The purpose of this study is to develope evaluating indicators for housing plan on slope-site. At first, housing plan elements were derived from existing studies, and then, the importance of elements were evaluated by expert group. AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) was used to calculate the weight of housing plan elements on slope-site. The results are as follows: 'building layout' is relatively important, and followed important elements are selected as 'pedestrian circulation' and 'parking plan', and then, detail elements for building layout, 'daylight', 'view', 'privacy' and 'using level' are all relatively important.

This study aims at developing environmental indicators to evaluate sustainability of district unit planning in Seoul. The indicators are devised to evaluate three categories of influencing areas such as district planning area, surrounding areas of planning area, and city wide area. In order to formulate the environmental indicators, subsystems of the environment were reviewed and classified into seven sectors of the environment such as air and climate, soil, water, green space, fauna, noise, and landscape. 16 indicators were developed from the seven sectors. Weighing were given to each indicator resulting from AHP analysis of the questionnaire survey of environment and urban planning experts.

The study explored empirically user participatory design methods for realizing user demand efficiently and evaluating alternatives systematically by using design indicators such as the design quality indicators system of the UK. In the empirical exploratory process utilizing design indicators, the study selected design indicators, and conducted a survey of design realization methods, evaluation methods, and user participatory design utilizing design indicators. Also, concerning the empirical exploratory process, it can be classified into a preliminary survey aimed at those majoring in architecture; a user group survey aimed at elementary school students, parents, and teachers; and a professional group survey aimed at professionals in architecture. In particular, the study carried out the survey for the empirical exploratory process of user participatory design by combining on-line and off-line methods.

본 연구에서는 선행연구의 연구 성과에 기초하여 웹정보의 신뢰성 평가에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 포괄적으로 추출한 다음, 이를 전문가를 대상으로 한 지표적합도 조사를 통해 웹 사이트의 신뢰성 평가지표의 개발을 시도하였다. 선행 연구에서 제시된 국외 54개, 국내 49개의 웹 신뢰성 평가요인을 부분적으로 축소하거나 통합하였으며, 아울러 웹 사이트의 신뢰성을 높이거나 떨어뜨리는 요인을 일부 분석에 추가한 다음, 웹정보신뢰성 평가지표 적합성 조사를 통해 웹정보 신뢰성 평가지표를 선정하고 계층화하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해 웹 신뢰성 평가에 영향을 미치는 1차 지표로서 웹사이트 신뢰성의 평가영역을 진실성 요인과 전문성 요인, 그리고 안전성 요인으로 나누었으며, 2차 지표로 진실성 요인을 믿음성과 명성으로, 전문성 요인을 유용성과 시의성, 그리고 경쟁력으로, 안전성 요인을 보안성과 안정성으로 나누었으며, 최종적으로 각 하위 요인별 네 개씩 모두 28개의 세부 요인을 추출하였다. 이렇게 개발된 평가지표를 소수의 전문가들을 대상으로 자기분야의 웹 사이트를 중심으로 한 지표 적합도 조사를 통한 검증과정을 거쳤다.

The purpose of this study is to develop Web database for healthy city that contains healthy city indicators for making city health plans, setting project priorities, monitoring projects, and evaluating healthy city projects, effectively. Using Delphi survey method for identifying indicator domains and indicators, we extracted nine domains with thirty-four healthy city indicators. Based on the appraisals of DB users about the contents of DB, a web database for healthy city Wonju was constructed. We developed a web database system for the purposes of sharing high quality health related data for managing and evaluating healthy city projects. The web database currently provides variety data in the web address, http://healthycity.wonju.go.kr/index.html. The web DB comprised with major healthy city indicators that are the most important indicators, healthy city indicator data that have a variety data set for encompassing all domain areas such as city infrastructure, health medicine, economies, and all other related areas and qualitative data that contains policy reports, research results, healthy city information and all other tips. A database of healthy city is very essential and important because it makes healthy city projects alive by managing and sharing healthy city related data effectively. But we need to fill out some blank cells in DB because there are currently unavailable data for some indicators. In conclusion, we expect the web DB contributes information sharing of healthy city project teams and improving healthy city project quality at Wonju city in Korea.

