I try to elucidate the essence of cinematic art in terms of Nietzsche's physiological philosophy of art. According to Nietzsche, the mise-en-$sc{\grave{e}}nes$ in the film are expressions of willingness to the power of the author, the director. These are not re-imitations of the imitations with Platonic measure, sinker, number, but framing the elan vital Erde, die $urspr{\ddot{u}}ngliche$ Vorstellung with the director's body-camera. In this context, the film is essentially die Kunst des Lebens, in which the body and the earth are mediated by cameras. Therefore, it is not the eyes or the head, but the body that is necessary to appreciate film art. But the body at this time does not mean the heavy body of Hollywood standard audiences manipulated, controlled, or transformed by capital. We should stand in front of the film work with body shaking between trauma and Rausch, a dancing body, and a light and fresh body. Only by watching film with the body, can we achieve the small revolutions in everyday life. For example, if we watch $B{\acute{e}}la$ Tarr's film The Turin Horse in such a way, we can no longer be the dwarfed human beings, der Herde-Mensch. Also, $B{\acute{e}}la$ Tarr's mise-en-scene will make us realize why Nietzsche had said that there is art to us not to be destroyed by the platonic truth.

Recent research at Harbin Institute of Technology on the synthesis of nanocrystalline and untrafine grained materials by mechanical alloying/milling is reviewed. Examples of the materials include aluminum alloy, copper alloy, magnesium-based hydrogen storage material, and $Nd_2Fe_{14}B/{\alpha}-Fe$ magnetic nanocomposite. Details of the processes of mechanical alloying and consolidation of the mechanically alloyed nanocrystalline powder materials are presented. The microstructure characteristics and properties of the synthesized materials are addressed.

[ $Nd_2Fe_{14}B/{\alpha}-Fe$ ] nanocomposite powders with a nominal composition of $Nd_{12}Fe_{82}B_6$ were prepared by HDDR combined with mechanical milling. The microstructure was studied by Mossbauer spectrometry and TEM. The magnetic properties were investigated by VSM using bonded magnet samples. The results showed that the annealing temperature had significant influence on both the recombination kinetics and the grain size of the $Nd_2Fe_{14}B$ and ${\alpha}-Fe$ phases, and the bonded magnets presented the best magnetic properties when the nanocomposite powders were prepared by annealing at $760^{\circ}C$ for 30 min.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the gait characteristics in Parkinson's disease patients. Specifically, the total stance time and the ratio of each stance phase (heel strike, mid-stance, propulsion) are analyzed from the foot-pressure measurement system which requires low cost and small space compared to the conventional gait analysis system. The gait characteristics were analyzed in 23 Parkinson's disease patients (before and after L-dopa medication), 34 elderly (sixties) normal subjects and 21 young (twenties) normal subjects. Bradykinesia global score (self-developed score of slowness of body movement) of patients before medication was determined to see the relationship between the score and the gait characteristics. The total stance time was greater in the erde. of patients, elderly, youngs (p<0.05). The phase ratio of heel strike and propulsion was smaller and that of mid-stance was greater in the order of patients, elderly, youngs (p<0.05). However, there was no significant difference in the above gait characteristics of patients before and after medication. There was a tendency, though statistically non-significant, that the total stance time is longer and the propulsion phase ratio is shorter in patients with greater Bradikinesia global scale, and this tendency was relieved after medication.

The city of Basra, established on the shore of Basra Bay in the south of modern Iraq, played an important role in agriculture and trade for centuries, with its geography and its position where two great rivers of Mesopotamia flow. Before being established with its current name by the Muslim Arabs, the city was known as Teredon in the Chaldean period and VehiŞtebad ErdeŞir in the Sasanid period. It was reestablished with the name Basra in the early period of Islam by Arabs between Hijri 14-16 (635-637 CE). Afterward, the city became one of the most important centers of trade, science and thought; had a perfect cultural diversity; and hosted important schools of Arabic language and thought for centuries. Besides the commercial effects of its being a transfer point on the axis of Europe, Mesopotamia, Iran, and India, the schools of thought which emerged here were affected by this mobility. In this paper, we try to reveal the philosophical-religious approach which the Ikhwan al-Safa school of thought in Basra, one of the most important cities of the Silk Road, created in parallel with the characteristics of this city. Shiite Ismaili beliefs and thoughts in the region and its characteristics which feed different religions and traditions emerging from Egypt and with the scientific approach of Greek thought; with Indian-Iranian teachings that merge Greek thought and Neoplatonic philosophy, give us the summary of Silk Road civilizations.

