본 연구에서는 기업의 사회적 책임(CSR)의 현황을 알아보고 올바른 기업의 지표를 제시하기 위하여 국내 휴대폰 시장 점유율 Top 4 인 삼성, LG, 애플, 팬택의 휴대폰을 이용하는 고객들을 대상으로 CSR의 구성요소가 기업이미지 및 CSV(Creating Shared Value), 고객만족, 고객시민행동에 미치는 영향에 대하여 검증하였다. 설문조사를 시행하여 213부를 구조방정식모형 분석에 사용하였다. 연구 결과, 기업의 사회적 책임 특성에서는 세 요인, 경제적 책임, 법적 윤리적 책임, 자선적 책임이 도출되었으며 세 요인 모두 기업이미지에 정(+)의 영향이 검증되었다. 그러나 경제적 책임은 CSV에 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 기업이미지는 고객만족과 고객시민행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치나 CSV는 고객시민행동에만 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 시사점으로 기업들은 기업 구성원들의 CSR에 대한 이해를 돕고 고객이 인지하는 CSR의 수준을 높일 수 있도록 기업의 사회적 책임에 대한 체계적인 방안들을 강구할 필요가 있는 것으로 보인다.

환경오염이라는 인류의 총체적 위기는 인간 중심적 패러다임을 인간과 자연의 공존을 목표로 하는 생태학적 패러다임으로 변화시켰고, 이에 따라 디자이너 역시 인류의 과제인 환경문제 해결에 동참하지 않을 수 없게 되었다. 이러한 사회적 책임과 디자이너 자신의 윤리적 책임은 디자인 방향을 환경을 위한 디자인(Design For Environment)으로 전환하게 하였다. 본 연구는 디자인을 통한 환경 문제 해결이라는 측면에서 그 하나의 실마리를 제공하는 것에 그 목적이 있다. 즉, 제품의 조형에서 내구적 속성을 파악하여 이를 제품에 부가함으로써, 경제적 손실과 환경오염을 줄이는데 기여할 수 있을 것이라는 것이다. 제품의 형태를 결정짓는 디자이너의 입장에서 제품 조형의 내구적 속성을 파악하여 이를 제품에 부여한다는 것은 제품의 수명(Product Life Cycle)을 연장시키는 데 도움을 줌으로써, 제품의 폐기를 유보시킬 수 있을 뿐 아니라 제품이 제 수명을 다하기도 전에 새로운 형태의 제품에 밀려 폐기되는 일을 감소시켜 과잉 생산에서 오는 에너지 낭비와 자원의 소모를 막고, 오염물질의 방출과 쓰레기를 줄여 환경오염을 최소화시킬 수 있는 것이다. 이것은 기본적으로 기업의 과도한 경쟁 의식에 의한 무분별한 제품개발과 소비자의 소비 지향적인 태도에 반발하는 것이다. 이 가정 위에서 제품 조형의 내구적 속성을 밝히는 것이 이 논문의 궁극적 목표라 하겠다.

이 연구의 목적은 언론에서 바라보는 객관적이고 거시적인 시선인 빅데이터 분석을 통해 청원경찰제도의 발전적 방향과 학문적 시사점을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구방법은 '청원경찰'에 대한 분석 및 키워드 트렌드와 연관성이 높은 키워드를 시각해 보여주는 연관어 분석을 실시하였다. 또한 1990년대, 2000년대, 2010년대로 구분하고 해당하는 기간의 매년 관련 기사 건수를 도출하여 흐름을 파악하였다. 연구결과에 따른 청원경찰의 언론보도 인식은 청원경찰의 채용, 관련 사건·사고에 대한 것으로 긍정적인 청원경찰의 채용에 대한 관심과 부정적인 청원경찰 관련 사건·사고에 대한 이미지가 공존한다는 것을 볼 수 있다. 하지만 결과적으로 청원경찰에 대한 필요성과 수요는 증가하고 있으며, 이를 통해 청원경찰을 국가의 안전을 책임지고 사회질서유지를 위한 한 축으로써의 윤리적 책임과 안전을 책임지는 역할에 대한 고민하고 청원경찰의 업무에 임해야 할 것이다.

