환경진동시험 제어에서 반공진 진동수해석에 의한 치구의 구조변경설계 (Structural Dynamic Modification of Fixture by Antiresonance Frequency Analysis in Environmental Vibration Test Control)

  • This paper proposes the method of antiresonance frequency analysis of multi-input multi-output system. The structural dynamic modification techniques by antiresonance frequency analysis are also applied to reduce the undertest at specimen attachment points on the fixture in environmental vibration test, which is resulted from the inconsistency of antiresonance frequencies at any specified points. Several computer simulations show that the proposed method can remove the undertest problem which is not removed in conventional vibration test control. And the effectiveness of the method is verified with the impact hammer excitation of aluminium fixture model.

철도차량 검측모듈의 신뢰성 검증 시험 연구 (A Study of Inspection Module for Verifying Reliability on Railway Vehicle)

  • This study examines environmental performance of the arcing measurement module according to international standards. The module assesses the collected current performance using a computer system. The module is required to assess environmental impact resulting from electromagnetic waves, shock and temperature change during train operation. The test includes testing EMI/EMC, vibration, shock and temperature cycling for interface between trains and the arcing measurement module. The module test items were determined in compliance with the standards suggested by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) and Europaische Norm (EN). This study describes the method of test, test equipment operation and how to choose relevant performance standards. The analysis and test results of environmental performance for the module based on computer system are described in this study.

환경영향평가 정보지원시스템 개선을 위한 공간정보 오픈플랫폼 활용방안 (A Study on Application of Open Platform of Spatial Information for Improvement of Environment Impact Assessment Supporting System)

  • 본 연구에서는 현행 환경영향평가 시행에 제공되고 있는 환경영향평가정보지원시스템(EIASS)의 서비스 기능 가운데 가장 실무적 활용도가 많은 환경지리정보서비스시스템(EIAGIS)의 기능을 개선하기 위하여 공간정보오픈플랫폼(Vworld)의 오픈API서비스기능의 활용방안을 실제 환경영향 평가가 시행된 사례를 대상으로 제시하였다. 연구내용을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 먼저 환경영향평가 시행에 있어 실제 EIAGIS의 활용도는 DB의 갱신한계와 2D위주의 낮은 품질의 지형정보 제공 등으로 인하여 매우 저조하였다. 이에 대한 개선방안으로 현재 국토부에서 제공하고 있는 Vworld의 오픈API서비스기능을 활용하여 환경영향평가를 시행하는 실무 수요자의 요구에 맞는 새로운 서비스 개발이 가능하다는 것을 제시하였다. 향후 Vworld을 활용한 EIASS를 구축할 경우 사업계획수립 초기단계에서 사업대안의 설정에 유용한 정보를 제공하는 컨설팅 역할을 수행할 수 있으며, 환경영향평가 시 맞춤형 정보제공이 가능하여 협의기관과 평가대행자간의 동일한 프로그램을 사용함으로서 평가서의 신뢰도 향상과 신속한 협의가 기대될 것으로 예상된다.

  • Resilient pads play a major role in reducing the impact of loads on a rail in a rail-fastening system, which is essentially used for a concrete track. Although a compression set test is commonly used to measure the durability of a resilient pad, the static spring constant is often observed to be different from the fatigue test. In this study, a modified compression set test method was proposed to monitor the variations in the compression set and static spring constant of a resilient pad with respect to temperature and time. In addition, the life of the resilient pad was predicted by performing an acceleration test based on the Arrhenius equation.

Environmental Perception, Ethical Consumer Behavior, and Price Sensitivity: Impact on Using Intention of Eco-Friendly Products

  • Purpose - This study aims to identify the effect of corporate eco-friendly marketing, which focuses on corporate social responsibility, on the environment, natural preservation and protection, and environmental concern among consumers. Research design, data, and methodology - A total of 92 valid questionnaires were used for analysis. A structured model was established and a 3-step mediated regression test was employed to see how consumers' perception of ethical consumer behavior and price sensitivity are influential in relation to the impact of consumer's perception of eco-friendliness on the using intention in relation to eco-friendly products. Results - Three factors of eco-friendly perception all have a positive impact on ethical consumer behavior, thus lowering their price sensitivity. In particular, it is found that environmental knowledge and environmental concern are important to promote ethical consumer behavior. Conclusion - It is found that, to increase the using intention of eco-friendly products, an enterprise should practice an eco-friendly marketing strategy, deliver eco-friendly related knowledge, and include contents to allow consumers to take an interest in the environment for effective performance of marketing.

