Due to the enforcement of effluent water regulation the advance sewage treatment system is needed to retrofit and remodelling. In this case the most important issue is the effluent concentrations of TP and there are a lot of system to reduce its concentration. But biological treatment processes have many restrictions to enhance the removal efficiency of TP. In this study the efficient ECO operating condition to improve and retrofit biological sewage wastewater treatment system is as follow; 1) The treatment efficiency of BOD, TN and TP at the current density of $15mA/cm^2$ was higher than the treatment efficiency at $5mA/cm^2$ in the electrodes arranged with Al-SUS(Stainless Steel) regardless of the reaction time, The TP concentration was 0.1 mg/L or less. Especially, when the reaction time was maintained at 10 min, the TP concentration was 0.06 mg/L or less irrespective of the current density. 2) The change of TP concentration is not influenced by the change of current density and rather the concentration of treated water changes according to the reaction time. In the case of electro coagulation reaction, a few seconds to several minutes are required. However, the reaction time of electro coagulation and oxidation was studied to be more than 10 minutes. 3) As a result, it has been studied that the economical current density of the electro coagulation oxidation process for TN and TP treatment of domestic wastewater is $15mA/cm^2$ or less and the reaction time is 10 minutes.
Glass lined impellers are corrosion resistant to most chemicals, including strong acids, and also have a smooth, non-stick surface, easy to clean and free from impurities in the process. Glass lined home base impeller is a multi-purpose impeller designed to stir a wide viscosity range of liquids from low viscosity fluids to high viscosity fluids, among others, cell culture, yeast culture, and beer fermentation pots, especially used for air-water system breathable stirring. The glass lining for HB impellers, which are simple in structure and competitive in performance, is essential to have upper and lower division in order to make the joint area between the impeller and shaft as small as possible. The upper and lower division of the impeller hardly affects the mixing performance, but the aeration performance. In this study, in order to optimize the shape of the Glass Lining HB impeller, a study was conducted on the effect of the angle between the upper and lower impellers, the clearance between the impellers, and the number of baffles on the aeration power. The optimal shape and baffle plate conditions for the Glass lined HB impeller were derived through the study results that the angle and the clearance between the upper and lower impellers decreased the ration of the power consumption with aeration Pg and that without aeration P0, Pg/P0.

In secret communication, steganography is the sending and receiving of secret messages without being recognized by a third party. In the spatial domain method bitwise information is inserted into the virtual bit plane of the decomposed pixel values of the image. That is, the bitwise secret message is sequentially inserted into the least significant bit(LSB) of the image, which is a cover medium. In terms of application, the LSB is simple, but has a drawback that can be easily detected by a third party. If the upper bit plane is used to increase security, the image quality may deteriorate. In this paper, I present a method for concealing Hangul secret messages in image steganography based on the lo-th bit plane and the decomposition of modified pixel intensity values. After decomposing the Hangeul message to be hidden into choseong, jungseong and jongseong, then a shuffling process is applied to increase confidentiality and robustness. PSNR was used to confirm the efficiency of the proposed method. It was confirmed that the proposed technique has a smaller effect in terms of image quality than the method applying BCD and Fibonacci when inserting a secret message in the upper bit plane. When compared with the reference value, it was confirmed that the PSNR value of the proposed method was appropriate.
The adsorption of disperse yellow 3 (DY 3) on granular activated carbon (GAC) was investigated for isothermal adsorption and kinetic and thermodynamic parameters by experimenting with initial concentration, contact time, temperature, and pH of the dye as adsorption parameters. In the pH change experiment, the adsorption percent of DY 3 on activated carbon was highest in the acidic region, pH 3 due to electrostatic attraction between the surface of the activated carbon with positive charge and the anion (OH-) of DY 3. The adsorption equilibrium data of DY 3 fit the Langmuir isothermal adsorption equation best, and it was found that activated carbon can effectively remove DY 3 from the calculated separation factor (RL). The heat of adsorption-related constant (B) from the Temkin equation did not exceed 20 J mol-1, indicating that it is a physical adsorption process. The pseudo second order kinetic model fits well within 10.72% of the error percent in the kinetic experiments. The plots for Weber and Morris intraparticle diffusion model were divided into two straight lines. The intraparticle diffusion rate was slow because the slope of the stage 2 (intraparticle diffusion) was smaller than that of stage 1 (boundary layer diffusion). Therefore, it was confirmed that the intraparticle diffusion was rate controlling step. The free energy change of the DY 3 adsorption by activated carbon showed negative values at 298 ~ 318 K. As the temperature increased, the spontaneity increased. The enthalpy change of the adsorption reaction of DY 3 by activated carbon was 0.65 kJ mol-1, which was an endothermic reaction, and the entropy change was 2.14 J mol-1 K-1.
This study analyzes bifurcation characteristics of the Seolmacheon experimental catchment by extracting the shape variation of channel network due to variable scale of source basin or threshold area. As the area of source basin decreases, a bifurcation process of channel network occurs within the basin of interest, resulting in the elongation of channel network (increase of total channel length) as well as the expansion of channel network (increase of the source number). In the former case, the elongation of channel reaches overwhelms the generation of sources, whereas, in the latter case, the drainage path network tends to fulfill the inner space of the basin of interest reflecting the opposite trend. Therefore, scale invariance of natural channel network could be expressed to be a balanced geomorphologic feature between the elongation of channel network and the expansion of channel network due to decrease of source basin scale. The bifurcation structure of the Seolmacheon experimental catchment can be characterized by the coexistence of the elongation and scale invariance of channel network, and thus a further study is required to find out which factor is more crucial to rainfall transformation into runoff.
The virtual reality industry has an opportunity to take another leap forward with the surge in demand for non-face-to-face content and interest in the metaverse after Covid-19. Therefore, in order to popularize virtual reality content along with this trend, high-quality content production and storytelling research suitable for the characteristics of virtual reality should be continuously conducted. In order for content to which virtual reality characteristics are applied to be effectively produced through user feedback, a quantitative index that can evaluate the content is needed. In this study, the process of viewing virtual reality contents was analyzed and head movement was set as a quantitative indicator. Afterwards, the experimenter watched five animations and analyzed the correlation between recorded head movement information and immersion. As a result of the analysis, high immersion was shown when the head movement speed was relatively slow, and it was found that the head movement speed can be used significantly as an index indicating the degree of content immersion. The result derived in this way can be used as a quantitative indicator that can verify the validity of the storytelling method applied after the prototype is produced when the creator creates virtual reality content. This method can improve the quality of content by quickly identifying the problems of the proposed storytelling method and suggesting a better method. This study aims to contribute to the production of high-quality virtual reality content and the popularization of virtual reality content as a basic research to analyze immersion based on the quantitative indicator of head movement speed.

