In QCC improve activities QC story is useful for solving problems. Among those the planning and establishment of countermeasure step is most important in finding new alternatives and methods for problem solving. But that step is dealt with indifferent to problem solving occasionally, so it makes difficult to find those. In this paper we suggest an effective construction model of planning and establishment of countermeasure in QCC improve activities.

Article materials reflect the results of scientific research and generalization of experience concerning quality measurement of student's educational activities in the context of innovative development of the educational process, which is ensured by introducing educational innovations. The main point of monitoring of higher education students' activities and also phenomenon of education quality, particularly its results, are determined in the research. Guided by the scientific theory and personal experience of scientific and pedagogical activities, the attempt to single out the key components, important indicators and to introduce component indicator model of quality of higher education students' activities on the qualimetry base has been performed. Methodical solutions concerning the application of the developed model to determine the dynamics of pedagogical students' educational achievements by particular educational components in the process of innovative development of educational process are proposed. The advanced studies that relate to the development of methods for monitoring the quality of pedagogical higher education students' activities on the basis of systemic, competence and qualimetry approaches taking into account the levels of education and chosen specialties have been decided.

본 논문은 "의용소방대 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률"의 제정 및 시행으로 인한 의용소방대의 활동에 대한 학술적 개념의 변화를 논의하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 의용소방대의 정의, 유래, 변천사, 활동사항, 특징 등을 선행연구 자료를 이용하여 분석하였고, 의용소방대의 활동이 자원봉사활동의 특징과 동일한지 재해석하였다. 연구결과, "의용소방대 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률"의 제3조(의용소방대원의 임명), 제4조(의용소방대원의 해임), 그리고 제9조(의용소방대원의 근무 등)에 의해 의용소방활동은 자원봉사활동의 특징 중 자발성을 내포하고 있지 못하는 것을 확인하였다. 결론적으로 의용소방대의 활동은 자원봉사활동이라고 해석할 수 없다. 이 결과는 의용소방대의 학술적 개념을 새로이 정립하는데 기초자료가 될 것이다.

Purpose: Since the establishment of Korea Society for the Study of Hospital Architecture, Korea Institute of Healthcare Architecture have carried out various activities to improve the level of healthcare architecture in Korea. Despite of more diverse activities than the beginning, the history and activities of early days of the Society and Institute could be forgotten and omitted. So this paper aims to describe accurately the process of establishment of Korea Society for the Study of Hospital Architecture and Korea Institute of Healthcare Architecture and the activities of the Society and Institute. Methods: Publications and documents issued by Korea Society for the Study of Hospital Architecture and Korea Institute of Healthcare Architecture have been surveyed. And to identify the unwritten activities, personal memo and interviews were also used. Results: The result of this study can be summarized into two points. The first one is that some of the unwritten and uncertain history and activities of the beginning of the KIHA could be identified. The second one is that not also the activities of Korea Society for the Study of Hospital Architecture and Korea Institute of Healthcare Architecture but the activities prior to the Society for the Study could be described. Implications: This research could be the basic data to arrange the history and activities of KIHA.

본 연구는 사회적으로 환경에 대한 이슈화가 기업의 내·외부 네트워크 구축 및 환경경영활동을 통해 지속가능 환경경영성과에 미치는 영향을 밝히고자 한다. 기업체 대상의 163개의 최종 수집 자료를 통한 분석한 결과, 사회적 환경이슈화는 내부공유 시스템에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으나 규제대응과 협력네트워크 구축에는 모두 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 기업의 환경에 대한 규제대응은 내부공유시스템과 협력네트워크 구축, 그리고 환경경영활동 모두에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 내부공유시스템과 협력네트워크 구축이 환경경영활동에 모두 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 환경경영활동이 지속가능 환경경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 환경이슈화는 기업의 지속가능한 성장을 촉진시켜 환경경영활동과 성과를 이끌고 있음을 나타냈다.

본 연구에서는 WHO 국제안전도시 개요 및 특성에 대해 알아보고 안전도시 공인인증을 준비하고 있는 강원도 삼척시를 대상으로 안전도시 구축을 위한 활동을 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 지역안전도 향상을 위한 국제안전도시 구축 및 발전방향을 제시하였으며 그 세부적인 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 안전도시 구축을 위해 지역 내의 취약계층과 사고유형에 대한 대책 및 프로그램을 개발하여 지속적으로 운영해야 한다. 둘째, 지역자치단체와 지역 내 속해 있는 유관기관 및 주민조직과의 통합네트워크 구축을 통해 지속적이고 체계적인 활동이 이루어져야 한다. 셋째, 지역안전도 향상을 위한 시 도 조례를 제정하는 등 공공정책을 마련하여 체계적으로 운영할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 마지막으로 국제적인 네트워크의 다양한 활동을 통해 교육 및 홍보활동과 다양한 정보를 습득해야 한다.

