보험회사의 사회적책임활동이 고객기반 브랜드자산과 프리미엄가격 지불의도에 미치는 영향 : SNS 활용수준의 조절효과 (The Effect of Social Responsibility Activities of Insurance Company on Consumer Based Brand Equity and Intention to Pay Premium Price : Moderating Effect of the Level of SNS Usage)

  • 본 연구는 보험회사의 차별적 마케팅전략으로써 CSR활동의 가능성을 규명하기 위하여 보험회사의 CSR활동이 고객기반 브랜드자산과 고객의 프리미엄가격 지불의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 보험가입 경험이 있는 국내 소비자를 대상으로 설문하여 최종 510부를 선정 및 분석한 결과, 경제적, 자선적 책임활동은 고객기반 브랜드자산에 영향을 주었고, 경제적, 환경적 책임활동은 프리미엄가격 지불의도에 영향을 주었다. 또한 고객기반 브랜드자산의 매개역할은 경제적, 자선적 책임활동과 프리미엄가격 지불의도 간의 관계에서 확인하였다. 마지막으로, CSR활동과 고객기반 브랜드자산 관계에서 SNS 활용수준의 조절효과는 경제적 책임활동에서 영향이 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 보험회사에서의 CSR 프로그램 효율성을 높이는 마케팅전략 수립에 중요한 시사점을 제공해준다.

Biochemical Characterization and Genetic Diversity of Pongamia pinnata (L.) Pierre in Eastern India

  • Biochemical characteristics of 24 Pongamia pinnata genotypes (candidate plus trees) from three agroclimatic zones were estimated and molecular characterization through RAPD markers was done. Various biochemical characters viz. seed oil, total carbohydrates, protein, acid value and Iodine number recorded significant variation among different genotypes. The highest seed oil content was 41.87% while seeds of 14 genotypes recorded above average (32.11%) for the trait. Seed oil and protein content exhibited a significant positive correlation and moderate heritability. Out of the initially selected twenty-five random primers, twenty-two RAPD primers were found to be highly reproducible and produced a total of 183 loci of which 147 (80.32%) loci were polymorphic. Percentage of polymorphism varied from 44% to 100% with an average of 80.62%. High level of genetic variation was found among different genotypes of P. pinnata. Both molecular and oil content (biochemical) markers appeared useful in analyzing the extent of genetic diversity in Pongamia and the result of these analyses will help to better understand the genetic diversity and relationship among populations. Overall, the Pongamia genotypes included in the study showed a correlation with their geographical origins such that genotypes from the same region tend to have higher genetic similarity as compared to those from different regions. However, in UPGMA based Nei's analysis, some genotypes were found not to be grouped based on geographical origins possibly due to the exchange of germplasm over time between farmers across the regions. The results from oil content analyses showed that several genotypes in 'Central and Western Plateau' agroclimatic zone of Jharkhand displayed a good potential for high oil content. The study provides insight about P. pinnata populations in Jharkhand (India) and constitutes a set of useful background information that can be used as a basis for future breeding strategy and improvement of the species.

  • More people travel oversea as the economic size of Korea is getting larger and more new jobs are requested to be created by the society. To respond to these trend and request, Incheon International Airport Corporation (IIAC) is about to expand its processing capability with a new terminal; 54 million passengers to 72 million. IIAC is also introducing new strategies such as open innovation (OI) and creating shared value (CSV). With these changes, IIAC faces new challenges of restructuring its business and organization with new ideas. Most organizations including IIAC are becoming more dependent on external resources to keep their competitive advantages under the turbulence of global business environmental changes. Therefore, they focus on the OI paradigm which is reported as a convincing strategy to improve competitiveness in terms of budget and time-to-market. OI is to quickly react to the rapidly changing business environment and is adopted to support startup incubation. In the previous research with IIAC, three major tasks were defined; utilizing the IIAC brand power for external vendors, building a technology road-map, and introducing a collaboration support system. This paper deals with the collaboration system as proposed in the previous research. We focused on the collaboration process for startup incubation. Cases were studied; the K-startup model by the government, a university model to explore youth startups, and a R&D institute model to study professional startups. Based on the case studies, we defined an IIAC model and proposed issues to take care of. The model is distinguished from the other studied models since IIAC is a prospective customer of new technology.

