Scenic Image Research Based on Big Data Analysis - Take China's Four Ancient Cities as an Example

  • This paper aims to compare the scenic images of four ancient Chinese cities including Lijiang, Pingyao, Huizhou and Langzhong, so as to provide specific development strategies for the ancient cities. In this paper, the ancient cities' scenic images are divided into three sub-indexes and eight evaluation dimensions. Based on this, the study first uses Python software to collect tourists' online comments on the four ancient cities. Then, the social network analysis method is used to build a high-frequency keywords matrix of tourist comments and the R language is used to generate a visual network graph. After this, the entropy weight method is used to determine the weights and values of eight evaluation dimensions. Finally, the tourists' overall satisfaction indexes of the four ancient cities are calculated accordingly. The results show that (1) the overall satisfaction of Lijiang is the highest, while that of Huizhou is the lowest; (2) from the weight of each evaluation dimension, it can be seen that tourists care more about the national culture and historical culture; (3) from tourists' satisfaction index on each evaluation dimension of the four ancient cities, we can find that the four ancient cities has their own advantages and disadvantages in tourism development. (4) local tourism-related institutions should strengthen their advantages and improve their deficiencies so as to enhance tourists' overall image of the ancient city.

생태하천 복원사업 우선순위 선정에 대한 연구: 한강하구를 중심으로 (Priority Determination of the Projects for Ecological Restoration of the Stream : Case Study for Han River Estuary)

  • 2022년 이전에는 하천 관리 주체가 이원화되어 생태하천 복원사업을 계획 및 시행하는 과정에서 많은 혼선이 발생하였다. 이로 인해 하천 수생태계 건강성이 확보되지 못하였다. 그러나 2022년 환경부가 생태하천 복원사업을 주관하게 되며, 하천 수생태계 건강성 확보는 복원사업에서 필수적인 요소가 되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기수역과 람사르 습지가 위치하여 하천 수생태계 건강성 확보가 필수적인 한강하구 지역을 대상으로 복원사업이 필요한 하천 구역을 선정하였다. 우선, 생태하천 복원사업의 세부 조사항목을 기반으로 하천의 물리적, 화학적, 공간/인문학적, 수생태계 건강성 평가지수를 산정하였다. 산정된 평가지수에 순위정렬(ranking), 스케일 재조정(re-scaling), z 점수(z-score), t 점수(t-score) 표준화(normalization) 방법을 적용하였으며, 도출된 값을 비교·분석하였다. 이후 각 평가지수에 엔트로피 가중치 방법(entropy weight method)을 적용하였다. 해당 과정을 통해 한강하구 지역 내에서 수생태계 건강성 확보를 목적으로 복원사업이 요구되는 하천(목감천, 안양천 등)을 선정하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 생태하천 복원사업의 우선순위를 선정하는 과정에서 기초연구 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Grouting effects evaluation of water-rich faults and its engineering application in Qingdao Jiaozhou Bay Subsea Tunnel, China

  • In order to evaluate the grouting effects of water-rich fault in tunnels systematically, a feasible and scientific method is introduced based on the extension theory. First, eight main influencing factors are chosen as evaluation indexes by analyzing the changes of permeability, mechanical properties and deformation of surrounding rocks. The model of evaluating grouting effects based on the extension theory is established following this. According to four quality grades of grouting effects, normalization of evaluation indexes is carried out, aiming to meet the requirement of extension theory on data format. The index weight is allocated by adopting the entropy method. Finally, the model is applied to the grouting effects evaluation in water-rich fault F4-4 of Qingdao Jiaozhou Bay Subsea Tunnel, China. The evaluation results are in good agreement with the test results on the site, which shows that the evaluation model is feasible in this field, providing a powerful tool for systematically evaluating the grouting effects of water-rich fault in tunnels.

