  • The enamel coated panels could be used to construct huge size tank in order to improve the fermentation effects of liquid wastes(food and night soil of cow and pig) and to minimize the construction fee. In order to joint the panels, water proofed volts, nuts and silicon adhesive were used. We applied these enamel coated panels to construct the slurry store tank.

  • Samples of enamel wear for kitchen works were made at the Kordco Enamel Co. We analyzed the colors of enamel wears with Color Meter (JS555). The colors of enamel wears could be controled by mixing ratio of frits and pigments. Many kinds of frits and pigments were tested, and colors of enamel wears could be changed by variable frits. Colors were weakly changed by several mixing ratio of pigments.

  • 일반직으로 액비 탱크 등은 콘크리트를 이용하여 지하에 시공하므로 빗물 등이 흘러 들어가기 쉽고, 습기등에 의하여 콘크리트가 부식되기 쉬우며 이로 인하여 오폐수가 지하로 스며들어 지하수를 오염시킬 수 있다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 액비탱크를 법랑을 이용하여 지상에 건설하여 침출수를 원천적으로 방지하고 미려한 색상으로 인한 자연 친화적인 저장 장치를 활용하여, 지하에 일시 저장한 분뇨를 펌프를 사용하여 지상으로 끌어 올려 숙성 발효시키면 우수한 액비를 생산 활용할 수 있다.

  • The reclamation of food waste is brought by law in order to clean the underground water. Thus the food waste feed back system should be prepared. The electric heater and mixing tool for FIR radiation were developed in order to control the food waste fermentation. Also we suggest the optimum temperature 19$0^{\circ}C$, black enamel ware for food waste control.