철도소음 저감을 위한 간섭형 방음장치 음향 설계 및 성능시험에 관한 연구 (A study on the performance test and acoustic design of interference type noise reduction device for railway noise)

  • Noise barrier is generally used with welding of joint rail for railway noise reduction in our country. But the noise barrier for high speed railway has weak point in low frequencies about 315Hz band. In this study, For developing of Interference-type Noise Reduction Device(INRD), acoustic analysis were performed using commercial software. For verifying the improvement in the noise reduction, noise measurement before and after installing of INRD were performed in Anechoic Chamber. From these acoustic analysis and noise measurement, it was known that developed INRD has a good noise reduction performance and can be used efficiently with conventional noise barrier.

환경 친화적인 무기질계 지반주입재의 내구성 및 차수효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on Durability and Impermeability of Environmentally Friendly Inorganic Ground Injection Material)

  • 최근 건설현장에서 물유리계 공법의 현장적용 시 고결체의 결과물은 내구성, 강도, 용탈에 대한 평가에 있어서 차수목적으로는 적용이 가능하나 영구적인 지반보강 및 차수를 위한 공법으로는 그 한계성이 지적되는 바, 시멘트계 급결재와 무기질계 초미립자를 주원료로 하는 순수 무기질 재료를 사용하여 시공한 후 내구성 및 강도가 우수하고 주입성이 탁월한 동시에 주입재의 용탈현상이 발생하지 않아 친환경적이고 영구적인 차수 및 보강에 적합한 환경 친화적 공법에 대한 연구를 수행하게 되었다. 본 연구는 지반보강 목적으로 무기질계 지반주입공법(NDS)을 적용할 경우에 사용되는 무기질계 고성능 지반안정재에 대하여 일축압축강도시험, 투수시험, 길이변화시험, 용탈시험, 환경유해성시험을 통해 물유리계 재료와 비교하여 NDS공법의 강도 특성과 친환경성을 규명하고자 하였다. 그 결과 강도 및 투수성이 향상되었고 길이변화율은 담수에서는 494,186배, 해수에서는 61,927배로 크게 개선되었으며, 용탈되는 원소의 총량도 극히 작았다. 또한 환경유해성평가 결과 Zn을 제외한 중금속 성분이 검출되지 않아 친환경적인 재료임을 입증하였다.

환경투자활동의 동기와 효과 (Determinants and Effects of Environmental Investments)

  • 환경원가를 환경투자와 비용으로 구분하여 이 두 요소를 유발하는 요인과 효과를 실증 분석하였다. 결과를 보면 수익성(ROS 등)은 환경관련투자 및 환경보전비용에 유의적인 영향을 미치지 않았으며 레버리지 비율은 환경투자활동에 음의 영향을 미쳤으며 R&D 비율도 악영향을 나타내었다. 한편 지배주주의 비중이 높을수록 단기적인 환경보전비용의 지출은 물론 환경시설투자 등에도 능동적으로 대처하였다. 그리고 환경관련투자와 환경비용을 통한 노력이 재무성과(ROS)에는 부정적으로, $CO_2$ 배출량의 감소와 같은 환경성과에는 긍정적으로 나타났으며 결과적으로 환경경제효율에는 긍정적 방향을 나타냈으나 유의적이지는 않았다. 이것은 환경관련지출이 $CO_2$ 배출량 감소와 같은 긍정적 효과를 초래하지만 재무성과가가 악화된 것만큼 $CO_2$ 배출량 감소효과가 따라가지 못한다는 사실을 의미한다.

자원순환을 위한 폐콘크리트 순환골재의 알칼리 및 중금속 용출특성 평가 (Assessment of Leaching Characteristics of Alkaline and Heavy Metal Ions from Recycled Concrete Aggregate)

  • Generation rate of construction wastes in Korea has occupied preponderantly in recent years. To understand chemical properties of recycled concrete aggregate (RCA), RCA samples were tested for their leaching characteristics. Leaching tests were conducted according to Korean Standard Leaching Test (KLT) and Toxicity Characteristics Leaching Procedure (TCLP) respectively. The RCA samples were characterized using X-ray fluorescence (XRF). Alkalinity of the leachate was determined using a pH meter titration method. The XRF analysis result shows that the calcium oxide (CaO) content in the RCA sample is 25.3~50.4 %. When the RCA sample was mixed with water in a batch reactor, pH in the solution was rapidly increased, and 70% of the total pH change was found in 1 hour. The TCLP showed slightly higher efficiency for leaching heavy metals than the KLT. The leaching efficiency was also higher as the particle size of RCA sample was smaller. The leaching test results suggest that RCA can be generally classified as nonhazardous waste.

  • High speed railroad noise is one of the main causes of environmental impact. An estimate of the relevant noise levels is usually required in order to evaluate the noise barrier and the anti-noise trailer. This paper introduce the test procedure and the estimate for HST noise. The aim of this is to measure, by means of a test, the level of acoustic pressure present during the passing of a KTX(Korea Train Express), in order to satisfy the contractual requirements and the noise criteria. A number of measurements are carried out in order to estimate noise impact by HST along test track.
