It is to propose an improvement plan for the multicultural family bookstart program. To this end, user satisfaction and reuse intention were surveyed and hypotheses were verified through a survey of bookstart program participants. For statistical analysis, SPSS 25 was used. As a result of this study, First, there was a significant difference in the bookstart program for multicultural families according to their children's age and average monthly education expenses. Second, in the satisfaction of the multicultural family bookstart program, only the use and service support, and the quality of facilities and environment were found to have a significant positive (+) effect. Third, it was found that the re-use intention of the multicultural family bookstart program had a significant positive (+) effect only on the quality of use and service support. Fourth, it was verified that satisfaction with the book start program for multicultural families had a significant positive (+) effect on the intention to reuse. • Banking industries have continuously innovated through technology-enhanced products and services. Many studies have recognized the importance of the Internet in banking industries, arguing that it has been widely adopted. Many studies published on the Internet banking in specific countries are mostly related with such issues as internet banking adoption and acceptance, security and risks of online banking system, and interface design. Several studies have been done to examine the differences and similarities between other banking channels and the Internet banking. However, to the best of our knowledge, only a limited number of studies has examined the differences and similarities between two specific countries in order to create a new customer satisfaction model. In this research, we studied the internet banking satisfaction model by comparing two countries: South Korea and Indonesia. We conducted an empirical study based on the data collected in both two countries. In this research, we found that countries which have adopted electric banking services, particularly between a country with high ICT adoption and a country with low ICT adoption, show different satisfaction trends. Based on the study results, herein we provide discussion, managerial, and practical implications.

  • Most online games today are provided via a website interface. Researchers found that various aspects of a game website importantly influence the success of the online game business. This paper aims at identifying key site-related quality factors affecting the success of online casual game websites and creating a model for measuring such success. To meet this end, we extracted basic factors from the literature and expanded them through a Delphi survey method in which domain experts were asked to identify key quality factors of online game websites. Then we performed a questionnaire survey using online game users for an empirical analysis. The results revealed that information quality, service quality, and system quality are all positively related to user satisfaction and that an increase in user satisfaction leads to an improvement in both gamer loyalty and business outcomes. However, it was found that gamers' loyalty does not necessarily increase business outcomes. The paper offers practical as well as academic implications based on the research findings.

  • The purpose of this study is to confirm the effectiveness of the evaluation of long-term care insurance visiting care service institutions for the elderly from the user's point of view. To this end, data from a survey of 266 users collected through allocation sampling by region(14 cities and counties) in Jeollabuk-do and public data from 47 institutions were combined and analyzed using a multi-layered model. The main research results are as follows. First, among the five evaluation areas, the higher the score in the 'Rights·Responsibility' area, which is to give users a sense of rights and respect users, the higher the service quality and satisfaction. Second, among the five evaluation areas, the 'Rights·Responsibility' area had an effect on loyalty. In addition, it was found that the 'Outcome' area for satisfaction with institutions and employees and changes in users had an effect on loyalty. Third, it was found that 'Institutional Management', 'Environment·Safety', 'Process' did not affect service quality, satisfaction, and loyalty. Based on these results, it is proposed to reorganize the evaluation scale that users can recognize and that is faithful to the purpose.

  • This study based on TAM and D&M model to examine the Kuwaiti employee performance using the electronic document and records management system (EDRMS) in the Ministry of social affairs and labor. Additionally, this study has proposed the moderating effect of work cooperation on employee performance Data of 345 employees were collected from Ministry of social affairs and labor in Kuwait. Smart PLS 3.0 was used to analyze the data. Results indicated that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a positive influence on employee performance. However, findings do not support the relationship between system usage and user satisfaction. Additionally, the results show that there is a significant positive moderating effect of work cooperation. This research provides strong evidence for defining the key factors affecting system usage but also in view of its limits. It should be evaluated. Not all the factors affecting the intentions of end-users to use EDRMS have been fully covered. There are major variables, for example, facilitating state and perceived compatibility are important factors that can be covered in future research. This research is an addition to the current literature and the first attempt in this area to the best of authors' knowledge.

  • In this paper, we propose a web-based content syndication system in which users can easily choose Internet protocol television (IPTV) contents. This system generates personalized content guide to provide a list of IPTV contents with respect to users' interests and statistics information of their online social community. For this, IPTV contents and relevant metadata are collected from various sources and transformed. Then, the service and content metadata are processed by user metadata including audience measurement and community metadata. The metadata flows are separated from content flows of transport network. The implementation of IPTV content syndication system demonstrates how to arrange IPTV contents efficiently from content providers to the end user's screen. We also show that the user metadata including online community information are important for the system's performance and the user's satisfaction.

  • The objective of this study is to provide new direction on house design in consideration of the user's life pattern. To this end, pc usage status at home, demand for pc using space, and requirements for pc room interior were analyzed. A survey was taken by parents and the SPSS win.10 was applied for analysis. The survey was conducted for 2 months, starting May 2004 to see the computer usage at home, demand and satisfaction for the computer's room. The results of this study were as follows; The oldest son or daughter in a family was the main user of the computer, posting 71%. 42percent of respondents said they used the pc in their son's and daughter's room while 36% answered living room. It reflects that the whole family want to use the pc in their sharing room, or for their children's convenience. Currently, inconvenience of space-related constraints for using the pc was not that high, which possibly stems from a lack of awareness of inconvenience in using the pc. However, the need for furniture and space for refreshment was suggested. Through this study, it is expected that new housing designs need to be made to reflect these requirements into interior design and building plan for user's convenience.
