소셜미디어 위챗의 지속 이용의도와 중독의 영향요인 연구 (A Study on the Influencing Factors of Sustainable Use Intention & Addiction of Social Media WeChat)

  • 본 연구는 위챗 소셜미디어 플랫폼의 사회적, 오락적 요인이 이용자의 몰입과 중독에 어떤 영향을 주는지에 대한 실증 연구이다. 연구자들은 소셜미디어 위챗 이용자들의 중독이 늘어나고 있음에도 불구하고, 기존 소셜미디어 연구가 서비스 품질과 만족도 등에 그치고 있어 이용자의 몰입, 중독에 관한 연구가 필요할 것으로 보았다. 따라서 연구자들은 실증분석을 통하여 위챗 사용의 중독에 이르는 경로를 사회적 요인(사교성, 지불성)과 오락적 요인(오락성, 생활 관련성)으로 설정하고 위챗 이용자 체험이 사용 의도와 만족에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 고찰하고 이용자의 위챗 몰입과 중독으로 이어지는 경로를 확인하고자 하였다. 연구결과 위챗의 사교성 등 기능적 요인이 인지된 용이성 및 유용성에 영향을 주고, 이에 대한 사용과 만족이후 몰입과 중독에 영향을 주는 것으로 검정되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 소셜미디어의 중독적 사용관련 연구에 새로운 이론적 기반이 될 것으로 기대하고 있다.

  • The tourism experience factor is an essential source of competitive advantage in the tourism industry and is an important factor for predicting future tourism behavior. Tourism experience elements can be composed of areas of education, entertainment, aesthetics and deviance (Pine and Gilmore, 1998). This study examines the effect of tourist experience factors on tourist loyalty and it is meaningful to see if the experiential economic theory of Pine and Gilmore (1999) is applicable. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey on tourists using experiential tourism factors. As a result, it was found that recreational experiential factors had a significant effect on memory. Memory has a significant effect on both visitor satisfaction and tourist loyalty. This study has academic significance because it focuses on the tourism experience factor which is the core of experiential economic theory. Practical significance is that a lot of experiential contents should be found in order to better match the tourist experience factor to the requirements of visitors to the tourist site. As a result, it is expected to generate revenue and improve its competitiveness.

패션제품 강박구매행동에 영향을 미치는 심리적 변인 연구 (Psychological Factors affecting Compulsive Buying Behavior on Fashion Products)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine factors affecting compulsive buying behavior purchasing behavior. Four hundred female college students who have purchased fashion products via Internet shopping or TV home shopping were surveyed. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, t-test, and multiple regression analysis were used. As the results, 16.3% of respondents were revealed as compulsive buyers. For materialism instrument, four factors of materialism were found and labeled as 'material'. 'consumption', 'happiness', and 'economic value' factors. Also, two factors of entertainment pursuit were also identified as 'change' and 'adventure' pursuit. There were statistically significant differences between compulsive buyers and non-compulsive buyers in terms of materialism, success, and change pursuit, self-esteem, compensation, impulsive purchasing, and binge eating. Compulsive consumption scores were correlated to higher materialism, compensatory, impulsive purchasing, binge eating, shifting, entertainment pursuit, and lower self-esteem. Also, results of multiple regression revealed that compensatory, binge eating, and happiness pursuit were significantly to related to compulsive buying.

남성소비자의 의복소비가치가 온라인 패션 편집매장의 특성 지각과 이용의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Male Consumer Clothing Consumption Values on the Perceived Attributes of Online Fashion Multi-brand Store and Use Intention)

  • This study sought to understand the clothing consumption values of male consumers and analyze the attributes of online fashion multi-brand stores. The study examined the effect of clothing consumption values of male consumers on the perceived attributes of online fashion multi-brand stores and use intention. The study also aimed to investigate whether online information search moderated the relationship between the perceived attributes of online fashion multi-brand stores and use intention. An online survey of male consumers in their 20s and 30s was conducted, and a total of 338 responses were analyzed. The SPSS 24.0 program was used to perform frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, regression analysis, and stepwise-regression analysis. The results are as follows. First, fashionableness out of the four attributes of online fashion multi-brand stores (fashionableness, entertainment, variety, and scarcity) influenced the practical and conspicuous values of clothing consumption values. Entertainment had a significant effect on all clothing consumption values. Variety had a significant impact on practical and conspicuous values and the scarcity factor influenced epistemic and conspicuous values. Second, while entertainment, variety, and scarcity influenced sharing intention, fashion, entertainment, and variety influenced purchase intention. Third, online information search moderated the relationship between the perceived attributes of online fashion multi-brand stores and sharing intention but not purchase intention.

