어린이 청소년기부터 체계적인 독서문화 활동을 통해 독서습관을 배양하여 평생교육으로 유도하는 국가적인 독서문화 진흥 방안이 절실하다. 본 연구의 목적은 어린이 청소년으로 하여금 독서의 즐거움을 통한 독서의 생활화를 유도하고 건전한 독서문화가 전개될 수 있도록 보다 조직적이고 효율적인 민 관 협력체계의 제도적 기반 구축을 통한 국가적 차원의 선진적 독서문화 진흥 모델 정립하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 1) 문헌조사, 2) 사례조사, 3) 설문조사, 4) 전문가 회의 및 공청회 등의 연구방법을 채택하였으며, 그 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 어린이 청소년 독서문화 진흥 기본 정책 방향 수립, 2) 어린이 청소년 독서문화 환경 인프라 구축, 3) 어린이 청소년 독서문화 진흥 전담조직 구성, 4) 어린이 청소년 독서문화 진흥을 위한 비전, 목표, 추진전략 및 과제 제시.

The theme of this study is holistic healing environment of children's library and it was researched on the basis of anthroposophy theory of Rudolf Steiner. According to Steiner's theory, human being consists of body, spirit, and soul. Especially, children are sensitive ones, and through synthetic function of 12 kinds of senses, they can be holistically healed (healing of body, spirit, and soul). As the sense independently functions or it is a element that cannot be described, it needs spatial plan to support synthetic function of it. We classified the healing space's meaning of children library by motion (including art and music), reading, & landscape healing activities and analyzed spatial characteristic to support each activity.

The aim of this study is to deduce color temperature and illuminance by conducting the preference & affective evaluation consequent on illuminance change of ambient light in case of the lighting method of ambient light mixed with task light in time of reading which is visual work action among the action in learning space. As a result of the prior survey on preferred lighting method in time of the act of reading targeting 20 experts before doing evaluation, the method of lighting mixed with ambient light and task light was found to be the highest. Such a result is analyzed to be attributable to the fact that the less the difference in illuminance of nearby space and work surface because of the mixed method of lighting, the less the glare, which makes a reader feels easy and concentrate on reading. On the basis of descriptive statistics of evaluation results and impact analysis by category, this study recommends the application of combinations of ambient light illuminance ranging from 40lx to 100lx with color temperature of 5500~6000K in case of the method of lighting mixed with general light and task light.

본 연구는 초등학교 저학년 외국인 가정 다문화 학생의 언어능력 향상과 정서적 안정감을 촉진시키기 위한 학교도서관을 활용한 그림책 읽어주기 수업의 운영 사례를 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 다문화 학생을 대상으로 한 그림책 읽어주기 수업을 계획하고 실제 수업을 진행하며 얻은 결과를 분석하였다. 연구 과정에서는 다문화교육 및 언어능력 향상을 위한 그림책 활용과 관련된 선행 연구들을 고찰하였으며, 이를 토대로 수업의 주요 요소들을 도출하여 수업 절차를 구체적으로 설계하였다. 실제로 경기도의 A초등학교에서 1학년과 2학년 다문화 학생 5개 반 43명을 대상으로 20주 동안 반별로 각각 3회의 시범수업과 17회의 본 수업, 총 100회의 그림책 읽어주기 수업을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 그림책 읽어주기 수업이 다문화 학생들의 한국어 이해 능력 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤음을 확인하였다. 학생들의 한국어 표현력과 발표 태도가 개선되었으며, 도서관 이용도가 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 그림책 읽어주기 수업은 학급생활 태도에도 긍정적인 변화를 가져왔다. 본 연구에서 제안한 학교도서관 활용 그림책 읽어주기 수업의 절차는 실제 학교교육 현장의 수업 운영과정에서 구상되고 발전된 것으로, 다문화 학생들의 증가에 따른 수업 환경 개선의 필요성을 반영한 실행연구이다. 이 연구를 통해 초등학교 저학년 다문화 가정의 학생들을 위한 그림책 읽어주기 수업이 어떻게 수업 환경을 개선하고 학습 성과를 향상시킬 수 있는지에 대한 중요한 시사점을 도출하였다.

본 연구는 4차 산업 혁명시대로의 진입에 따른 교육환경 변화와 독서문화 진흥의 직접적 수혜자인 어린이청소년의 독서문화프로그램 요구변화를 면밀히 분석하고, 국립어린이청소년도서관에서 추진했던 어린이청소년 대상 독서문화진흥사업을 종합적으로 평가하여, 시대의 요구에 맞는 독서문화진흥사업을 제안하였다. 다양한 국내외 독서문화진흥사업의 사례를 조사하여 그 경향을 파악하고, 사업참여 경험이 있는 공공도서관과 학교도서관 전문가를 초빙하여 포커스 그룹 인터뷰(FGI)를 실시하였으며, PDCA 방법(Plan, Do, Check, Act)에 의거 각 독서문화프로그램 사업에 대한 개별 사업 평가를 수행하였다. 사례조사와 전문가 평가를 통해 도출된 데이터를 기반으로 향후 국립어린이청소년도서관에서 지향해야 할 독서문화진흥사업의 발전방안 및 새로운 사업의 추진전략을 제시하였다. 연구 결과를 취합하여 '인터랙티브 전자책 만들기 플랫폼 제작/보급 사업', '게임형 독서 프로그램 제작/보급사업', '거꾸로 학습법을 활용한 하브루타 독서문화 보급 사업', '청소년 코딩 브랜딩 "Teen-Start-Up"' 등을 새로운 서비스로 제안하였다.

