본 연구는 기업 윤리경영에 관한 사회적기업 연구가 전무한 상황에서 사회적기업 근로자들이 인식하는 기업 윤리경영의 하위요인 기업윤리와 윤리적 리더십이 경영적 성과, 사회적 성과에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위하여 수행되었다. 이를 위해 충남 및 세종지역에 근무하는 사회적기업 근로자 173명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과 사회적기업에 있어서 윤리경영 하위요인 중에서 윤리적 리더십이 사회적기업의 경영적 성과와 사회적 성과에 모두 정적(+)으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 사회적기업 경영자의 윤리적 리더십에 대한 근로자 인식이 증가할수록 해당 기업의 경영적 성과뿐만 아니라 사회적 성과도 증가하는 것이다. 아울러 사회서비스 제공형 사회적기업에 근무하는 근로자일수록 경영적 성과가 많은 것으로 나타났다. 일반 영리기업에서 윤리경영이 조직성과에 영향을 미치는 것과 마찬가지의 결과였다. 이상의 연구결과는 사회적기업에서 그동안 강조되어 온 사회적기업가 정신의 강화 필요성을 다시 한번 확인해 주는 것이다. 향후 윤리경영을 사회적기업에 도입하기 위하여 사회적기업에 맞는 윤리경영의 개념과 적용방안 마련이 필요할 것이다.

Purpose: This study was done to identify the experiences of ethical issues and needs for ethics education in clinical nurses. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was used and data were collected in 2013. Participants were 428 clinical nurses working in the general units of seven medical hospitals. The Ethical Issues in Clinical Practice Tool was used. Data analysis was performed using SPSS/WIN 19.0. Results: 'Providing care with a possible risk to your health' was the most frequent and disturbing ethical problems for nurses. The highest helpful ethical topic was 'the patients' right, autonomy and informed consent'. The ethical issue experience was significantly different according to education level, work units, and type of employment. The necessity of ethics education was statistically different according to age, religion, level of education, duration of working as RN, position, shift type, and continuing education about nursing ethics. Conclusion: The results of this study show that nursing educators need to provide practical ethics education based on frequent ethical issues and helpful education topics. These findings can be used in developing effective education strategies for clinical nurses and nursing organizations to improve nurses' ethical decision-making abilities.

본 연구는 인터넷 영역에서 개인의 윤리적 의사결정에 대한 국가문화의 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구를 위하여 다섯 개의 도덕철학 변수들인 정의주의, 상대주의, 이기주의, 공리주의, 그리고 의무론이 개인의 윤리적 판단에 영향을 미치며, 이 윤리적 판단은 행위의도에 영향을 미친다는 윤리적 의사결정 모형이 제시되었고, 이 윤리적 의사결정 모형에 대하여 홉스테드의 다섯 가지의 국가문화 차원들인 권력격차, 개인주의, 남성성, 불확실성 회피, 그리고 장기 지향성의 영향을 분석하였다. 연구결과 인터넷 영역에서 권력격차, 개인주의, 그리고 남성성은 의무론과 윤리적 판단 간의 관계에 영향이 있었으며, 개인주의, 남성성, 그리고 불확실성 회피는 정의주의와 윤리적 판단 간의 관계에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 개인주의와 장기 지향성은 윤리적 판단과 행동의도 간의 관계에 유의한 영향이 있는 것을 보여 주었다.