염색슬러지 탄화물과 순환 유동층 연소 보일러 플라이애시를 활용한 무시멘트 경화체의 역학적 특성 (Mechanical Properties of Non-cement Matrix Utilizing the Circulating Fluidized Bed Combustion Boiler Fly Ash and Dyeing Sludge Carbide)

  • 산업의 급격한 발달과 함께 사회 또한 급격한 발달을 이루면서 전 세계는 편리한 생활을 이룰 수 있게 되었다. 하지만 이러한 산업의 발달의 이면에는 환경오염으로 인한 지구온난화와 산업부산물 대량 발생 등의 문제가 발생하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 건축분야에서 $CO_2$ 배출 비율이 높은 시멘트의 사용량을 줄이고자 산업부산물인 고로슬래그와 순환 유동층 연소 플라이애시를 사용하였으며, 국내 염색공단에서 배출되고 있는 20만 톤 이상의 슬러지를 재활용하는 방안을 검토하기 위해 염색슬러지 탄화물을 활용한 무시멘트 경화체의 특성에 대한 기초자료를 제시하고자 하였다. 그 결과, 염색슬러지 탄화물의 치환율이 증가함에 따라 공기량은 증가하였고 플로어는 증가하였다. 또한 염색슬러지 탄화물 치환율이 증가함에 따라 휨강도 및 압축강도는 감소하는 경향을 보였다.

작업면 현휘 방지와 주광 및 일사 유입 최대화를 위한 제어 종료 영역에서의 최적 블라인드 제어 (Optimum Blind Control at the End of Operation Time Zone for Preventing Glare on Work-plane and Maximizing Daylight and Solar Heat Gain)

  • The objective of this study is to develop the blind control strategy and method which reduce negative effect of incoming daylight on visual comfort of occupants, minimize psychological anxieties caused by frequent motions of a blind, and maximize positive effect of incoming daylight and solar irradiation by opening/closing of a blind. As previous researches on blind controls have limited outdoor environmental conditions to those in specific regions, orientations and dates, these resulted in problems at various conditions for general-purpose application. Major problem is that the time interval and amount of blind movement do not meet the control objective at the end of control zone and discontinuous curve. To overcome these limitations revealed in the previous researches, following tasks were performed in this study. 1) To establish the control objective to accomplish the goal of this study. 2) To develop the control methods and algorithms which prevent glare on the work-plane at any time and which control the time interval and amount of blind movement to follow the control objective at various profile angle curves. 3) To validate the general-purpose applicability and performance of the developed control methods and algorithms by simulation and its data analysis at various conditions. It was found that the proposed methods and algorithms can prevent the direct glare on the work-plane at all the time and also increase the incoming daylight and solar irradiation.

공동주택단지 내 주민공동시설의 기준개선을 통한 커뮤니티 활성화방안에 대한 전문가 의견조사 (A Study for the Community Vitalizing Strategy Through the Revision of Housing Construction Standards for Community Facilities in Apartment Housing Complexes from the Perspective of Professionals)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the problems of current housing construction standards related to community facilities and to suggest the vitalizing strategies that enhance the sense of community among the residents living in apartment housing complexes. For the purpose, three times small group workshops were executed during April 26~May 3, 2010 for 14 professionals in construction company, university, research institute, and housing management company. Based on the results of small group workshops, questionnaire survey for the 10 professionals was done during August 13~23, 2010 to find out the additional opinions about the revision of housing construction standards related to community facilities in apartment housing complexes. Respondents indicated that the current housing standards related to the types and the area of community facility are too strict to respond to the diverse characteristics and needs of residents. Professionals suggested the newly revised standards that sum up the whole area of community facilities instead of the existing standards that regulate the area of each community facility in an apartment housing complex. Also, they recommended the regional community center that include several facilities in one common community building.