In this study, a physics-based 3D morphology model for the estimation of an erosion rate of nourished beach is newly proposed. As a hydrodynamic module, IHFOAM toolbox having its roots on the OpenFoam is used. On the other hand, the morphology model comprised a transport equation for suspended sediment, and Exner type equation derived from the viewpoint of sediment budget with the bed load being taken to accounted. In doing so, the incipient motion of sediment is determined based on the Shields Diagram, while the bottom suspended sediment concentration, the bed load transport rate is figured out using the bottom shearing stress directly calculated from the numerically simulated flow field rather than the conventional quadratic law and frictional coefficient. In order to verify the proposed morphology model, we numerically simulate the nonlinear shoaling, breaking over the uniform beach of 1/m slope, and its ensuing morphology change. Numerical results show that the partially skewed, and asymmetric bottom shearing stresses can be successfully simulated. It was shown that sediments suspended and eroded at the foreshore by wave breaking are gradually drifted toward a shore and accumulated in the process of up-rush, which eventually leads to the formation of swash bar. It is also worth mentioning that the breaker bar formed by the sediments dragged by the back-wash flow which commences at the pinnacle of up-rush as the back-wash flow gets weakened due to the increased depth was successfully duplicated in the numerical simulation.

Road surface measurement is an essential process for quantifying the degree and displacement of roughness in road surface management. For safer road surface management and quick maintenance, it is important to accurately measure the road surface while mounted on a vehicle. In this paper, we propose a sophisticated road surface measurement system that can be measured on a moving vehicle. The proposed road surface measurement system supports more accurate measurement of the road surface by using a high-performance line laser sensor. It is also possible to measure the transverse and longitudinal profile by matching the position information acquired from the RTK, and the velocity adaptive update algorithm allows a manager to monitor in a real-time manner. In order to evaluate the proposed system, the Gocator laser sensor, MRP module, and NVIDIA Xavier processor were mounted on a test mobile and tested on the road surface. Our evaluation results demonstrate that our system measures accurate profile base on the MSE. Our proposed system can be used not only for evaluating the condition of roads but also for evaluating the impact of adjacent excavation.
Although IoT systems are used in a variety of heterogeneous environments as cloud environments develop, all IoT devices are not provided with reliable protocols and services. This paper proposes an IoT data management technique that can extend the IoT cloud environment to an n-layer multi-level structure so that information collected from different heterogeneous IoT devices can be efficiently sorted and processed. The proposed technique aims to classify and process IoT information by transmitting routing information and weight information through wireless data link data collected from heterogeneous IoT devices. The proposed technique not only delivers information classified from IoT devices to the corresponding routing path but also improves the efficiency of IoT data processing by assigning priority according to weight information. The IoT devices used in the proposed technique use each other's reliable protocols, and queries for other IoT devices locally through a local cloud composed of hierarchical structures have features that ensure scalability because they maintain a certain cost.y channels of IoT information in order to make the most of the multiple antenna technology.

The heat treatment facility is in a situation where the scope of application of the remote IOT system is expanding due to the harsh environment caused by high heat and long working hours among the root industries. In this heat treatment process environment, the IOT middleware is required to play a pivotal role in interpreting, managing and controlling data information of IoT devices (sensors, etc.). Until now, the system controlled by the heat treatment remotely was operated with the command of the operator's batch system without overall monitoring of the site situation. However, for the safety and precise control of the heat treatment facility, it is necessary to control various sensors and recognize the surrounding work environment. As a solution to this, the heat treatment safety support system presented in this paper proposes a support system that can detect the access of the work manpower to the heat treatment furnace through thermal image detection and operate safely when ordering work from a remote location. In addition, an OPEN CV-based deterioration analysis system using DNN deep learning network was constructed for faster and more accurate recognition than general fixed hot spot monitoring-based thermal image analysis. Through this, we would like to propose a system that can be used universally in the heat treatment environment and support the safety management specialized in the heat treatment industry.