This research aims to analyze the ethical requirements and to find the problems for the publication guidelines of oriental medicine journals. A total of 13 domestic journals, related to oriental medicine and registered in 'National Research Foundation of Korea' list, were selected for the analysis of ethical requirements. We inquired the revised year of the publication guideline and the status of ethics committee of selected journals. The ethical requirements of publication guidelines were evaluated by categorizing them into Institutional Review Board(IRB), Helsinki Declaration, Informed Consent, confidentiality and anonymity of subjects, and conflict of interest. In the case of revised year of the publication guidelines, the year of the most recently revised journal was 2011. However, the revised year of publication guidelines were not announced for three journals and a few journals haven't revised the publication guidelines since 2002. In the case of ethics committee status, four journals out of 13 journals maintained the ethics committee. In the result of ethical requirement analysis, nine journals included the information for confidentiality and anonymity of subjects, and four journals included the information for Helsinki Declaration and Informed Consent. However, only one journal included the information for IRB and conflict of interest. Recently, the importance of clinical researches has been increased to prove the effect of oriental medicine scientifically and objectively. The clinical researches should be considered in scientific side and ethical side as well, because they have potential risks to human subjects. In this sense, announcing the ethical requirements in the publication guidelines can be one way to secure the morality of researches. Thus, it is required to prepare correct publication guidelines and ethical requirements in oriental medicine journals.

In this research, the status of prospective clinical researches related to Korean Oriental Medicine was identified from the papers published in domestic Korean medicine journals for the past 10 years, and the ethical validity of them were evaluated. Selection of researches and assessment on the ethical validity were made from the evaluation of two independent persons and the adjustment of the third party, and the collected data was analyzed using SPSS 17.0 software. The yearly status of prospective clinical researches related to Korean oriental medicine showed that the average number of them, which was six before 2005, was decreased to only one in 2006, and it started to recover gradually after 2007. The result of ethical validity test of prospective clinical researches related to oriental medicine showed that 5 researches (12.2%) in "unbiased selection of subjects and recruitment", 15 researches (36.6%) in "informed consent", 10 researches (24.4%) in "ethical considerations for vulnerable subjects", and 8 researches (19.5%) in "pre-deliberation and ethical oversight of the IRB" were appropriate to the ethical standards. The interest for clinical researches has been increased, and the ethical aspect of the clinical researches has been emphasized in oriental medicine. The results reported here are expected to provide a help to perform an ethical oriental medicine related clinical researches.

본 연구는 청소년 대상 소셜 미디어 이용자들이 어떠한 윤리적 책임을 가지고 정보 생산과 공유 과정에 참여하고 있는지, 그들이 인식하는 윤리적 내용은 무엇인지 유형화함으로서 소셜 미디어 이용 행태에 미치는 윤리적 영향을 실증적으로 밝혀내었다. 윤리의 개념 및 구성요인, 윤리적 영향 요인을 분석하기 위해 구조화된 설문지로 조사한 후, 유효한 227건을 통계 분석하였다. 그 결과 '프라이버시 보호', '저작권 보호', '완전성', '정확성', '진실성', '공정성', '각종폐해구제책', '신뢰성', '객관성', '불편부당성' 항목이 포함된 <전통적 정보 윤리>와 '절제', '존중', '자율성', '조절', '해악조심' 항목이 포함된 <사이버 윤리 덕목>, '상호작용성', '복합정체성', '익명성', '정체성변이', '사회공동체' 항목이 포함된 <사이버 정체성>, '투명성', '개방성' 항목이 포함된 <사이버 정보 윤리> 네 가지 유형으로 분석되었고, 이 중에서도 <사이버 윤리 덕목>에 대한 인식이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또 모든 윤리적 요인들은 소셜 미디어를 통한 이용자들의 의견 표명이나 지지, 정보 주도나 탐색 행위와 정적인 상관관계가 있었으며 그 정도에 따라 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 특히 소셜 미디어의 이용과 의견 표명 혹은 지지, 정보 주도 혹은 탐색 행위에 가장 영향을 주는 윤리적 요인은 <사이버 정체성>인 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 간호학생의 윤리적 의사결정 역량 강화 방안으로 2013년 3월 4일에서 6월 3일까지 간호대학 4학년 82명을 대상으로 실시한 비동등성 대조군 사전 사후 유사실험연구이다. 토론식 수업을 적용한 실험군과 전통적 강의식 수업을 적용한 대조군 간의 윤리 지식, 수업만족도 및 윤리적 가치관 차이를 확인하였다. 토론식 수업은 공리주의, 의무론에 기초한 3단계 수정모형과 Value-Be-Do 모형을 포함한 윤리적 의사결정 모형을 적용하였다. 연구결과 수업 후 윤리 지식 점수는 실험군이 유의하게 높았다. 윤리적 가치관은 두 군 모두 수업 전 후 차이가 없었다. 두 군은 수업 전 후 협동자관계 영역, 대상자관계 영역에서 의무론적 성향을 보였지만, 인간생명 영역에서 공리주의적 성향을 보였다. 수업만족도는 내용이해와 실무적용 가능성 영역에서 실험군이 유의하게 높았다. 결론적으로 본 윤리적 의사결정모형 기반 토론식 수업을 효과적인 간호윤리 의사결정 훈련 방안으로 활용할 것을 제안한다.

