The purpose of this study is to create and present a formalized module of ISP (Information Strategy Plan), a smart factory consulting method that is helpful to companies or consultants who will build smart factories. Order of study is First, the theoretical research direction is established through the investigation of related papers. Second, ISP policy research practices are compared to derive practical implementation methods. Third, in order to derive a standardized module method related to the final smart factory ISP, related cases of the government and individuals are compared. As a result of previous research, ISP (Information Strategy Planning), a consulting methodology, is similar to Deming's PDCA, and is regarded as Plan (environment and current status analysis), Do (establishment of future model goals), Check (establishment of implementation plan), and Act (follow-up management). As a result of the study, we obtained the following results. The first step is to analyze the current status and identify the purpose of introduction and problems in plant operation. In the second step, establish a consulting plan and derive a proposal description, strategic task, and master plan. Step 3 establishes detailed action plans, evaluates consulting outputs and consulting, and reports performance. Step 4 is established as follow-up management consulting. The limitation of the study is that although related data were compared to develop the consulting methodology into a standardized module, FGI analysis through experts or Delphi survey were not conducted, so there is a limit to the reliability of the mapping results.

The purpose of this study is to execute the investigation of injurious factors causing muscle-skeletal diseases at an automotive glass manufacturing company and, on the basis of the results, to enhance productivity by the improvement of working environment. By using an survey and an ergonomic evaluation method, symptoms of muscle-skeletal diseases of workers and working postures at each process were analyzed, and quantitative evaluation of muscle-skeletal disease risk against each process was performed. Based on the result of the evaluation, to enhance the working environment, improvement of worktable, working space, tools, and outfit was suggested, and induction of mechanical system was also suggested. Suggested improvement plan was applied to the workplace step by step and it is confirmed that improvement plan not only removes the injurious factors of muscle-skeletal diseases but also is effective to enhance productivity.

본 연구에서는 미국, 일본, 유럽 등 해외의 지하수 관리 사례를 조사하여 향후 우리나라 지하수 관리 개선방향을 제시하였다. 미국에서는 지하수자원 프로그램(GWRP)이 국지적-권역별로 운영된다. 일본에서는 적정지하수 이용을 관리하기 위해 소규모, 중규모 및 대규모 유역에 따라 서로 다른 지하수자원 관리프로그램이 수행되었다. 유럽에서는 지하수가 지표수와 동일하게 평가되며, 유역 단위로 지표수와 지하수를 통합 관리하고 있다. 우리나라에서는 국가차원에서 지하수 개발가능량을 하향식으로 지정하고 관리하지만 미국과 일본에서는 소규모 지역 단위에서 대규모 유역까지 범위를 확장하며 관리하는 차이가 있다. 또한 지하수 자원의 지속 가능성을 평가하려면 지속적인 지하수 관측과 조사, 데이터 분석, 지하수 개발 우선순위 결정 등을 포함하는 역동적 지하수 활용 프로그램을 운영해야 한다.

The purpose of this paper is to provide a review of the background information regarding to the impact of personal control over the physical work environment on satisfaction with work environment and creativity at work. Today creativity has a significant and special place in business especially in innovative organizations which need creative people to generate new, and useful ideas for produce new products, services, work methods, systems etc. Moreover the design and appearance of workspace and individual ability to control the ambient conditions of the workplace have significant effect on their behavior, satisfaction and overall outcome including creativity. So the result of this study will contribute towards enhancing the understanding of the effect of office design to enhance employees' creativity.