Mit der Entwicklung der Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien $er\"{o}ffnen$ $Internet-unterst\"{u}tzte$ Lehren und Lernen neue $M\"{o}glichkeiten{\;}f\"{u}r$ den Sprach- und Kulturunterricht. Das Internet bietet den $Sch\"{u}lern$ vor allem $gro{\ss}es$ Interesse und $gro{\ss}e$ Motivation $f\"{u}r$ die deutsche Sprache und Kultur. In der vorliegenden Arbeit geht es vor allem um die praktische Anwendung von den $M\"{a}rchentexten$ in der germanistischen Abteilung der koreanischen $Universit\"{a}ten$. $M\"{a}rchen$ sind ein Kulturgut, das sich in vielen $V\"{o}ilkern$, Kulturen und Gegenden der Erde findet. $M\"{a}rchen$ sprechen eine Sprache der Symbole und Bilder, eine Sprache, die den Menschen in seiner $Emotionalit\"{a}t$ besonders anspricht. Sie haben eine Anziehungskraft, die uns nicht $unber\"{u}hrt{\;}l\"{a}sst$. Sie zeigen in vie1en Kulturen Motive menschlichen Daseins, die $\"{u}bereinstimmende$ Merkmale zeigen. In dieser Studie wird insbesondere $\"{u}ber$ eine untenichtspraktische Anwendung des $M\"{a}rchens$ $f\"{u}r$ den Deutschunterricht diskutiert. In dieser Arbeit bezieht sich der wissenschaftliche Gebrauch des Kulturbegriffes meist auf kollektive Erscheinungen, die Gruppen von Individuen einigen. Mit Hilfe des Internets kann man verschiedene Kulturelemente in der bestimmten deutschen Stadt finden. Zum Beispiel hat die freie Hansestadt Bremen die wohlgeformte Homepage. In dieser Homepage(http://www.bremen.de/) gibt es viele Informationen $\"{u}ber$ die Stadt Bremen; Geschichte, Wrrtschaft, Wissenschaft, Schulsystem, Kultur, Sport, Freizeit usw. Schuler lernen erst elementare $W\"{o}rter$, Grammatik und dann wichtige kulturelle Elemente. $Erw\"{u}nscht$ waren wissenschaftlich fundierte Methoden $f\"{u}r$ den deutschen Kulturuntenicht und systematisch aufgebaute Internetseiten, die fur bestimmte Deutschkurse an den koreanischen $Universit\"{a}ten$ gedacht sind. Es ware ideal, audiovisuelle/multimediale Webseiten/Webpages mit Texten, Bildern, Webaufgaben und Audio-Nideofiles zu erstellen.

Der Antisemitismusstreit in der Philosophie Heideggers kann als ein Streit um seine politische Theologie bezeichnet werden. Fast alle Epigonen Heideggers haben seine Teilnahme an Nazi-Bewegung anerkannt, aber seine antisemitische Haltung verneint. Farias und Faye haben dagegen so behauptet, $da{\ss}$ seine antisemitische Haltung bzw. rassistische Tendenz in seiner ganzen Vorlesungen und Werken gefunden werden $k{\ddot{o}}nnen$. Insbesonders nationalsozialistische bzw. antisemitische Tendenz Heideggers kann als die Stoffe der politischen Theologie im Horizont der seinen eigentlichen $Faktizit{\ddot{a}}t$ gekennzeichnet werden. Die gesamten Vorlesungen und Schriften Heideggers sind seine eigene Gedanken, welche durch keinen ${\ddot{a}}u{\ss}eren$ Zwang $durchgef{\ddot{u}}hrt$ werden. Heideggers Antisemitismus ist ja in diesem Sinne eine $tats{\ddot{a}}chliche$ $Faktizit{\ddot{a}}t$. Aber das ist kein ideologischen Wahnsystem der Nationalsozialisten, sondern eine Art des kulturellen Antisemitismus. Heidegger glaubte damit, die Erde und den Blut deutschen Volkes in der reinsten Weise aufzubewahren durch die Auferstehung des geistigen, geschichtlichen deutschen Daseins. Der rassistische, antisemitische Verdacht zur Heideggerschen Philosophie soll nur in diesem Denkshorizont kritisch interpretiert werden. Damit kann und soll Heideggers rassistische, antisemitische Haltung mit der Nationalsozialisten, welche die Vernichtung der Juden historisch und philosophisch zu legitimieren versucht, unterschiden werden.