  • 컨테이너 물동량 증가와 함께 선박의 대형화는 항만과 터미널 운영에 많은 영향을 주었고, 선사들의 운송네트워크들은 점차 hub-and-spoke방식으로 변하고 있다. 이는 항만간 치열한 경쟁을 초래하였고 그로 인해 새로운 항만을 개발하거나 기존 항만을 확장해야 하는 압력들을 받아왔다. 그러나 항만 개발에 따른 환경적 물리적 재무적 한계를 극복하기에는 너무나 많은 비용과 시간의 투자를 요구하고 있다. 그래서 본 연구에서는 하나의 대안으로서 새로운 해상 운송시스템인 모바일하버를 다루었다. 그리고 컨테이너 연안운송시장을 중심으로 모바일하버 도입에 대한 경제적 분석과 함께 관련 요인들의 변화들에 대한 민감도 분석도 같이 수행하였다. 본 연구는 모바일하버의 가치와 활용방안에 대한 기초 연구로서 추후 관련 연구들에 대해 기여하고자 하였다.

  • 수요확대가 전망되고 공급구조가 경직된 금속자원은 각국의 산업구조 및 자원확보 역량에 따라 리스크 관리가 필요하다. 이를 위해 금속자원의 위기성 평가가 다양화되고 있는데, 주로 희토류 등 희유금속이 위기물질 혹은 중요물질(Critical materials, Critical metal, Critical raw materials)로 선정되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기술변화 및 수급불균형 등을 고려한 위기물질 선정체제 및 관리현황에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 유럽, 미국 등은 신재생에너지 보급 확대에 따른 원재료 리스크를 평가하고 있으며, 일본은 자국 내 성장동력산업을 중심으로 핵심 원재료를 파악하고 있다. 영국은 자원채굴에 따른 환경부하를 고려하여 광종별 위기성을 평가하였다. 그리고 이러한 위기물질들의 가격시그널의 미약성, 비탄력적 공급구조, 기술변화에 민감한 수요변동성 등의 특징을 분석하였다.

Ergonomics Job Hazard Evaluation of Building Cleaners

  • Objective: The objective of this study was to evaluate a work of building cleaners using the ergonomic methods. Background: Previous studies about cleaning worker describe typical physical demands of this work. They found that the most significant risk factors associated with the physical work of cleaners are static loads and repetitive movements and high output of force. Method: A head of ergonomics estimation was work analysis(define of combined task, work tool, work time and frequency of combined task) and posture analysis of worker. Results: The results showed that combined task of building cleaners was classification sweeping, mopping(wet), mopping(oil), moving barrels/carts, dumping trash bags, scrubbing, arrangement of cleaning tool, arrangement of circumferential, moving of cleaning tool, and waiting. The work time of combined task such as mopping(wet) and scrubbing indicated high ratio. The posture analysis of building cleaners indicated high value in bending of the head, lower arm, and hands. Conclusion: The findings appear to indicate that building cleaner were related to high risk of work-related musculoskeletal disorders. So, building cleaner would be required an interventional strategy, improvement of cleaning tools and working environment. Application: If ergonomics rule can be integrated into existing cleaning tools and work environments, the risk of occupational injuries will be reduced.

온라인 고령친화용품점 품질 요인 및 고객 만족에 관한 연구 - 고령친화용품을 중심으로 - (A Study on the On-Line Senior Mall's Quality Factor and Customer Satisfaction)

  • 온라인 쇼핑몰에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 다양한 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 그러나 대부분의 연구들은 인터넷의 특성을 고려하지 않은 채 오프라인 시장의 서비스품질 측정 도구를 그대로 적용하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존 상거래에서처럼 환경적인 요소도 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 고려하여 시스템품질로 규정하고, 서비스품질과 더불어 고객만족과의 관계를 파악하는 것이 중요하다고 보았다. 즉, 시스템품질과 서비스품질 중 어느 품질 요인이 고객만족에 더 많은 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고, 시스템품질 요인과 서비스품질 요인과 고객만족 요인인 타인에게 적극적으로 쇼핑몰을 추천하는 애호도와 전환성과 어떤 관계가 있는지를 살펴본 후 이에 따라 고령친화용품을 중심으로 다양한 고객의 욕구를 충족시키는데 필요한 품질전략을 제시하고자 하였다.
