The luminosity functions of 12 open clusters are derived for which their membership and the colors of their individual stars have been established by detailed proper motion study and high quality photometric work. The resulting luminosity functions of these clusters are presented and discussed.

The author has established a general equation for the travelling magnetic field in air gap with the end effect taken into consideration, which constitutes the basics for the analysis of characteristics of linear induction motor. This equation is verified by comparison of the experimental values with the theoretically calculated values. The properties of the travelling wave with attenuation, which is contained in the travelling magnetic field of linear induction motor, have been verified, and consequently the practicable equation is established with these effects taken into consideration. This provides the solid foundation for the theoretical analysis of the characteristics of the linear induction motor.

The object of this thesis is an study on detailing for concrete reinforcement and analytical study for seismic behavior of underground reinforced concrete box structures using the established seismic analytical method. Using the established seismic analytical method that has been presented in various documents seismic behavior of buried reinforce concrete box structures is compared. From the comparsion, it is shown that feasibility and detailing detailng for concrete reinforcement and seismic method for seismic analysis of buried reinforced concrete box structures.

Therefore, the paper aided companies to test methods for accelerated life testing by themselves.

A knowledge based hybrid simulation environment has been established which supports the simulation procedure from the modeling step to the experimentation step by providing various tools, query, and advisory. The knowledge base in the established environment uses the If-Then Rule to transfer the fact input from the user to the act for the execution of the simulation process. Simulation non-experts are the user target and non-specific area is the application target.

Heterocyclic aromatic amines (HCAs) are established genotoxic human cancer risks, that display their activity also in a number of animal models and in vitro. They are formed during the trying or broiling of creatinine-containing foods, mainly fish or meat. We established that mixing soy protein with ground meat blocks the formation of HCAs. we also observed that coating the surface of meat with polyphenols green or from black tea gives a dose - related reduction of the formation of HCAs.(omitted)

We investigate the concept of lacunary statistical convergence and lacunary strongly convergence for sequence of sets in intuitionistic fuzzy metric space (IFMS) and examine their characterization. We obtain some inclusion relation relating to these concepts. Further some necessary and sufficient conditions for equality of the sets of statistical convergence and lacunary statistical convergence for sequence of sets in IFMS have been established. The concept of strong Cesàro summability in IFMS has been defined and some results are established.

In this paper, an equality is established by twice-differentiable convex functions with respect to the conformable fractional integrals. Moreover, several Simpson-type inequalities are presented for the case of twice-differentiable convex functions via conformable fractional integrals by using the established equality. Furthermore, our results are provided by using special cases of obtained theorems.