영확률 최대화에 근거한 효율적인 적응 알고리듬 (Efficient Adaptive Algorithms Based on Zero-Error Probability Maximization)

  • 이 논문에서는, 영확률을 최대화 (maximum zero-error probability, MZEP) 하도록 설계된 알고리듬에서 가중치 갱신에 쓰이는 기존의 블록 처리 방식의 합산 연산을 대신하여, 다음 기울기 계산에 현재 계산된 기울기를 활용할 수 있는 효율적인 가중치 갱신 계산 방식을 제안하였다. 실험 결과로부터, 제안한 방식은 원래의 MZEP 와 동일한 성능을 나타내면서도 오차 버퍼가 불필요하여 시스템의 복잡도를 감소시키며 연산 시간을 현저히 줄일 수 있다. 또한 제안한 알고리듬은 오차 엔트로피 (error-entropy)를 최소화하도록 설계된 알고리듬보다 우수한 수렴 속도를 지닌다.

Service Oriented Cloud Computing Trusted Evaluation Model

  • More and more cloud computing services are being applied in various fields; however, it is difficult for users and cloud computing service platforms to establish trust among each other. The trust value cannot be measured accurately or effectively. To solve this problem, we design a service-oriented cloud trust assessment model using a cloud model. We also design a subjective preference weight allocation (SPWA) algorithm. A flexible weight model is advanced by combining SPWA with the entropy method. Aiming at the fuzziness and subjectivity of trust, the cloud model is used to measure the trust value of various cloud computing services. The SPWA algorithm is used to integrate each evaluation result to obtain the trust evaluation value of the entire cloud service provider.

낙동강 유역의 홍수위험지수 산정 (Estimation of Flood Risk Index for the Nakdong River Watershed)

  • 본 논문에서는 통합홍수위험관리 측면에서 지역의 홍수위험도에 따라 지구를 구분할 수 있는 홍수위험지수(Flood Risk Index, FRI)의 산정 및 적용방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 낙동강 유역에대하여 시 군 구 단위의 공간해상도로 홍수위험지수(FRI)를 산정하기 위해 P-S-R(Pressure-State-Response) 구조로 분류하여 3개의 홍수지수인 압력지수(PI), 현상지수(SI), 대책지수(RI)를 대표하는 총 17개 세부지표들을 엄선하였다. 세부지표들은 각기 다른 범위와 단위로 측정된 값이므로, T-Score 방법을 사용하여 동일한 범위로 변환되었다. 또한 엔트로피(Entropy) 가중치 산정방법에 의한 가중치를 사용하여 가중치 적용에 따른 주관적인 판정을 최소화하였다. 압력지수(PI), 현상지수(SI), 대책지수(RI)의 3개 지수를 통합하여 지역의 전반적인 홍수위험 상태를 파악할 수 있는 홍수위험지수(FRI)를 산정하고, 가중치 적용 유 무에 따른 홍수위험지수 산정결과와 2010년에 고시된 자연재해위험지구 중 침수위험지구와의 비교를 통해 제안된 홍수위험지수의 적용성을 검토하였다. 충분히 검증된 홍수위험지수를 활용하면 과거 홍수의 원인 및 현상별 홍수재해에 대하여 지역적 방재대책 수립이 가능할 것이라 기대된다.

Research on Satisfaction Evaluation Based on Tourist Big Data

  • With the improvement of people's living standards and the development of tourism, tourists have greater freedom in choosing destinations. Therefore, as an indicator of satisfaction with scenic spots, tourist comments are becoming increasingly prominent. This paper aims to compare and analyze the landscape image of the Five Great Mountains in China and provide specific strategies for its development. The online reviews of tourists on the Online Travel Agency (OTA) website about the Five Great Mountains from 2015 to 2018 are collected as research samples. The text analysis method and R language are used to analyze the content of the tourist reviews, while the high-frequency words in the word cloud are used for visual display. In addition, the entropy weight method is used to determine the index weight and tourist satisfaction is evaluated to understand the weaknesses of those scenic spots. The results of the study show that firstly, the tourist satisfaction with the Five Great Mountains is basically consistent with its popularity. Secondly, through weight analysis, tourists pay special attention to the landscape features and environmental health of the scenic area, so that relevant departments should focus on building the landscape characteristics and improving the environmental health of the scenic area. At the same time, the accommodation and service management of the scenic spot cannot be ignored. Finally, according to the analysis results, suggestions are made on how to improve the tourist satisfaction with the Five Great Mountains.

