The structure of construction management service in the Construction Technology Management Act has changed recently. The new Construction Technology Promotion Act becomes effective to support and promote the development of related construction industries and construction technology for domestic and overseas markets. The purpose of research is to analyze the main contents of Construction Technology Promotion Act and to investigate corporate status, problems, and issues. The research is conducted to improve as reorganization of the CM service system based on the interviews with experts. Accordingly the research is to derive countermeasures of CM enterprises. The research results are presented in the following categories of contract awarding, project management, human resource management, general administration and staff education management as countermeasures of enterprises.

Many IT specialists say that ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is the best way to manage resources in enterprise effectively. Actually lots of companies are using ERP solutions in the hope of getting competitiveness and employing global standard business practice. Wishing to take advantage of ERP S/W, companies have a preference for purchasing it and outsourcing ERP project. This paper is focusing on ERP Package assessment model in business firms. This paper finds out what differences there are in purchasing ERP S/W for organization characteristics and building characteristics, and suggests some guidelines of S/W development to venders. The results would be strong implications for ERP vendors. Especially this paper identify what the reasons and the checkpoints are when firms introduce ERP S/W. To do this, this paper used empirical data obtained from companies in South Korea and analyzed it using statistical software.

In today's dynamic and turbulent business environment, in order to become globally competitive, many companies are trying to get closer to the customer and deliver value added product and services in the shortest possible time which demands integral ion of business processes of an enterprise. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is such a strategic tool, which helps the company to gain competitive edge by integrating all business processes and optimizing the resources available. This paper throws light on how ERP evolved, what makes up an ERP system and what it has to offer to the industries. The paper includes the role of ERP, perception of ERP value, ERP plan and direction. The author also argues checkpoints as a preview to ERP introduction.

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a software that manages and automate the internal processes of an organization. Process speed and quality can be increased, and cost reduced by process automation. Odoo is an open source ERP platform including more than 15000 apps. ERP systems such as Odoo are all-in-one management systems. Odoo can be suitable for small and medium organizations, but duo to efficiency limitations, Odoo is not suitable for the large ones. Furthermore, Odoo can be implemented on both local or public servers in which each has some advantages and disadvantages such as; the speed of internet, synced data or anywhere access. In many cases, there is a persistent need to have more than one synchronized Odoo instance in several physical places. We modified Odoo to support this kind of requirements and improve its efficiency by replacing its standard database with a distributed one, namely CockroachDB.

Today's ERP system has become a core system of IT·SW that not only supports and manages enterprise resources efficiently, but also encompasses major business tasks. In other words, the ERP system is an essential strategic element for the survival of a company as a powerful means to innovate the management of an organization. This study analyzed the impact on the utilization of IT·SW from the perspective of the entire organization's process without limiting the performance evaluation of the ERP system itself, which is a core system of a company. The measurement data for evaluating the performance of the ERP system was the 2018 domestic company IT·SW utilization survey result report (subject to survey : 3,017 domestic companies with 10 or more employees). Based on this data, this study analyzed the impact of the ERP system on the entire enterprise's IT·SW utilization. In particular, attention was paid to whether there would be a difference in the use of IT·SW if the type of ERP system introduction was changed through the improvement of the business process of the company. Multiple regression analysis was performed using the statistical package SPSS 25. As a result, among the ERP system introduction types, the greatest degree of (+)influence on the company's IT·SW utilization is when the ERP package SW or ASP service is used as it is. Although the difference is insignificant, the second case was to build an ERP system through self-development or outsourcing, followed by customizing the package SW or system through self-development or outsourcing. Through the results of this study, it is expected that the organization will improve the business process and use the standard ERP package SW as it is without modification, thereby effectively enhancing the use of IT·SW of the company and leading to management performance.

제조업에서 신제품을 개발하는 데 있어 제품개발의 초기부터 제품의 라이프 싸이클 내내 일관된 개발 프로세스로 개발을 지원하고 관리할 수 있게 하는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니다. 또, 이러한 프로세스를 유기적으로 관리할 수 있는 In-House System을 특정 제조업체에서 개발 하기에는 어려운게 우리나라의 실정이었다. 다행히 전사 자원관리 시스템(Enterprise Resource Planning)의 출현으로 연구 개발 업무를 제외한 거의 모든 부분의 프로세스 관리가 용이하게 되어 기업이 추구하는 CALS로 다가갈 수 있는 가능성이 열리게 되었다. 당사에서는 이러한 CALS의 정의와 기업의 니즈에 부응하기 위해 연구개발 업무의 CALS 지원 시스템인 EIM (Engineering Information Management)을 개발하여 이를 ERP와 통합하여 글로발 기업화의 Infra 구축을 가능케 하고자 한다.

