알코올 함량을 보다 신속하고 정확하게 측정하고자, 알코올 센서를 사용하였다. Alcohol oxidase를 glutaraldehyde로 nylon net에 고정화시킨 다음 산소전극에 연결하여 기질과의 반응에서 소모되는 용존산소 소비량의 변화를 용존산소측정기로 측정하여 알코올을 정량하였다. 알코올 센서의 최적조건에서 시판되는 각종 주류를 측정해 본 결과, 각각 맥주는 $4{\sim}5%$, 저알코올성 음료는 0.71%, 포도주는 10.06%, 청주는 16.12%, 소주는 25.71%, 탁주는 6.18%로 정량되었으며, 이는 가스 크로마토그래피로 측정한 값과 좋은 상관관계를 가졌다.

본 연구는 지지면에 따른 발목균형훈련이 비만중년여성의 고유수용성감각, 균형 및 근력 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구에 동의한 중년여성 30명중 불안정한 지지면에서 훈련을 시행한 실험군I의 15명과 안정 지지면에서 훈련을 시행한 실험군II의 15명에게 총 6주간 매회 30분씩 훈련하였다. 훈련효과를 알아보기 위해 훈련 전 고유수용성은 Dualer IQ 디지털 경사계로 검사를 시행하였고 균형은 BT4로 검사하고 근력은 도수근력검사기로 검사를 하고 훈련 후 다시 재측정하였다. 이에 실험군I,II 모두 고유수용, 균형, 근력검사에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 이에 불안정한 지지면과 안정된 지지면에서의 발목균형운동은 비만중년여성의 고유수용성, 균형, 근력이 향상되는 프로그램이다.

Objectives : Cerebral laterality is thought to be an important marker for neurodevelopment. Prenatal testosterone could influence both cerebral laterality and 2nd to 4th finger length ratio(2D : 4D). EEG coherence and 2D : 4D were examined to investigate the relationship between prenatal testosterone level and cerebral laterality. Methods : EEG was recorded in 24 healthy subjects in the eyes closed resting state. Differences in 2D : 4D finger ratio were used to discriminate "masculine finger type" and "feminine finger type" groups. The 2D : 4D ratio was lower and greater than one for the "masculine finger type" group and "feminine finger type" group, respectively. We used coherence analysis to estimate the cortical functional connectivity. Results : There were statistically meaningful relationships among cerebral functional connectivity, sex and finger ratio. Man and masculine finger type group showed higher intra-hemispheric coherence than those of woman and feminine finger type group. Woman and feminine finger type group showed higher inter-hemispheric coherence than those of man and masculine finger type group. Conclusions : These results imply that prenatal testosterone might act as important determinants of cerebral laterality. Further examination of the relationship between 2D : 4D and EEG coherence in schizophrenia could give some clues for the neurodevelopmental hypothesis of schizophrenia genesis.

본 연구에서는 선행연구와 사회인지진로이론을 바탕으로 지각된 맥락적지지가 대처효능감과 결과기대를 매개로 진로미결정에 영향을 미치는 인과적 구조모형을 설정하고, 그 적합도 및 개별 변수의 영향력을 성차를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 연구를 위해 서울과 경기도 소재 4년제 공과 대학생 672명을 대상으로 지각된 맥락적 지지, 대처효능감, 결과기대, 진로미결정으로 구성된 설문을 실시하였다. 구조방정식모형을 통한 자료분석 결과, 지각된 맥락적 지지가 진로미결정에 미치는 영향을 대처효능감과 결과기대가 완전매개하는 모형이 최적의 모형인 것으로 나타났다. 맥락적 지지는 대처효능감과 결과기대에 정적인 영향을 미쳤고, 대처효능감과 결과기대는 진로미결정에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 성별에 따라 구조모형의 적합도를 검증한 결과 두 집단 모두에서 완전매개모형이 최적의 모형인 것으로 나타났으나, 개별변수의 효과는 남녀에 따라 다른 것으로 나타났다. 남자대학생들의 경우 대처효능감이 진로미결정에 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤으나, 여자대학생들의 경우 대처효능감은 진로미결정에 직접적인 효과가 없는 대신 결과기대가 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 여학생들의 진로미결정을 개선하기 위한 방안과 후속연구들에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.

This study tried to identify the job stress characteristics of female bank workers and the relationship between their stress and symptoms associated with musculoskeletal disorders(MSDs). The total number of 587 female bank tellers have been participated in this study. Specifically, questionnaire surveys regarding job stress and MSDs symptoms were conducted. On the basis of the results from the survey using Korean version of job stress questionnaire with 24 questions, stress scores associated with job requirement and job flexibility were relatively high. The job stress levels regarding job demand, organizational system, occupational climate at the work place were relatively high for the full time workers while the job stress levels regarding insufficient job control, job stability, interpersonal conflict, lack of reward were relatively high for the part time worker. The workers with longer total work years had relatively high job stress associated with interpersonal conflict, and organizational system while the workers with longer work years at the current job had relatively high job stress associated with occupational climate. Also, the workers with longer working hours a day had relatively high job stress associated with job demand, interpersonal conflict, organizational system, and occupational climate. According to the relationship identified in this study, symptoms at the neck, shoulder, hand, low back. leg were associated with the stress levels in terms of job flexibility, interpersonal conflict, job requirement, job stability. In conclusion, female bank workers are exposed to job stress due to their specific job characteristics and there has been certain relationships between their job stress and MSDs symptoms.
