATION QUALITY EVALUATION OF ITALIAN RYEGRASS SILAGES BY USING THE BUFFER INDEX CURVE

  • This study was conducted to demonstrate the practical use of the buffer index curve as a criterion of silage quality evaluation, Forty five samples of the ensiled Italian ryegrass were collected from farms in Okayama, Japan. Silages were devided into 4 groups by the pattern of buffer index curve. Heavy wilting silages (A group) showed no peak on buffer index curve and Flieg's score of 95.6. However, moderate or weak wilting silages (B group) with moisture content of 63.3 showed a peak at pH 4.0 and a Flieg's score of 67.8. Both of A and B groups were regarded as a good quality silage. Silages (C group) with a peak at pH 4.5 were of a medium quality with Flieg's score of 45.3. Poorly preserved silages (D group) with Flieg's score of 12.0 had a peak at pH 5.0. There was a high positive correlationship (p<0.01) between the peak value of buffer index curve and the organic acid content.

  • This study established the evaluation index system of green logistics of Changjitu in Chinarelated to environment, resource, economics and technology. It derived the weight value of indexes by using AHP method analyzing interviews logistics researchers and surveys. Based on the results, the paper described the problems of Changjitu's green logistics and proposed some development suggestions.

건물의 열성능 평가 지표에 관한 연구 (A Study of Thermal Performance Evaluation Index for Building)

  • This study intends to the adequacy inspection of the room temperature variation rate that is available in the building heat performance evaluation index, so we performed the sensitivity analysis about the room temperature variation rate and the energy consumption in the room. For these purpose, we supposed the models which are composed of the various window area, insulation thickness and ventilation rate. Then we analyzed the simulation using the ESP-r and Seoul weather data. In this research, the pattern of the increasing & decreasing rate of annual load according to the change of the various design factors is similar to the pattern of increasing & decreasing rate of not the K-values but the room temperature variation rate. Also we derive the optimum value of the various design factors and the room temperature variation rate in this analysis model. Further study is to be required the development of convenient tool to use in the real design.

  • Developing a proper program for customer evaluation is one of the most imminent tasks to implement CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Design of the Customer Value model is an important key to the customer evaluation progrgm. This paper proposes two models for estimating Customer Value. The first one is a Description Model for Customer Value based on customer CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) data. This model represents as quantitative numbers what customers feel from the company or the service. The second one is a Prediction Model which employs factor analysis and regression to predict customer value. This paper exploits the two models to evaluate Customer Value as well as for customer behavior prediction.
