동료 유아교사 평가 척도 개발 및 분석 (Development of a Scale and Analysis of Peer-assesment Questions of the Preschool Teachers)

  • 본 연구는 유아교사의 동료장학과 교사발달을 위한 동료 평가 척도개발을 목적으로 실시되었다. 선행연구에서 유아교사 평가척도에 대한 연구는 많이 논의되어 왔으나, 평가자는 주로 원장 또는 상급자에 의해 일시적인 평가나 자기평가로 이뤄져왔다. 본 연구에서는 주변 동료교사를 통해 유아교사 평가가 이뤄질 수 있도록 문항을 개발하였다. 동료교사를 통한 평가는 교사의 지속적인 모습을 평가할 수 있기 때문에 교사에 대해 보다 세밀하게 평가가 이뤄질 수 있다는 점에서 장점이 있다고 볼 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 51개 문항을 가지고 동료 평가를 실시하였는데, 9개 영역으로 분리하여 150명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이를 위해 척도의 적절성(내용타당도, 구인타당도, 문항내적합치도)과 문항의 적절성(문항변별도)을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 동료 유아교사 평가 문항으로서 적절한 척도임을 알 수 있었다.

소음발생 산업장에서의 청력보존프로그램 평가 (Evaluation on Hearing Conservation Program in the Noisy Industries)

  • This study was performed to assist the employer to establish the effective program for hearing conservation of noisy industry. The study subjects were health care managers of an industry and the study industries were devided into two groups(Group I, 37 industries; have the workers diagnosed as noise-induced hearing loss, Group II, 41 industries; not have the workers diagnosed as noise-induced hearing loss) and the question method carried out through the face to face interview. The contents of questionnaire for OSHA's hearing conservation program(HCP) consisted of seven components: 5 questions of monitoring of employee noise exposures(component 1), 6 questions of the institution of engineering, work practice, and administrative controls for excessive noise(component 2), 8 questions of the provision of each overexposed employee with an individually fitted hearing protector with an adequate noise reduction rating(component 3), 14 questions of employee training and education regarding noise hazards and protection measures(component 4), 9 questions of baseline and annual audiometry(component 5), 3 questions of procedures for preventing further occupational hearning loss by an employee whenever such an event has been identified(component 6), and 1 question of recording keeping(component 7), thus total numbers of questions was 46. The numbers of statistially significant difference(p<0.05) between two groups were 2(25.0%) among 8 questions of component 3, 10(71.4%) among 14 questions of component 4, 3(33.3%) among 8 questions of component 5, 2(6.7%) among 3 questions of component 6, and 17(37.0%) among total 46 questions of questionnaire. Above results showed that the level of HCP acceptance in group I was lower than in group II. Thus employer's understanding about HCP should be precede for the effective hearing conservation program of employee and the adequate hearing protector, training and education, baseline and annual audiometry, and procedures for preventing further occupational hearning loss for hearing conservation would be more emphasized.

치매 한의진단 평가도구 적용 연구 (Study on the Application of Oriental Medical Evaluation to Dementia)

  • Objectives: Patients with dementia are increasing in Korea. So the importance of accurate diagnosis and treatment of dementia is growing. In this paper, we evaluated the result of employing the Korean medical diagnostic pattern as a tool in clinics. Methods: Patients diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease were evaluated using the Korean medical diagnostic pattern tool. Results: The number of patients with liver-kidney yin deficiency pattern/syndrome was 35. Analyzing the ratio difference between the 'liver-kidney yin deficiency' group and the 'not liver-kidney yin deficiency' group revealed that the ratio of the responses to the fourth question was less than zero. The ratio of the responses to the fifth, seventh, and eight questions were all less than 10%. The ratio of the responses to the first and second questions were greater than 30%. Conclusions: Of the six diagnostic patterns, liver-kidney yin deficiency was the greatest in the study subjects. The fourth question in the liver-kidney yin deficiency tool tests for the lack of appropriateness whereas the fifth, seventh, and eight questions test for lack of discrimination. Applying more weight to the first and second questions was an excellent choice to increase the discrimination.