Purpose: This paper aims to evaluate and reinstate preventative guidelines necessary for a sound academic journal (or academic conference) for the articles published by KODISA and its branch journals. As questionable or predatory academic journals and academic conferences are rapidly increasing, preemptively establishing preventative standards have become essential to obviate questionable academic activities. Research design, data and methodology: This is an analytical study that explores and examines research, publication ethics, and misconducts. For this purpose, research ethics related data in overseas and domestic academic journals have been examined and analyzed. Results: The issues identified from this research are as follows: enhancing the expertise of editor-inchief (no concurrent jobs for major and non-major area); clarifying the index; complying with the review policy (The review policy should be publicly announced); complying with anonymous review process; complying with 3 peer-review policy, complying with the publication policy as per field of study; avoiding conference hosting at holiday resorts unless unavoidable; complying with the planned programs and cancelling events if not feasible; following proper review standards and management for all journals, including the journals publishing large number of articles (all materials should be prepared in case explanatory data is required); complying with the marketing policy standards; complying with the impact factor; excluding personal solicitation; and complying with the general policy. Conclusions: Questionable and predatory academic activities by academic organizations and journals will continue, and it is the responsibility of the individual scholars to identify and reject these types of dubious academic activities. This study provides standards to prevent the possibility of questionable academic activities that have been conducted in the past. The analysis and findings will strengthen the continued efforts of KODISA as it strives to be a transparent, ethical, and professional academic association, and the association will continue to foster an academic environment that is well-respected by scholars and practitioners throughout the world.

최근 ESG 투자는 전세계적으로 증가하고 있으며, 환경, 사회, 지배구조 등 ESG 위험성에 대한 인식이 높아지고 투자 결정시 이와 같은 비재무적 투자를 고려하는 추세이다. 최근 코로나19 사태를 겪으면서 환경에 초점이 맞추어지며 바이오와 헬스 관련 투자가 인기를 얻고 있는 반면 석탄 관련 사업 분야에서는 신규투자가 전면 중단되고 기존 사업은 순차적으로 사업을 종료하거나 철수하는 방향으로 의사결정이 이루어져 기후변화와 지속가능성을 투자 포트폴리오 최우선 순위로 설정하는 운용사가 증가하고 있다. 그 결과 투자환경 변화에 대한 효과적인 대응 방안을 제시하고, 리스크 관리체계의 구축에 도움이 될 수 있는 투자체계의 대응 및 준비에 노력을 기울일 필요가 있다. 따라서 동반성장과 호혜를 고려한 ESG 투자 동향을 간략히 살펴보고 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

'타자'는 주체의 권리 개념이 등장한 근대 서구 사상 이후 철학적으로 주요한 개념이다. 타자에 대한 여러 정의와 논의가 있었다. 본고에서는 '타자'를 정의 짓기보다는 '타자와의 관계 맺기'를 중심으로 바라보고자 한다. 특히 에마뉘엘 레비나스의 논의를 중심으로 '타자성과 윤리'에 주목하고자 한다. 레비나스는 타자에 대한 윤리적 책임을 강조하는데 이는 다문화 사회에 도래한 현 사회에서 소통의 패러다임으로 적용할 수 있다는 것에 의미가 있기 때문이다. '다름'에 대하여 경계-짓기보다는 타자의 다양성을 인정하고 공존을 도모하는 자세가 필요하다. 이때의 '공존'은 중심부로 포섭하여 중심부의 확대를 가져오는 형태가 아니라 탈중심을 통해 서로 연합되는 것이어야 한다. 본고에서는 서사에 재현되는 타자와의 공존의 양상을 분석하여 그 가능성을 밝히고자 한다. 서사란 인간의 근원적 욕망이자 경험을 구성하는 인지적 과정이다. 인간은 서사에 자신을 스스로 투사하고 이해하려 한다. 서사에 나타나는 타자성을 분석하여 타인에 대한 공존의 가능성을 살펴볼 수 있을 것이다. 이에 본고는 기예르모 델 토로의 을 텍스트로 하여 작품 내 캐릭터의 형상화 방식과 관계 맺기의 스토리텔링을 분석함으로써 공존의 가능성과 방향을 제언하고자 하였다.

This thesis discusses a performer's unpredictability and immediacy as a prerequisite quality and/or ability to facilitate his/her professional identity as a doer on stage. To examine the key principles and approaches, this research focuses on addressing a specific aspect of the performer's transformative experience from those, directors, and practitioners' concepts that inform and enhance the performer's passive readiness on stage. To be precise, this research attempt to interrogate and articulate the place and role of a performer's internal readiness and/or that of inner looking. The performer's inner intensity as seed of action signifies that his/her body is being in a state of listening to every tiny moment with his/her heightened awareness which in turn lead the performer's body to meet the demands of theatre, the whole-body engagement. Here, this thesis argues that the key principles of acting/training underlies the importance of a performer's ethical attitude and at the same time his/her responsibility for what the performer's choices and experiences within the performative involvement, that is, a process of preparation, are not technical matter but rather, the concepts, and/or approaches from those theatre artists' practical assumptions highlight a process of thorough encountering and/or listening to his/her body. Inhabiting and/or obtaining the principles through the performer's body means being free from his/her unnecessary trait(s) which in turn initiate and then move the whole body according to what is happening in the series of moment(s) on stage. What is more, such an appropriate psychophysical order reminds us of the significance of the nature of human/performer's body, namely, to being in a state of one's 'own' body as oneness. From this perspective, this thesis further argues that the performer's body necessarily need to be affected and/or triggered in a sense of responding to the given circumstance where the performer is working on in the here and now.