청소년의 연예인 선호이미지와 모방행동 (Preference of Entertainer Image and Imitation Behavior on Adolescents)

  • The purpose of this study was to research the preference for the entertainers image and imitation behavior. The research was a survey and the subjects were 1,034 middle and high school students. The collected data was analyzed using frequency, statistics analysis, t-test, crosstab, ANOVA, factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. Result were as follows; The preference for the entertainment, most of the adolescents loved the singer and the TV talent. The feminine and urban image was their favorite image for the entertainer. The favorite image was significantly different according to the gender and age. Star entertainer imitation behaviors showed the differences according as adolescent's gender and age. The unique marketing strategy is required as the job in the entertainment business, so the tend to follow up and imitate all attractive factors and favorite image of the entertainer. This study was for helping the adolescent who are very sensitive and going to set up their identification to get the role model as the fair way to be the social member, helping the one to set up the image-making way for each entertainment's job, and helping the enterprise who want to use the image of the star in their promotion.

온라인 신문의 이용 변화에 관한 연구 (A Study of Changing Factors and Gratifications in Online Newspaper)

  • 본 논문은 온라인 신문의 이용에 대한 1999년과 2004년의 장기적인 변화를 분석한 연구이다. 이를 위해 이용과 충족 접근 방식을 통하여 온라인 신문 이용자들의 이용 동기는 무엇이며 온라인 뉴스의 이용과 만족도에 5년 동안의 변화를 살펴보았다. 온라인 신문의 이용동기는 '정보/편리성, '상호작용성, '여가성'의 3가지 요인으로 추출되었다. '정보/편리성'은 온라인 신문의 이용 동기와 만족도에서 1999년보다 2004년에 낮아졌으며, '상호작용성'과 '여가성'은 높게 나타났다. 온라인 신문에서 뉴스지 이용 정도에서는 전체적으로 1999년보다 2004년에 낮게 나타났다. 종류별 온라인 뉴스의 이용 정도에서 1999년에는 '톱', '정치' 등의 순이었고, 2004년에는 '사람들', '오피니언'으로 순으로 높게 나타났다. 온라인 뉴스의 종류별 만족도에서 1999년에는 '톱', '경지, '정보/과학'이 높았고 2004년에는 '사람들', '오피니언 '방송/연예'가 차지했다.

의복쇼핑성향과 의복구매만족과의 관계 연구 - 대구지역 여성소비자들을 대상으로 - (Purchasing Satisfaction of Apparels on Shopping Orientation in Daegu)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between shopping orientation and purchasing satisfaction of apparels. To achieve the purpose, this study was carried out by means of questionnaires with female consumers aged from 20s to 50s in Daegu. The data were analysed by the frequency analysis, percentage, reliability test, factor analysis, Pearson's correlation analysis, cluster analysis, one-way ANOVA and Duncan's multiple range analysis. The statistical package for social science 9.0 for Window was used for the statistical processing of the data. The result of this study is summarized as follows. 1. To examine factors which construct female consumers' shopping orientation for apparels, a factor analysis was done, therefore, which obtained 6 factors. Also A factor analysis was done to examine the motivative factors of satisfaction with purchased apparels, 6 factors were obtained. 2. Based on the average score of shopping-orientation factors for apparels, a cluster analysis was done and it was classified into 3 clusters. There were differences in purchasing satisfaction of purchased apparels between the 3 clusters. 3. The differences in variety, shopping convenience, dignity, brand & preference, and convenient selection between the clusters were entirely p<0.001 which were very significant. There were no differences in the quality and service factors between the brand-/practicality-oriented cluster and entertainment-oriented cluster. With other factors, entertainment-oriented cluster was most satisfied than brand-/ practicality oriented cluster. But, self-reliance-oriented cluster was lowest purchasing satisfaction of apparels.