머신러닝을 활용한 프로그래밍언어 객관식 문제의 난이도 조정에 대한 연구 (A study on the difficulty adjustment of programming language multiple-choice problems using machine learning)

  • LMS 기반의 온라인 평가를 위해 출제되는 문제들은 교수자가 직접 출제하거나 또는 카테고리별로 나뉘어진 문제은행에서 난이도에 따른 자동 출제 방식을 주로 이용한다. 이중에서 난이도에 따른 자동출제 방식은 평가자들에게 출제되는 문제가 서로 다를수 있기 때문에 무엇보다 객관적이고 효율적인 방법으로 문제의 난이도를 관리하는 것이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 문제의 정답률뿐만 아니라 해당 문제를 해결하는데 사용된 소요시간을 같이 고려한 난이도 재조정 알고리즘을 제시한다. 이를 위해 머신러닝의 로지스틱 회귀 분류 알고리즘을 이용하였으며, 학습모델의 예측 확률값을 기반으로 기준 임계값을 설정하여 각 문항별 난이도 재조정에 활용하였다. 그 결과 정답률에만 의존한 문항별 난이도에 많은 변화가 일어남을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 조정된 난이도의 문제를 이용하여 그룹별 평가를 수행한 결과, 정답률 기반의 난이도 문제에 비해서 대부분의 그룹에서 평균 점수가 향상됨을 확인할 수 있었다.

한의 난임 치료의 심신 기능 개선 평가를 위한 표준 평가도구 개발에 대한 임상 한의사 대상 기초 설문조사 (A Basic Survey of Korean Medicine Doctors to Develop Standard Evaluation Tools for Evaluating of Mental and Physical Function Improvement following Korean Medicine Infertility Treatment)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the perception of Korean Medicine (KM) doctors toward infertility treatment evaluation tools and develop a standard evaluation tool for mental and physical function improvement following Korean medicine treatment. Methods: An online survey (Moaform) was conducted, and responses were analyzed for members of the Society of Korean Medicine Obstetrics and Gynecology and KM doctors who participated in the 2021-2022 traditional Korean medicine treatment infertility support program in Gyeonggi-do. Results: In fertility treatment, the most effective indicators that KM doctors wanted to evaluate other than pregnancy and childbirth were reproductive health indicators, overall health improvement, and stress improvement (33.1%, 21.2%, 18.9%). Furthermore, 45.1% of the respondents had experience using the presented infertility stress evaluation tools. For each evaluation tool, 52.1% and 54.6% of the respondents answered that it 'does not reflect the changing circumstances of the times' and that there were 'too many questions'. As for the developing a standard evaluation tool for infertility treatment in KM, KM doctors expected a simple and clear tool focusing on the pregnancy rate. They also wanted the tool to include a reproductive health index, overall function improvement and stress improvements. Conclusions: The survey confirmed the need to evaluate indicators for reproductive health, mental health, and infertility stress in addition to pregnancy rate to assess the effectiveness of KM infertility treatment. It also confirms the necessity of developing an infertility stress evaluation tool with simplified questions that reflects the changing time.

Conceptual Retrieval of Chinese Frequently Asked Healthcare Questions

  • Given a query (a health question), retrieval of relevant frequently asked questions (FAQs) is essential as the FAQs provide both reliable and readable information to healthcare consumers. The retrieval requires the estimation of the semantic similarity between the query and each FAQ. The similarity estimation is challenging as semantic structures of Chinese healthcare FAQs are quite different from those of the FAQs in other domains. In this paper, we propose a conceptual model for Chinese healthcare FAQs, and based on the conceptual model, present a technique ECA that estimates conceptual similarities between FAQs. Empirical evaluation shows that ECA can help various kinds of retrievers to rank relevant FAQs significantly higher. We also make ECA online to provide services for FAQ retrievers.