Purpose: This study is descriptive survey research on the analysis of nurses' perception of the 4th industrial revolution and the importance and performance of future core nursing competencies in a tertiary hospital located in Seoul. Methods: Data were collected from 149 nurses with more than a year of work experience and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Importance Performance Analysis(IPA) with the IBM SPSS/WIN 25.0 program. Results: The nurses' perception of the 4th industrial revolution was 3.23±0.71 out of 5 points. The importance of future core nursing competencies was 4.31±0.48, and the performance of it was 3.47±0.54. The analysis results of IPA showed that A (area of continuous maintenance) included critical thinking, problem-solving skills, teamwork and collaboration, evidence-based practice, communication, quality improvement and safety, professionalism, self-regulation and self-management, and personal literacy. The specific competencies were not included in B (area of priority improvement). Creativity, informatics, healthcare policy, leadership, research ability, and continuing education were included in C (area of progressive improvement). Knowledge and patient-centered care, ability to manage resources as well as professional, legal, and ethical responsibility were included in D (area of overinvestment). Conclusion: The nurses seemed not to be fully prepared for the 4th industrial revolution. However, they were well aware of the importance of the future core nursing competencies. Therefore, if nurses increase the performance of core competencies in order of priority according to the IPA results, they will be able to independently lead the changing nursing field.

이 연구는 전략적 CSR에 관한 논문으로 한국과 중국의 MBA를 대상으로 연구를 실시하였다. 먼저 CSR의 활동을 경제적, 법·윤리적 책임을 전통적 CSR 활동으로 분류하고, 자선적, 사회혁신 책임을 전략적 CSR 활동으로 카테고리를 나누어 이러한 CSR 활동이 한국과 중국 기업의 성과에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 살펴보았다. 둘째, 글로벌화가 CSR 활동과 기업성과 사이에서 조절효과를 갖는지 살펴봄으로서 글로벌기업으로 성장하는 한국기업과 중국기업의 CSR을 탐구하였다. 본 연구를 위해 중국의 후베이지역 대학들의 MBA 학생들을 대상으로 401매의 설문지를, 한국의 서울과 부산지역의 대학 MBA학생들을 대상으로 205매의 설문지를 사용하였다. 그 결과 한국과 중국기업 모두 CSR 활동은 기업의 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났으나, 전략적 CSR 활동이 전통적 CSR 활동보다 기업성과에 더 큰 영향을 줄 것이라는 가설은 기각되었다. 또한 두 나라 모두 글로벌화의 조절효과는 전략적 CSR 활동에는 긍정적으로, 전통적 CSR 활동에는 부정적인 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

본 논문은 무역학의 주 연구대상인 수출기업 또는 다국적 기업이 필수적으로 고려해야 하는 기업의 사회적 책임과 윤리적 가치에 대한 문제를 학생들이 실제 경영에 적용할 수 있는 능력을 갖출 수 있도록 PBL 수업방식을 도입하여 운용한 사례를 제시하고 있다. 기업윤리 과목은 비계량적 영역인 기업과 기업내 사람, 시스템 및 제도 등을 통합적으로 고려해야 하여 다양성의 수준이 매우 높을 뿐만 아니라 특정한 분야의 지식만으로는 좋은 해결방안을 모색하기 어려운 특징을 가지고 있기에 PBL방식의 교수법을 도입하기에 적합한 환경을 구비하고 있다. 그 결과 학생들은 자기주도적으로 수업과 발표를 진행하고, 토론을 통해 다른 학생들의 의견을 듣고 공유하는 과정을 통해 견해를 넓힐 수 있었으며, 기업의 구체적활동에 개입된 판단기준 등에 대해 논리적으로 접근할 수 있게 되었다고 밝히고 있는 등 수업방식과 내용에 대해 긍정적인 평가를 내리고 있어 PBL수업방식이 기업윤리 수업에 효과적으로 적용되고 있음을 보여주고 있다.
