  • The purpose of this paper is to provide a review of the background information regarding to the impact of personal control over the physical work environment on satisfaction with work environment and creativity at work. Today creativity has a significant and special place in business especially in innovative organizations which need creative people to generate new, and useful ideas for produce new products, services, work methods, systems etc. Moreover the design and appearance of workspace and individual ability to control the ambient conditions of the workplace have significant effect on their behavior, satisfaction and overall outcome including creativity. So the result of this study will contribute towards enhancing the understanding of the effect of office design to enhance employees' creativity.

  • The house price rise suddenly is not only Economic stability but economic, mental state of a heavy burden to people. This paper is a house finance environment analyzed in this research about the rise factor of the house price and the result to present the plan to the natural disposition. The financial institute has an influence on the disguised demand extension of the house and The mortgage Lending in commercial Banks with the earnings as the stability high than the industry loaning. A house finance environment changes and will go from economic factor of the variety of the life style, the housing conditional according to the income level, a children education condition, and the population structure many this little. The disposition of the house need changes according to this and will have an influence on the house price. Necessary for a house market environment house policy of the market need which the consistency reflects so that we are suitable and is desired.

Global Trends in Mercury Management

  • The United Nations Environmental Program Governing Council has regulated mercury as a global pollutant since 2001 and has been preparing the mercury convention, which will have a strongly binding force through Global Mercury Assessment, Global Mercury Partnership Activities, and establishment of the Open-Ended Working Group on Mercury. The European Union maintains an inclusive strategy on risks and contamination of mercury, and has executed the Mercury Export Ban Act since December in 2010. The US Environmental Protection Agency established the Mercury Action Plan (1998) and the Mercury Roadmap (2006) and has proposed systematic mercury management methods to reduce the health risks posed by mercury exposure. Japan, which experienced Minamata disease, aims vigorously at perfection in mercury management in several ways. In Korea, the Ministry of Environment established the Comprehensive Plan and Countermeasures for Mercury Management to prepare for the mercury convention and to reduce risks of mercury to protect public health.

백제의 고도(古都) 부여 성흥산성(聖興山城)의 식생구조 및 관리방안 (Vegetation Structures Analysis and Management Plan Proposal for the Sungheung Fortress in Buyeo-the Old city of Baekje)

  • Vegetation structure of Sungheung fortress in Buyeo was investigated to suggest a desirable management proposal. Forset communities by phytosociological method were classified into Pinus densiflora community, Quercus serrata community and Quercus aliena community. The importance value of Pinus densiflora, Quercus aliena, Quercus serrata, Quercus variabilis, Castanea crenata, Styrax japonica, Quercus acutissima and Prunus sargentii were 34.81, 13.57, 12.63, 6.73, 6.40, 4.70, 4.54 and 3.65. According to breast diameter analysis results, it is expected that the importance value of Pinus densiflora and Quercus spec. will be continuosly increased. It should be prepared that vegetation management plan over the castle wall should be considered before the repair or restoration of castle wall. Vegetation management around castle wall should be carried out according to the mid or long-term plan and it would be needed to consider the gradual changes from planted Pinus rigida to the historical vegetation of Pinus densiflora.

벌크 화물선용 자동 밸러스트수 교환계획 시스템 개발 (Optimized Ballast Water Exchange Management for Bulk Carriers)

  • Many port states, such as New Zealand, U.S.A., Australia, and Canada, have strict regulations to prevent arriving ships from discharging polluted ballast water that contains harmful aquatic organisms and pathogens. They are notified that transfer of polluted ballast water can cause serious injury to public health and damage to property and environment. For this reason, ballast exchange in deep sea is perceived as the most effective method of emptying ballast water. The ballast management plan contains the effective exchange method, ballast system, and safety considerations. In this study, we pursued both nautical engineering analysis and optimization of the algorithm, in order to generate the sequence of stability and rapidity. A heuristic algorithm was chosen on the basis of optimality and applicability to a sequential exchange problem. We have built an optimized algorithm for the automatic exchange of ballast water, by redefining core elements of the A$\ast$ algorithm, such as node, operator, and evaluation function. The final version of the optimized algorithm has been applied to existing bulk carrier, and the performance of the algorithm has been successfully verified.

  • 1999년 "공공기관의 기록물관리에 관한 법률"이 제정된 이후, 급속하게 변화된 기록관리 환경에 부합하도록 현행 법률을 "공공기록물관리에 관한 법률"로 전면 개정했음에도 불구하고 비밀에 관한 부분만은 걸음마 단계를 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 본 논문에서는 현행 기록관리법령과 유관법령을 고찰하여 기록물관리기관에서 적용할 수 있는 비밀기록관리 제도개선 사항을 도출하고자 하였다. 국가기록원의 기록관리 정보화계획과 육군의 특수기록관 사례를 고찰함으로써 실무적 접근을 병행하였으며 분석된 결과를 바탕으로 기록물관리기관에서 모범적으로 수행되어야 할 비밀기록 관리절차를 '이관단계', '보존관리단계', '활용단계'로 구분하여 제언하였다.

A Plan for Writing a Desirable Smart Factory Business Plan by Diagnosing the Main Contents of the Smart Factory Business Plan

  • The smart factory promotion project is a project that uses ICT technology to improve the production process and the entire management environment system. In Korea, the smart factory promotion project has been continuously implemented since 2014, and the Smart Factory Promotion Team is supporting it nationally. The smart factory promotion project has shown positive results in some companies even in difficult environments such as the COVID-19 situation. In order for each company to promote the smart factory project, it must receive business approval through an evaluation based on the business plan. In order to receive business approval, it is important that the main contents described in the business plan (introduction (business) goals, qualitative goals, quantitative goals, functional composition diagram, etc.) are described consistently. In this study, we studied the cases of several companies to determine whether the main contents of the companies' business plans were consistent. The main contents to be maintained in consistency were the purpose and necessity of introduction, quantitative goals, qualitative goals, functional composition diagram, and expected effects.

  • Purpose of this study was to comprehend the influence that worker's lob stress caused by the distinct characteristics of construction work affect on construction management. Proven through previous studies of job stress measurement method, physical environment, job demands, job autonomy, interpersonal conflict are derived as typical factors. We analyzed causal relationships between the factors using structural equation modeling under the hypothesis that job stress have effect on the construction management. As a result, successful job stress management for construction management plan is proposed.

NOWPAP사업 추진등 인접국가간 방제협력체제의 구축 21세기 방제정책은 선진 방제체제를 조기에 구축하여 방제작업의 과학적ㆍ전문화ㆍ국제화를 동한 실행적 방제능력 향상에 주력하여야 할 것이다.