This study investigated the actual condition focusing on the lighting environment which is a major element in aspect of indoor environment of a public library and assessed user satisfaction. Research results are as follows: Firstly, numbers of lighting fixtures per dimension of a reading room in a public library were inconsistent due to the lack of definite regulations, which was found to have negative effect on night time illuminance. Secondly, it was assessed that illuminance between the day time influenced by natural lighting and in the nighttime without natural lighting has more than 10-fold difference. Therefore, such a condition is judged to be inappropriate for lighting environment of a reading room where users spend a long time studying and thus, it is considered that an appropriate measures should be taken. Thirdly, as the survey result on users' satisfaction with lighting environment was revealed to be lesser than 3 points, lighting plan in consideration of its users should be progressed.

The Result of the study can be summarized as follows : (1) Korean culture and public library look extremely wasted equally. Judging from this fact, I believe that it is impossible for public library can contribute to development of Korean culture. (2) But, public library can contribute to development of culture in the cultural environment that mental desire is prior to physical wants. This cultural environment can be built up with reading of good books. Therefore, if class to reading education and diverse reading education programs can be activated in a large portion of the nationwide public libraries and the majority of a local resident are capable of improving their creativity power, thinking power and imaginative faculty, public library can contribute to produce such cultural circumstances. (3) Quality, culture, a human and mind receive mu6 respect in Korean Society as advanced civil, democratic and industrial society in the future. The Society will be influenced by reason and rational culture will be suitable to this society. Creativity power, thinking-power, imaginative faculty, intelligence and power of information management are demanded to the greatest degree for the development of idea and new technology in the society under the control of rational culture. So, lifelong education with library use is the most fruitful and inexpensive way for the improvement of these powers.

There is a growing concern in reducing greenhouse gas emissions all over the world. The U.K. has set 34% target reduction of emission before 2020 and 80% before 2050 compared to 1990 recently in Post Copenhagen Report on Climate Change. In practise, Life Cycle Cost (LCC) and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) tools have been introduced to construction industry in order to achieve this such as. However, there is clear a disconnection between costs and environmental impacts over the life cycle of a built asset when using these two tools. Besides, the changes in Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) lead to a change in the way information is represented, in particular, information is being fed more easily and distributed more quickly to different stakeholders by the use of tool such as the Building Information Modelling (BIM), with little consideration on incorporating LCC and LCA and their maximised usage within the BIM environment. The aim of this paper is to propose the development of a model-based LCC and LCA tool in order to provide sustainable building design decisions for clients, architects and quantity surveyors, by then an optimal investment decision can be made by studying the trade-off between costs and environmental impacts. An application framework is also proposed finally as the future work that shows how the proposed model can be incorporated into the BIM environment in practise.

The numerical simulation of air movement in a room using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) requires a complicated set of input data, This includes physical data, such as space geometry, characteristics of supply air flow and contaminant source, etc. as well as computational domain. Among the input data, the boundary conditions related to the inlet are particularly crucial in order to achieve accurate computation results, although there are many other parameters which may also affect the results. 현재 음성인식 분야에서는 잡음이 심한 환경에서 음성 인식률을 향상시킬 수 있는 바이모달의 한 형태인 립리딩 기술에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 립리딩 연구에 있어서 가장 중요한 것은 정확한 입술 이미지를 찾아내는 것이다. 그러나 조명변화, 화자의 발음습관, 입술 모양의 다양성, 입술의 회전과 크기 변화 등의 환경 변화 요인 때문에 안정적인 성능을 예측하기가 힘든 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 보다 안정적 성능을 얻기 위해 시간영역에서 이미지를 임펄스 응답 필터링을 수행을 통해 향상된 인식성능을 보였다. 또한 본 연구에서는 입술 전체 영상을 대상으로 처리하는 립리딩 기법의 사용으로 인해 발생하는 데이터 용량 증가를 고려해 영상의 정보는 손실하지 않고 그 특징만을 추출하여 데이터의 양을 줄일 수 있는 주성분 분석을 전처리 과정으로 사용하였다. 본 연구에서는 영상정보만을 사용하여 음성인식 성능 관찰을 위해 자동차 내에서 서비스가 가능한 22단어를 선정하여 인식실험을 하였다. 이 단어들의 인식 성능을 비교하기 위하여 음성 인식 알고리듬으로 잘 알려진 HMM(Hidden Markov Model)을 이용하였다. 실험결과 PCA(Principal component Analysis)하였던 경우 립리딩이 64%의 인식률을 보인 반면, 시간영역필터를 립리딩에 적용시 72.7%로 인식률의 향상을 보였다.