전문포털의 웹사이트 특성이 e-신뢰에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Web Site Characteristics on e-Trust in Specialized Portal)

  • 본 연구는 전문포털의 웹사이트 특성이 e- 신뢰의 두 가지 차원 ( 인지적 / 정서적 e- 신뢰 )과 e- 서비스 이용 만족에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것이다. 전문포털의 웹사이트 특성은 기존연구를 토대로 보증적 요인, 구조적 요인, 정보적 요인, 오락적 요인, 플로우 요인으로 구성하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 웹사이트 특성 중 보증적 요인, 구조적 요인, 정보적 요인은 인지적 e- 신뢰 형성에 긍정적 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정서적 e- 신뢰의 형성에는 오락적 요인과 플로우 요인이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 인지적 e- 신뢰와 정서적 e- 신뢰는 모두 e- 서비스 이용만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 전문 포털사이트에서 e- 신뢰는 두 가지 하위차원으로 구성될 수 있으며, 웹사이트의 특성이 서로 다른 e- 신뢰 형성 경로를 통해, e- 서비스 이용만족에 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있다. 기존연구들은 e- 신뢰형성에 대해 주로 단일차원으로 접근하였으나, 본 연구를 통해 e- 신뢰 형성의 하위차원을 규명함으로써 e-신뢰구 축전략에 시사점이 될 것이다.

인터넷 탐색가치와 인터넷 쇼핑물 유형에 따른 의류제품 쇼핑 웹사이트 속성 평가의 차이 (Differences across Types of web Navigation Value and Shopping Mall in Evaluation of website attributes for Apparel Shopping)

  • The purposes of this studs were 1) to identify web navigation values and classify consumers based on these values and 2) to determine differences between consumer groups and between types of shopping mall in evaluation of website attributes when shopping apparel. The data were collected via a self-administered questionnaire from 204 male and female students who experienced shopping at the website, living in Cheju and analyzed by factor analysis, cluster analysis and t-test. Two factors of navigation value were found and labeled as; information value and entertainment value. Two groups were identified based on navigation value; users of information value (53%) and users of entertainment value (47%). Significant differences between two groups were found in evaluating website attributes selling products of various types regarding apparel products and processes for information search, order and payment. However, for shopping mall website selling only apparel products, differences between two groups were not significant in evaluating most attributes except for two items to evaluate apparel products. Differences between shopping mall types (shopping malls selling products of various types and selling only apparel product) were significant in evaluation of internet users of information value regarding attributes of apparel products while differences between shopping mall types were not significant in evaluation of users of entertainment value regarding all attributes. Internet users of information value showed favor to shopping mall website of department store type chi e internet users of entertainment value showed favor to shopping mall website selling only apparel products.

복합상업시설에서의 집객화 전략요소와 이용자 만족도 및 재방문 의도와의 관련성에 관한 연구 (A Strategies for Attraction of Consumers in Urban Entertainment Centers and Investigation of Relationships between User Satisfaction and Intent of Revisiting)

  • This study aims to investigate strategies for attracting consumers in Urban Entertainment Centers and understand the relationship between user satisfaction and intention of revisiting. To accomplish this, the strategic attraction factors were set as functional, experiential, episodic, and semantic. The relationships between these factors and revisiting intentions were studied experimentally. The result of the study can be summarized to 3 points. First, the 4 strategic factors that were selected all had a significant influence on revisiting intention. Therefore the more these factors have an influence, the higher the satisfaction and revisiting intentions. Secondly, out of the attraction factors the one with the biggest influence to customer satisfaction turned out to be 'functional factors' which is related to convenience, accessibility and availability. The factor that had the biggest influence on revisiting intentions turned out to be 'semantic factors' which is related to events, unusualness and temporality. Through this result we can see that to enhance satisfaction 'functional factors' should be considered first and to increase revisiting intentions 'episodic factors' should be considered first. Thirdly, it could be assumed that satisfaction of the visitors could boost intentions of revisiting.