도로, 철도 등 대규모 교통시설 투자사업의 예비타당성 조사에서 경제성 분석 결과만을 기준으로 사업의 타당성을 평가할 경우, 사회경제지표가 열악한 지역이 투자에서 소외될 수 있어 지역낙후도 지수를 정책적으로 반영하고 있다. 하지만 기존의 지역낙후도 산정 지표는 사람과 물자의 수송에 얼마나 유리한 교통 시설을 갖추고 있는가를 나타내는 교통연계성을 반영하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 지역낙후도 결정 시 교통연계성을 반영하기 위해 등시간선도, 지역 간 이동거리 및 소요시간, 우회도 등을 적용해 보았다. 새로운 지표 활용 시 기존의 낙후도 순위가 변경되는 결과를 확인할 수 있는데, 이는 현재의 낙후도 지수에 교통연계성을 반영하는 지표를 추가하는 것이 정책적 결정에 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 의미한다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 지역낙후도 산정 시 교통연계성을 고려해야 할 당위성을 제시하였고, 기존의 연구들과는 달리 지역 간 교통연계성을 나타내는 지표를 개발하여 기존의 지역낙후도 지수에 반영하는 절차를 수행하였다는데 연구의 의의를 둘 수 있다.

일자리의 양과 질, 사회적 가치의 측면에서 산림일자리가 얼마나 양질인가를 평가하기 위한 3대 기준과 11개 지표를 개발하였다. 기준 및 지표의 중요도와 가중치는 산림일자리위원회, 학계 등 일자리 관련 전문가 50명을 대상으로 실시한 설문을 통해 설정하였다. 설문에 응답한 35명의 전문가들은 '일자리 창출 잠재력'을 가장 중요한 기준으로 선택하였으며, '일자리 질'이 '사회공헌도'보다 상대적으로 높은 중요도를 갖는 것으로 인식하였다. 지표의 가중치는 일자리 창출 잠재력의 '정책적 의지'가 가장 높게 나타났고, 일자리 질의 '고용 안전성'을 다음으로 높게 인식하였다. 반면 일자리 질의 '임금 수준'은 가장 낮은 가중치를 나타내었다. 개발된 기준과 지표는 신규 산림일자리는 물론 기존의 산림일자리에 대한 양질의 일자리 평가 수단으로써 활용이 가능하다.

The purpose of this study is to develop components of task and competency indicators for apartment community specialist who supports for community activations. The research process consists of three parts. Firstly, the direction of developing competency indicator set up by literature review related community, job components, and competency indicators. Second, analysing of job and competency indicators were developed and revised through focus group interview (FGI), and questionnaire survey on 6 experts in community area. Third, questionnaire survey from 20 community specialists in seoul was performed in order to analyze the importance of the competency components. As a result of this research, selected competency indicators were settled as followed : the competency indicators for apartment community specialist consisted of 3 competency clusters, 14 competency factors, 48 competency indicators. Community specialist recognized attitude and personal trait as the most important competency clusters, and understanding of community, interpersonal relations and communication skill, and vocational ethics and social responsibility as important factors in the competency indicators. The results of this study will used as tool for evaluating the job and competency of apartment community specialist, establishing professional identity of apartment community specialist, and providing an importance knowledge base for developing educational curriculum for them.

The primary goal of this study is to develop proper performance indicators for evaluating the results of industrial R&D program. We define R&D results include output, transfer, outcome, and impact in the performance of R&D program. Performance indicators are focused on the results of R&D commercialization, building the industrial foundations as performance proxy of R&D program of Ministry of Knowledge Economy. And we first try to design the coupled structure as logical model between R&D program goals and performance indicators. The coupled structure is represented with objectives of group unit of R&D program, implementation process, R&D practical stage, and the ultimate goal of R&D program.
