A Study on the Consultant's Pro-social Service Behavior on Relational Embeddedness, Relationship Trust, Relationship Satisfaction and Long-term Relationship Orientation (컨설턴트의 친사회적 서비스가 관계적 배태성, 관계신뢰, 관계만족, 장기관계지향성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study aimed to study the relational embeddedness theory which has been actively studied in the fields of marketing and psychology to the consulting industry. This study also aimed to find out if various efforts and pro-social service behavior of the consultant, a service provider in the consulting industry may have a positive effect on customer relationships. The results of the study can be summarized as follows: The pro-social service behavior of the consultant was verified to have a positive effect on relationship trust, relationship satisfaction with customers and relational embeddedness was found to have a positive effect on relationship trust and relationship satisfaction. In addition, relational embeddedness, relationship trust, and relationship satisfaction were found to have a positive effect on long-term relationship orientation.

A Study on the Development of Consultant Attitude Factors in the Field of Digital Transformation (디지털 전환 분야의 컨설턴트 태도 요소 개발에 관한 연구)

  • The era of digital transformation is rapidly emerging in industries and academia, including finance and logistics, and the consulting market for digital transformation is also growing. According to previous studies, the need for digital transformation is also mentioned in consulting institutions. In this process, the role of consultants should be changed according to the times, and customer relationship management and attitude toward customers are emphasized. However, consulting research has the point that research on this has not been studied in depth. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop an element of attitude focusing on consultant attitudes in the field of digital transformation. As a result of research using literature analysis and modified Delphi techniques, 'customer orientation', achievement orientation', professional dignity', 'maintenance of expertise', and 'ethics' were found to be key attitude factors. This study is meaningful in that consultant attitude elements in the digital transformation field were explored and developed by verifying content validity, and consultants in the digital transformation field can recognize the importance of attitude and use it as a basic tool for capacity improvement.

The Effects of the Competence of Consultant on the Consulting performance, Utilization and repurchase intention (컨설턴트 역량이 컨설팅 성과, 활용도 및 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • As the external environment of SMEs is changing drastically, it is necessary to establish an appropriate management strategy. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of consultant's competency, on consulting performance, consulting utilization and repurchase intention, and effect of consulting's understanding and participation on consulting performance. Participants were 103 questionnaires collected from 154 SMEs that received technology and management consulting support from the Technology Guarantee Fund. According to the practical analysis result, knowledge(β=.377, p<.001) and attitude(β=.461, p<.001) among the consultant's competencies were positively correlated(R2=.623) with consulting performance, and consulting performance had positive correlation(R2=.668) with consulting utilization and repurchase intention(β=.817, p<.001). Participation in consulting had a moderating effect on the effect of consulting performance on consulting utilization.

  • The AERMET, the AERMOD meteorological preprocessing program, mainly used for environmental impact assessment and Integrated Environmental Permit System (IEPS) in Korea, has not considered the land covers characterasitics, and used only the past meteorological data format CD-144. In this study, two results of AERMET application considering CD-144 format and ISHD format, being used internationally, were compared. Also, the atmospheric dispersion characteristics were analyzed with consideration of land cover. In the case of considered the CD-144 format, the actual wind speed was not taken into account in the weak wind (0.6~0.9m/s) and other wind speed due to the unit conversion problem. The predicted concentration considering land cover data was up to 387% larger depending on the topographic and emission conditions than without consideration of land cover. In conclusion, when using meteorological preprocessing program in AERMOD modelling, AERMET, with ISHD format, land cover characterasitics in the area should be considered.

Characteristics of the Duty of care of a Good Manager according to the Construction Manager's Task (건설사업관리자의 수행업무에 따른 선관주의의무 특성)

  • When the construction management method was introduced, there were arguments regarding the contractual responsibility of the construction manager. Accordingly, the provisions on damage compensation in the Construction Technology Management Act were revised in 2002, and the obligatory duty of care of a good manager is now required by the Framework Act on the Construction Industry. Even though the construction manager has a responsibility of a consultant in the CM-for-fee contract, however, the Korean construction environment does not clearly specify the consultant's scope of responsibility. In this study, the theory about the duty of care, which is a consultant's responsibility among the expert's responsibilities, was arranged. Based on the responsibilities of experts such as lawyers, the duties of care of a good manager of the construction manager were presented to provide the foundation for establishing the construction manager's responsibilities. To verify the resulting items, interviews with experts were performed to assess their importance levels.

  • In this study, displacement estimation algorithm, which is not requiring an absolute reference point unlike the conventional displacement measurement method, is developed using the geophone. To estimate displacement of the bridge, measured velocity time signal is integrated in the frequency domain. And, the estimated displacement is compared with the measured result using a conventional method. Based on the dynamic field test results, it was found that the estimated displacement by the present algorithm is similar to that of a conventional method. The displacement estimation algorithm proposed in this paper can be effectively applied to measure the displacement of a structure, which is difficult to install a displacement transducer at the fixed point.

  • It is very difficult to determine the failure block scale in great rock slopes. Especially, postulating entire slope domain as a failure block without attention to discontinuity trace lenth makes very confuse and difficult to design rock slopes. In this paper, we estimate realistic failure block scale using joint system simulation method and introduce the application procedures on rock slope analysis. Besides, presenting how joint characteristics measurement and statistical analysis results are applicated to slope stability analysis design flow.

  • 단층의 공학적 의미와 분류방법을 살펴보고 토목구조물의 설계 및 시공을 위하여 조사단계에서 단층에 대한 분포 및 공학적 특성을 파악하기 위한 각종 물리탐사, 현장시험, 실내시험 사례를 검토하였다. 단층의 분포특성 조사 사례를 통하여 지표지질조사, 시추조사, 물리탐사 결과들의 상호 관계를 살펴보고, 단층 및 주변 상태에 따라 적정한 탐사 및 조사 방법을 검토하였다. 그리고 단층의 공학적 특성 평가를 위한 현장 및 실내시험 방법을 고찰하고, 단층의 점착력, 마찰각 등과 같은 물성치의 산정 사례들을 수집하여 분석하였다.