약학대학 실기시험 문항개발에 대한 제언 (Proposal of Pharmacy School Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) Contents and Test Methods)

  • Competencies of entry-level pharmacists are evaluated by multiple-choice questions (MCQ) examination and objective structured clinical examination (OSCE). OSCE helps to evaluate student's communication skills and attitudes, which are difficult to evaluate by the MCQ exam. In Korea, pharmacy OSCE is not implemented; however, the needs of OSCE is growing. This study proposed OSCE exam contents and exam methods that can be implemented in colleges of pharmacy. Further study is needed to develop OSCE scenarios and questions, validate examination questions and evaluation methods by performing a pilot study, and provide feedback on the curriculum and study methods.

대학수학능력시험의 직업탐구영역에 대한 수산·해운계열 전문교과 문항 분석 (An Analysis on the Questions of the Fisheries and Shipping Subject of Vocational Search Field)

  • Recently, many more fisheries and shipping high school students have entered college than those of the past. But, this trend could be attributed to the easy and various forms of selection for college admission. Thus the examinations of the college scholastic ability 2005 have added to the vocational search ability including verbal ability, mathematic ability, foreign language ability and inquiry ability. The vocational search ability in fisheries and shipping field is concluded the general fisheries science, general maritime science, general marine science and fisheries and shipping information management. This study analyzed the questions of the fisheries and shipping subject of vocational search field with high school 2nd students on October 2003. In result, this study identified some needed basic scholastic ability for fisheries and shipping high school students.

Proposing Evaluation Procedures for Blended Instruction

  • The purpose of this paper was to develop evaluation procedures for blended instruction, focusing on the courses that are currently offered in the university. This study analyzed current evaluation procedures and instruments and suggested redesign the evaluation process for blended instruction. The evaluation procedures are designed based on the combination of objective-oriented and consumer-oriented evaluation approaches. It includes three stages: front-end (screening), formative evaluation, and summative evaluation. During the front-end evaluation stage, information regarding students' technology skills and attitudes towards online instruction and classroom instruction are suggested to collect and plan the instructional strategies accordingly. The formative evaluation is conducted during the semester to collect students' opinions about the course and instructors modify their instruction based on the evaluation results. At the end of semester, summative evaluation is to be conducted to collect the data to improve the course. Evaluation questions and components for each stage are developed to collect the data such as students' perceptions of the course, the usefulness of online instructional materials, the effectiveness of blended learning strategies, and students' satisfaction with the course.

스마트 테크놀로지 활용 과학 수업 계획 시 발생하는 초등 예비교사의 질문과 수업과정안 분석 (Analysis of Pre-Service Elementary Teachers' Questions and Lesson Plans in Planning Science Class Utilizing Smart Technology)

  • 본 연구는 초등 예비교사들이 스마트 테크놀로지 활용 과학 수업을 계획할 때 발생하는 질문의 유형과 작성한 수업과정안의 특징을 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 96명의 예비교사들이 작성한 수업과정안과 질문을 수집하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비교사들은 시뮬레이션 앱, 정보제공 앱, clicker 평가 앱, 천문관측 앱을 활용하였으며, 수업의 도입 단계에서는 시뮬레이션 앱과 clicker 평가 앱을, 전개 단계에서는 시뮬레이션 앱을, 정리 단계에서는 clicker 평가 앱을 가장 많이 활용하였다. 둘째, 스마트 테크놀로지를 사용하는 주체는 학생인 경우가 교사에 비해 높게 나타났으며, 수업의 전개 단계에서 그 특징이 더 두드러졌다. 셋째, 수업과정안에서 활용한 스마트 테크놀로지의 콘텐츠 유형은 체험형이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 도구형, 자원형 순으로 나타났다. 이에 비해 상호작용지원형이나 학습기회확장형은 상대적으로 적게 나타났다. 넷째, 예비 교사들이 작성한 과정안에는 학생들이 직접 실험이나 체험하는 기회를 제공하는 대신 체험형 스마트 테크놀로지를 활용하여 가상 체험으로 대체하는 경우가 다수 나타났다. 다섯째, 예비 초등 교사들은 스마트 테크놀로지를 활용한 과학 수업을 계획하면서 다양한 질문을 제기하였으며, 총 7개 범주 25개의 질문 유형이 나타났다.
