Realizing that retired scientists and engineers are one of the most important human resources in contributing scientific competitiveness of the country, several policies for supporting utilizing retired scientists and engineers have been developed and performed in support of government for years. Those policies in proper priority will bring the efficient utilization mechanism of retired scientists and engineers to the society with the value and the respect of scientists and engineers at all. So, Utilization of retired scientists and engineers for advancement of Technology(Reseat programme) were summarized.

This study, the exchange value of the car after the repair, which affects the valuation elements and repair characteristics factors were investigated. Based on this specific accident damaged condition of the car, repair range, repair methods, repair costs, market transactions, taking into account the vehicle's depreciation appraisal method is proposed.

건설기술자는 건설산업의 지속적인 성장을 위한 핵심자원이며, 건설기술자에 대한 긍정적인 이미지는 유능한 인재의 유입과 보유에 많은 영향을 끼친다. 비록 기존 연구를 통해 건설산업의 이미지는 부정적으로 진단된 경향이 있지만, 현재까지 건설기술자의 이미지에 대한 현 주소는 정확하게 진단되지 못하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 건설기술자의 이미지를 일반 국민과 건설기술자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 비교 분석하고 주요 특징 및 시사점을 도출하는데 있다. 연구 결과, 일반국민 보다 건설기술자 스스로가 건설기술자의 이미지에 대해 부정적인 경향이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 건설기술자의 이미지에 대한 일반 국민의 인식을 제고하기 위해서는 건설기술자의 정체성과 역할에 대한 이해 증진과 도덕성 제고가 가장 중요한 현안으로 나타났으며, 건설기술자의 자기 이미지 제고를 위해서는 건설산업의 생태계를 회복하는 근본적인 처방이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.