본 연구의 목적은 간호사들의 윤리적의사결정 자신감, 인성, 간호전문직관 및 도덕적 민감성 정도를 분석하고, 윤리적의사결정 자신감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 융합적으로 파악하는 것이다. 연구대상은 D, S시 소재 종합병원에 근무하는 간호사 174명으로, 연구 자료는 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and Multiple regression을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 간호사들의 윤리적의사결정 자신감 정도는 중간정도이었으며, 인성, 간호전문직관, 도덕적 민감성과 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 윤리적의사결정 자신감에 영향을 주는 요인은 인성(${\beta}=.350$, p<.001), 간호전문직관(${\beta}=.172$, p<.001), 도덕적 민감성(${\beta}=.134$, p<.001)임을 확인하였고, 이들의 설명력은 25%이었다. 따라서 간호사의 윤리적의사결정 자신감 향상을 위해서 임상현장에서 인성, 간호전문직관 및 도덕적 민감성 향상을 위한 교육프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

본 연구는 사회학습이론과 사회교환이론을 토대로 윤리적 리더십, 상사동일시, 정서적 몰입 및 비윤리적 친상사 행동 간의 관계를 실증분석하였다. 직장인 339명을 대상으로 설문을 수집하였고 SPSS25와 SPSS Process Macro(v3.5)를 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 윤리적 리더십은 비윤리적 친상사 행동에 직접적으로 부(-)적 영향을 미쳤다. 윤리적 리더십은 상사동일시를 매개하여 비윤리적 친상사 행동에 간접적으로 정(+)적 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 윤리적 리더십은 정서적 몰입을 완전매개하여 비윤리적 친상사 행동에 간접적으로 정(+)적 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 윤리적 리더십은 상사동일시를 매개하여 정서적 몰입에 간접적으로 정(+)적 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 윤리적 리더십이 조직에서 어떻게 작용하는지를 사회학습이론과 사회교환이론의 관점에서 확인하였으며 윤리적 리더십의 활용방법에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 윤리적 딜레마 토의 프로그램을 적용하여 대상자의 인권감수성, 윤리적 가치관에 미치는 효과를 파악하기 위한 비동등성 대조군 전후설계이다. G도, C대학교 대학생을 대상으로 윤리적 딜레마 토의프로그램을 8주간 제공하고 그 효과를 검증하였다. IBM SPSS 24.0을 이용하여 자료 분석하였다. 변수들의 정규성 검증은 Shapiro-Wilk 검증, 동질성은 실수와 백분율, Fisher's exact probability test와 Independent t-test, 프로그램의 효과검정은 paired t-test를 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 실험군은 윤리적 딜레마 토의 프로그램 후 인권감수성(t=-2.32, p=.025), 윤리적 가치관(t=-2.43, p=.020)이 대조군보다 통계적으로 유의하게 높았다. 본 연구의 윤리적 딜레마 토의 프로그램은 대상자의 인권감수성, 윤리적 가치관 향상에 유의한 효과를 나타냈다. 추후 다양한 계층의 대상자를 대상으로 윤리교육의 효과를 검증하는 추후 연구가 필요하리라 생각된다.