An Improved Multilevel Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation to Analyse on Engineering Project Risk

  • Purpose: To overcome the question that depends too much on expert's subjective judgment in traditional risk identification, this paper structure the multilevel generalized fuzzy comprehensive evaluation mathematics model of the risk identification of project, to research the risk identification of the project. Research design, data and methodology: This paper constructs the multilevel generalized fuzzy comprehensive evaluation mathematics model. Through iterative algorithm of AHP analysis, make sure the important degree of the sub project in risk analysis, then combine expert's subjective judgment with objective quantitative analysis, and distinguish the risk through identification models. Meanwhile, the concrete method of multilevel generalized fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is probed. Using the index weights to analyse project risks is discussed in detail. Results: The improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm is proposed in the paper, at first the method of fuzzy sets core is used to optimize the fuzzy relation matrix. It improves the capability of the algorithm. Then, the method of entropy weight is used to establish weight vectors. This makes the computation process fair and open. And thereby, the uncertainty of the evaluation result brought by the subjectivity can be avoided effectively and the evaluation result becomes more objective and more reasonable. Conclusions: In this paper, we use an improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate a railroad engineering project risk. It can give a more reliable result for a reference of decision making.

Influence on overfitting and reliability due to change in training data

  • The range of problems that can be handled by the activation of big data and the development of hardware has been rapidly expanded and machine learning such as deep learning has become a very versatile technology. In this paper, mnist data set is used as experimental data, and the Cross Entropy function is used as a loss model for evaluating the efficiency of machine learning, and the value of the loss function in the steepest descent method is We applied the GradientDescentOptimize algorithm to minimize and updated weight and bias via backpropagation. In this way we analyze optimal reliability value corresponding to the number of exercises and optimal reliability value without overfitting. And comparing the overfitting time according to the number of data changes based on the number of training times, when the training frequency was 1110 times, we obtained the result of 92%, which is the optimal reliability value without overfitting.

엔트로피 가중치 기법을 활용한 농업가뭄 취약성 평가 (Evaluation of agricultural drought vulnerability using Entropy weight method)

  • 최근 기후의 급격한 변화 및 이상기후로 인해 전 세계적으로 가뭄의 발생빈도가 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 우리나라의 경우 지역·계절별 강수량의 편차로 인해 국지적으로 극심한 가뭄이 발생하고 있으며, 향후 피해는 더욱 증가할 것으로 예측하고 있다. 농업가뭄은 농작물 생육에 따른 수확량 및 수자원 이용에 직접적인 영향을 미치고 있으며, 농업수리시설물의 의존도가 높기 때문에 저수지의 대응능력과 농경지의 수리답 시설이 농업가뭄 대응을 위한 중요한 지표로써 활용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 수리시설물의 가뭄대응능력과 평야부 농경지의 가뭄빈도를 이용하여 농업가뭄 취약성 평가를 수행하였다. 2015년 이후 매년 가뭄이 발생하는 충청남도 태안군을 시범지역으로 선정하였으며, 논 중심의 농업가뭄을 평가하기 위해 기상영향, 가뭄발생현황, 보조수원능력, 가뭄대응능력 4가지의 관련 항목을 선정하였다. 기상영향, 가뭄발생현황, 보조수원현황 항목은 계수화를 위해 데이터 속성 정보만을 이용하여 가중치를 산정하는 엔트로피 (Entropy) 방법을 적용하였으며, 가뭄대응능력 항목은 농업수리시설물과 농경지 평균 가뭄빈도 분석을 통해 점수화를 수행하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 지역별로 선제적인 가뭄대응 우선순위를 결정할 수 있고, 용수공급의 효율화 등 논 중심의 농업가뭄 대응을 위한 기초자료로써 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