This research deals with the basic ideas and implementation used for developing competitive advantage in the market they serve. The market to which a company belongs is continuously evolving, not static. Therefore, the company is required to adopt a suitable strategy in the market it serves. Marketing strategy establishment requires continual adjustment in the strategy content and redirection in organizational actions to address emerging market problems and opportunities. Much of the strategic implementation is characterized by firefights aimed at solving emerging, unforeseen problems. The concept of strategy was originally introduced to provide companies with a rational means of coping with environmental changes. An old Oriental proverb said that "knowing myself and then understanding others is the best way to success". In line with the proverb, the starting point of marketing strategy establishment for the competitive advantage is to understand the activities of a company wholly. After analyzing the scope of its activities, a company has to understand the market structure, to review competitive environments, to formulate the base of the competitive strategy and to adopt differentiation strategies for obtaining the competitive advantage.

This study attempted to present the ways of improving relationship marketing activities of tourist hotels. The field survey was carried out at six deluxe hotels in Seoul to find out their relationship marketing activities and analyze the problems of the activities. The problems were analyzed as follow; 1) lack of adequate understanding of the importance of relationship marketing, 2) poor contents of customer file information, 3) insufficient service encounter management, 4) negative inducement of guests' complaints, 5) insufficient survey of guests' satisfaction, 6) insufficient relationship maintenance programs and regaining program of lost guests. This study relationship marketing activities should be improved with customer information file establishment, service encounter mangement, and communication enforcement as follow; 1. Customer Information File Establishment As relationship marketing Is marketing for individual, it needs customer file information. The guest information files should be made in detail in all the market segments. Hotels have to make use of the information strategically for establishing relationship with their guests. 2. Service Encounter Mnagement Because the guest-oriented mind and professionalism of hotel staff are prerequisite for relationship continuity, hotel should make efforts to make its staff keep the mind and cultivate expert service technique of the staff. 3. Communication Enforcement Communication enforcement consists of communication activities and communication programs which are focused on contact intensity and two-way communication.

Investigations were made on the status of women groups on processing activities of agricultural products for the Hyogo prefecture in Japan. The data were analyzed with the Hideyosi for Windows(Version 1.19) and the Econometric View for Quantative Micro Softwere(Version 2.0). The results indicats that many rural women groups have their own experience on the activities of processing agricultural products and many other women groups have gained such experience from the management and establishment of the restaurants and direct sales stores. This kind of systems has influenced the activation of each rural district. Further development of the processing of agricultural products by rural women groups in the future demands better cooperation among diverse groups involved in these establishment centers and consumers. In addition, it is necessary to attract young people and train and upgrade them for successive consumers. (Korean J of Human Ecology 2(1) : 68∼79, 1999)

The majority of early embryonic mortality in pregnancy occurs during the peri-implantation stage, suggesting that this period is important for conceptus viability and the establishment of pregnancy. Successful establishment of pregnancy in all mammalian species depends on the orchestrated molecular events that transpire at the conceptus-uterine interface during the peri-implantation period. This maternal-conceptus interaction is especially crucial in pigs because in them non-invasive epitheliochorial placentation occurs, in which the pre-implantation phase is prolonged. During the pre-implantation period, conceptus survival and the establishment of pregnancy are known to depend on the developing conceptus receiving an adequate supply of histotroph, which contains a wide range of nutrients and growth factors. Evidence links growth factors including epidermal growth factor (EGF), insulin-like growth factor-I (IGF-I), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), and colony-stimulating factor 2 (CSF2) to embryogenesis or implantation in various mammalian species; however, in the case of pig, little is known about such functions of these growth factors, especially their regulatory mechanisms at the maternal-conceptus interface. Our research group has presented evidence for promising growth factors affecting cellular activities of primary porcine trophectoderm (pTr) cells, and we have identified potential intracellular signaling pathways responsible for the activities induced by these factors. Therefore, this review focuses on promising growth factors at the maternal-conceptus interface regulating the development of the porcine conceptus and playing pivotal roles in implantation events during early pregnancy in pigs.
