In general, an increase in consumer income increases interest in safe foods and increases consumption of environmental friendly foods. Meanwhile, even in Malawi, interest in safe food and environmentally friendly food has been increasing due to increase in per capita income, but research related to this has not been done yet. The purpose of this study is to estimate the value of environmentally friendly foods in Malawi consumers. For this purpose, we surveyed the consumption patterns and estimated the value of organic chicken for consumers visiting supermarkets. As a value estimation technique, Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) was used. Probit model analysis showed that price, expenditure on regular chicken, and knowledge of organic food affect the willingness to pay for organic chicken. CVM analysis shows that Malawi supermarket consumers are willing to pay MK2,514 (3.59) dollars per kilo of organic chicken, which is 25.7% higher than the average price of a regular chicken. Thus, Malawi supermarket consumers can deduce that they have a higher value for environmentally friendly food than regular food. These findings can be used in formulating policies on food safety by government officials, organic chicken meat marketing strategies by supermarket mangers, decision making to enhance organic food production by producers, in order to develop organic food industry.
The purpose of this study is to suggest ways to design for the environmental Interface of Long Life Housing. Research, improving the performance of the interface, is underway at the research organization of Long Life Housing. Infill system should accommodate the various changes in the space. So dismantlement, replacement, and repair of the act are essential. In this process, A lot of substance, which can damage or spoil the environment, may be produced. The environment and green are critical issues for businesses in the $21^{st}$ century. This study examines product assortments of eco-friendly products, green marketing strategies, and the marketability of Trashion products among fashion brands. Data were collected through an interview method from eight fashion brands that were actively conducting green marketing. The general activities of green marketing were to produce eco-friendly products and/or an economical support for environmental groups or green conservation campaigns. Eco-friendly products included organic cotton products, well-being products made of bamboo or beans, goods made of recycled plastic bottles, and Trashion items. The first reason was to improve the brand image, then take social responsibility, and last participate in the environmental movement. However, the price of green products and supplies of eco-friendly fabrics were the most challenging issues for fashion businesses. The marketability of Trashion products was directly opposed and managerial implications for green marketers were discussed.
Foci of this thesis arc an estimation of willingness to pay and an establishment of green marketing strategics for environment-friendly agricultural products(EFAR). Estimations of willingness to pay for grain, vegetables, fruit and processed food-stuffs arc respectively 20.6%, 20.2%, 19.3% and 17.2% higher than agricultural products produced by conventional farming method. And a green mark6ting mix for EFAP is as follows; Erst, a product strategy focuses on producing safe and high-quality foods by environment-friendly agriculture(EFA) to point to consumer’s health and desire for environmental preservation. Second, in a price strategy, the balance of three factors should be kept, namely the environmental value the true quality as food materials and the price of EFAP. Third, a place strategy is to reduce waste matters, resource and energy uses in marketing chain, and to simplify marketing channels. Also, it is necessary to choose the marketing channel for price discrimination. Fourth, a promotion strategy make use of programs that emphasize the multi-function of EFA.

In Indonesia, concern about environmental protection is increasing. Thus, companies not only adjust their products but also create promotion strategies with environmentally friendly messages, called green marketing. This study identifies the effect of green marketing on purchase intentions. A quantitative method with an explanatory design was conducted. Data was gathered online. In this study, the population was @InnisfreeIndonesia Instagram followers. Thus, a direct message with the survey invitation was sent to randomly selected Instagram followers. Additional followers were invited daily for about a month until 100 responses were collected. The majority of respondents were Indonesian females, age 21-25. The results show that green products partially influence purchase intentions. Once consumers consider environmental friendly issues before buying a skin care product, they may identify whether the product is toxic-free, environmentally friendly, and holds a certification that identifies it as such. Thus, potential consumers tend to seek information to set expectations about the product they want to buy, prioritize them over other products, and to refer the product to others.

The purpose of this research is to identify factors affecting consumer's brand preference toward environment-friendly products like electric vehicles in Bangkok, Thailand. The researcher conducted the study based on a quantitative approach and adapted a nonprobability sampling as a convenience sampling method. The data were collected from 400 respondents living in Bangkok, who are 18 years old and above, with significant knowledge of electric vehicles. This study adapted the Structural Equation Model (SEM) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) to examine the model accuracy, reliability and verification influence of various variables. The results revealed that social influence has significant effect on environment concern as well as a positive effect on attitude. The initial significance of environment concern leads to a positive effect on fuel efficiency, followed by brand preference. Lastly, attitude has a significant effect on brand preference as attitude of consumers toward environment-friendly products affects the encouragement of brand preference, which largely depends on individual opinion. From an environmental concern, the researchers identified fuel efficiency and attitude having a positive and significant effect on brand preference toward environment-friendly products for electric vehicles. The authors also found that environmental concern and social influences on green purchasing behavior were significantly interrelated.

Due to the International Maritime Organization's (IMO) environmental regulations on NOx and SOx, LNG-fueled eco-friendly ships are gaining attention worldwide, and various eco-friendly ships are being proposed and demanded for conversion to eco-friendly ships in Korea, as the eco-friendly ship law has recently been enforced. In this study, the initial basic design was performed to convert an existing Marine Gas Oil (MGO) fueled ship into an LNG-DF propulsion ship, targeting medium-sized ship, to select the fuel tank capacity and main dimensions and appropriate fuel ratio between the two fuels. In particular, Sustainable basic design method considering environmental impact were proposed by performing a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) throughout the design process, and various design options were compared and analyzed to meet different design conditions by applying them.
The purpose of this study is to examine a monitoring method, management zones, and maintenance strategies for water friendly facilities in urban streams after the completion of ecological restoration projects. Maintenance monitoring items are composed of 'use space& facilities', 'trails& bike roads', 'access', and 'boards'. The evaluation standards of water friendly facilities are 'maintenance conditions', 'safety', and 'usage level' which are rated as 'good', 'moderate', and 'poor'. Through a field survey and evaluation of 15 stream sections in Jeonjucheon, the management levels of each water friendly facility are determined as 'priority maintenance', 'general maintenance', 'maintain/remove', and 'remove'. Based on the evaluation results, management zones and maintenance strategies are proposed for each stream section. As a results, the stream sections of J2, J3, J4, and J9 which have 5 to 9 facilities with 'priority maintenance' are determined as 'intensive management zone'. The stream sections of J5, J6, J7, J8, J11, and J14 which have 1 to 3 facilities with 'priority maintenance' are determined as 'regular management zone'. The stream sections of J1, J10, J12, J13, and J15 which have no facilities with 'priority maintenance' are determined as 'minimum management zone'. The process of monitoring & evaluation system and determining management zones can be applied to establish a systematic maintenance plan for water friendly facilities by participation of governance in the future.
We developed animation-based environmental teaching program using empathic learning strategy in order to motivate elementary school students' willingness to practice environmental-friendly behavior and applied it to elementary school students. The subjects were 56 fourth graders, who were divided into the experimental and controlled groups. Experimental group was taught with animation programs using the empathic learning strategy and controlled group took typical classes. There was significant difference between experimental and controlled groups(p<.05) in terms of environmental practice willingness. When examining students' environmental-friendly recognition, this study showed positive result that they were more interested and motivated in the learning process. Thus, it concluded that the environmental animation program using empathic learning strategy was an effective teaching method. It showed that it was more effective to improve environmental knowledge and motivates students to actively participate in instructions and to concentrate on educating materials.
