The Simultaneous Analysis of Sennoside A and Rhaponticin in Rhei Rhizoma using Liquid Chromatography-Diode Array Detecter (HPLC/DAD를 이용한 대황의 Sennoside A와 Rhaponticin 동시분석)

  • The objective of this study was to analyze sennoside A and rhaponticin simultaneously according to sennoside A of Rhei Rhizoma determination in Korean Pharmacopoeia. $NaHCO_3$ solution in KP was compared with methanol which usually used as solution to extract rhaponticin in Rhei Rhizoma. The method was validated through the guidelines of linearity, LOD, LOQ, specificity and accuracy. Two solution weren't different about validation parameter and passed. So this method were applied to the determination of 6 commercial Rhei Rhizoma samples and 2 samples were suitable for the legal standards.

  • This paper analyzes some important achievements in Ergonomics field in CRT industry. After introducing principal regulatory requirements for CRTs, including ISO 9241 and TCO standards, the paper indicates some theoretical research in ergonomics of the display devices, such as new contrast parameter for appraising the display devices and effects of environment on visual performance at the ergonomic. Then, as the pivot of this paper, some practical progress, in the ergonomics field in CRT manufacturing , are described, such as vacuum sputtering process for advanced CRTs, new developed wet process for getting the multi-coating layers on surface of the panel.

  • 최근 음성 인식 기술의 발전으로 음성 인식 시스템의 실용화가 점차 증가함에 따른 가장 큰 문제점은 음성 인식기의 인식환경과 학습환경과의 차이로 인해 음성 인식기의 성능이 급격히 떨어지는데 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 기존의 잡음처리 방법 중 CMS(Cepstral Mean Subtraction)와 환경 잡음 (부가 잡음, 채널 왜곡)을 동시에 추정하는 최신 모델 보상 기법인 VTS(VectorTaylorSeries)를 소개하고 그 성능을 비교하였다.

  • The importance of training for NC, CNC and Machining Center has been greatly increased. This paper presents implementation of a DNC system and operating software for educational purpose. This system is able to connect 8-32 CNCs to Control PC with RS232 multi-port serial card. Therefore, it allows much efficiency in training even after costs are considered. The KISCO DNC S/W for above system includes various communication function, communication parameter setting, program editor, tool management and user-friendly environment.

  • Ship radiated noise is an infortant parameter which dtermines Anti Submarine Warfare(ASW) countermeansure or passive Sonar detection and classification performance. Its measurement should be performed under controlled ocean acoustic environment. In data reduction of the measured data from hydrophone array, theeffect fo ambient noise, surface reflection and bottom reflection etc. should be compensated to obtain the source level of the ship radiated noise. This study describes the measurement hydrophone array design criteria based on the analysis of transimission anomaly due to the surface reflection.

  • An adaptive hybrid position/force controller for constrained manipulator with uncertain dynamic model parameters and environment stiffness is presented. In this paper, the compliance frame model is constructed by independent positions and forces to be controlled. The adaptive controller based on this compliance frame dynamic model is designed. Lyapunov theory is used for controller design and Stability analysis.

  • This study is devoted to the optimal design of compressed bars under axial compressive forces and exposed to a corrosive environment. The initial volume of the structure is taken as an optimality parameter. Gutman - Zainullin's exponential stress corrosion model is adopted for analysis. Analytical and numerical results are derived for optimal variation of the cross-sectional area of the bar along its axis.

  • Genetic markers engendered by genome projects drew enormous interest in quantitative genetics, but knowledge on genetic architecture of complex traits is limited. Complexities in genetics will not allow us to easily clarify relationship between genotypes and phenotypes for quantitative traits. Quantitative genetics guides an important way in facing such challenges. It is our exciting task to find genes that affect complex traits. In this paper, landmark research and future prospects are discussed on genetic parameter estimation and quantitative trait locus (QTL) mapping as major subjects of interest.

  • In the microcell- or picocell-based system the frequent movements of the mobile bring about excessive traffics into the networks. A mobile location estimation mechanism can facilitate both efficient resource allocation and better QoS provisioning through handoff optimization. Existing location estimation schemes consider only LOS model and have poor performance in presence of multi-path and shadowing. In this paper we study a novel scheme which can increase estimation accuracy by considering NLOS environment and other multiple decision parameters than the received signal strength.
