  • Linear motor food system control algorithm was extended to the two axis system. Among several factors considered, overshoot of the response was the most important one in minimizing position tracking error. Balance between overshoot and settling time has to be adjusted to guarantee to best tracking performance. Tracking route was carefully executed to eliminate the possible error during the machining process. Even though there exists slight discrepancy between desired mute and cutting track at the corner, precision machining could be implemented using the cutting scheme introduced.

  • This paper discusses the spectral efficiency and performance of asynchronous direct sequency spread spectrum multiple access systems strict bandwidth limitation by Nyquist filtering. The signal to noise plus interference ratio(SNIR) at the output from the correlation receiver is derived analytically taking the cross correlation characteristics of spreading sequences into account, and also an approximated SNIR of a simple form is presented for the systems employing Gold sequences. Based on the analyzed result of SNIR, bit error rate performance and spectral efficiency are also estimated. and at last, we analyzed improvement rate using RS, convolution as a method for improving functions.

  • As the waveguide width and the radius of curvature get smaller for the effort of monolithic fabrication of integrated photonic devices, the waveguide characteristics change significantly according to the change of the waveguide width or the radius of curvature. Especially, variation of the waveguide width due to fabrication process errors induces a phase error for each waveguide from the change of the propagation constant. Therefore, it is important to quantify these variation effects on the device characteristics for the design and fabrication of highly integrated photonic devices. Here, we analyze four different types of waveguides to get general characteristics in propagation constant change by utilizing the effective index method and the analytic solution method. Futhermore, the output characteristics of two AWG(Arrayed Waveguide Grating) devices are simulated by a highly-functional computer code. The simulated results have been found to be similar to the realistic device characteristics. The required fabrication error limit for the ridge-type InP-AWG device should be smaller than 0.02 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ to get better channel crosstalk than-25 dB, while the required fabrication error limit for rib-type silica-AWG devices may be allowed up to 0.1 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ to obtain better crosstalk than -30 dB.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the types of errors that may occur in the four arithmetic operations of the fractions after classified according to the level of academic achievement for sixth-grade elementary school student who Learning of the four arithmetic operations of the fountain has been completed. The study was proceed to get the information how change teaching content and method in accordance with the level of academic achievement by looking at the types of errors that can occur in the four arithmetic operations of the fractions. The test paper for checking the type of errors caused by calculation of fractional was developed and gave it to students to test. And we saw the result by error rate and correct rate of fraction that is displayed in accordance with the level of academic achievement. We investigated the characteristics of the type of error in the calculation of the arithmetic operations of fractional that is displayed in accordance with the level of academic achievement. First, in the addition of the fractions, all levels of students showing the highest error rate in the calculation error. Specially, error rate in the calculation of different denominator was higher than the error rate in the calculation of same denominator Second, in the subtraction of the fractions, the high level of students have the highest rate in the calculation error and middle and low level of students have the highest rate in the conceptual error. Third, in the multiplication of the fractions, the high and middle level of students have the highest rate in the calculation error and low level of students have the highest rate in the a reciprocal error. Fourth, in the division of the fractions, all levels of students have the highest r rate in the calculation error.

  • We studied the characteristics of impedance and electromechanical coupling coefficient in ZnO and AIN thin films by using resonance frequency spectrum method. The response peak of impedance decreased with the decrease of thickness of piezoelectrics, the number of mode of response peak increased with the increase of substrate thickness. An error of $k_{t}^{2}$ estimated from input $k_{t}^{2}$ increased as the thickness of piezoelectrics decreased and the thickness of substrate increased. Also, the error was increased in case of a large acoustic impedance of substrate. It was found that the composite resonator operating in optimized condition could be designed through the resonance frequency spectrum analysis of composited resonator consisted of piezoelectric thin film and substrate.

  • In this paper, I proposed an effective technique for accurately predicting pixel values using edge components. Adjacent pixel values are similar to each other. That is, generally, similarity exists between adjacent pixels in an image. In the proposed algorithm, edge components are detected using the surrounding pixels in the first step, and pixel values are estimated using the edge components in the second step. Therefore, the prediction accuracy of the pixel value is improved and the prediction error is reduced. Pixel value prediction is a necessary technique for various applications such as image magnification and confidential data concealment. Experimental results show that the proposed method has higher prediction accuracy and fewer prediction error. Therefore, the proposed technique can be effectively used for applications such as image magnification and confidential data concealment.

  • Electroencephalogram(EEG) would be the most objective psychophysiological research technique on human errors though few research has been taken yet. This study aimed to get characteristics of human error while committing simple Odd-Ball tasks by utilizing the power spectrum technique of EEG data. Each experiment was composed of 3 tasks with different rules, and three young undergraduate students participated in this study as paid subjects. The result showed that subject and the interaction of subject and task factors were statistically significant on variation of power of $\alpha$ and $\beta$ bands which implied there would exist groups with homogeneity in their response. And though the variation of band powers due to task factors were not so great as to get statistical significance, it implied that the task requiring decoding process would be more strange to human beings than the task merely requiring psychological recall process.

  • In this paper the voltage controlled GIC is classified into two structures, one has the dependent port conductance and the other has the independent port conductance. Nine kinds of configuration for the WDF with two voltage controlled GICs have been found and the design method for WD-LPF has been shown as an example. Their hardware complexity and amplitude characteristics are nearly same as the existing ones, but amplitude error according to coefficient quantization is reduced to about 5% of the error in existing structures. As the result of the numerical analysis of the RPSD to check up the product quantization effect at the WDF output, four kinds of proposed structures have about 10dB less RPSD than existed ones for 6 bits .leq.B .leq.20 bits.