본 논문은 건설사업 프로세스를 모델링하고 자동화시키기 위해 개발된 핵심 기술을 제시한다. 비즈니스 프로세스 리엔지니어링 (Business Process Reengineering: BPR)과 비즈니스 프로세스 자동화 (Business Process Automation: BPA)는 건설사업관리에서 중요한 요소기술로 인식되어 왔다. 그러나 기존은 BPR 기법은 어떤 프로젝트를 조달하는 데 있어서 수천 개의 비즈니스 프로세스를 식별(identify), 문서화(document), 구현(implement), 실행(execute), 그리고 유지관리(maintain)하기위해 많은 노력이 필요하다. 그에 더해서 기존의 전사적 자원관리 시스템 (Enterprise Resource Planning: ERP)에 사용되어온 BPA 기술은 건설사업 프로세스 관리를 위한 효율적인 확장성 (혹은 범위성)을 제공하는 데 적합하지 않다. 워크플로와 객체기술(object technology)이 응용은 건설업계에 확장성이 있는 기업용 응용프로그램을 구축하는데 매우 효율적일 것이다. 본 논문은 건설사업 프로세스 자동화를 위한 기술들 및 방법론을 다음의 내용을 포함하여 제시한다. 1) 자동화된 건설관리 단위업무들이 캡슐화된 소프트웨어 부품으로 개발되는 방법. 2) 프로세스 모델링이 자동화된 건설관리 단위업무들을 마우스로 드래그-앤-드롭 (Dragging-and-Dropping)만하면 되도록 모델링 절차가 용이하게 된 방법. 3) 사업 요청들(business requests)을 발의하고 이러한 요철등에 상응하는프로세스 인스턴스(process instances: 프로세스 수행단계에서 실행된 프로세스)를 생성하는 방법, 그리고 4) 비즈니스 프로세스 인스턴스가 실시간 시뮬레이션 엔진(real-time simulation engine)을 기반으로 하는 워크플로 기술을 사용하여 실행되는 방법. 본 논문은 의도적으로 단순화한 건설장비 예약 및 취소 프로세스를 사례로 사용하여 어떻게 건설 사업 프로세스 자동화가 달성되었는지를 제시한다.

의약 중간체 제조 공장을 포함한 정밀 화학 산업에서 생산 계획 및 전사적 자원 관리(enterprise resource planning) 관한 의사 결정은 기업 운영 효율성 최적화에 매우 주요한 연구 주제이다. 기존의 의사 결정 시스템은 공장 간의 자원관리와 공장내 생산 계획이 분리되어, 전사적 관점에서의 전역 해를 도출하는데 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 무선 식별 시스템(Radio Frequency Identification; RFID) 기반의 실시간 물류 관리 시스템을 이용하여 의약품 중간체 산업의 전사적 자원 관리와 최적 생산 계획 수립을 동시에 수행할 수 있는 의사결정 플랫폼을 개발하고, 실제 제조 공정에 적용하여 그 효과를 분석한다. 기존의 분리된 운영 체제와는 달린 본 연구에서 제안하는 통한 의사결정 플랫폼은 원료 주문 및 운송 시간에 관한 정보가 RFID 기술을 통해 제조 공정 생산 계획 수립의 핵심 데이터로 사용됨으로써, 별도의 재고 관리 시설 없이 공장간 물류 현황에 대응하여 최적 생산 계획이 수립된다. 이를 위하여 제품 생산 시간 최소화를 목적 함수로 설정하고, 마감 기한 및 주문량에 대한 제약조건 등을 포함한 혼합정수선형계획 모델을 개발하였다. 이후 개발된 최적화 모델을 실제 의약품 중간체 생산 문제로 적용함으로써, 제안한 통합 의사결정 플랫폼의 효용성을 입증하였다. 본 연구 결과로 생산 시간 최적화를 위해 단순한 공정 조합을 필요로 하는 생산물이 먼저 제조되고 복잡한 공정 구조를 가진 생산물이 순차적으로 생산되는 생산 일정이 최적임을 확인하였다.
