Purpose: This study aimed to derive considerations for the enactment of nursing law by analyzing the trends and social perceptions of nursing law mentioned in major daily newspapers, cafes, and blogs. Methods: Main texts and comments that included nursing law as a keyword were collected from major daily news and online postings from January 2021 to August 2022. The data collected through web crawling were analyzed using a TousFlux program used for big data analysis. Results: During the period of study, the awareness level around nursing law enactment increased. In particular, public concern over nursing law enactment intensified due to the two political parties' policy pledges related to nursing law in January 2022 and the failure to introduce the nursing law to the national assembly judiciary committee in May 2022. Except in December 2021, public perception of nursing law enactment was generally favorable, with public opinion tilting more in favor of than against enactment. Conclusion: Public opinion should be considered when drafting and implementing the nursing law to make it easier for the people to understand what the law constitutes. In addition, it is necessary to pay attention to and continuously promote the relationship between medical care and nursing in the nursing law system of developed nations. Lastly, nursing law enactment can enhance nurses' retention intention and provide a sense of efficacy to medical services.

Public policies are subject to the general strategies and agendas of the state and the enactment of law is subject to the superior laws. This paper will clarify in a practical way how the strategies and agenda of an Islamic state and the superior law (the primary sources of Sharia law) affect the mechanism of enacting laws and creating policies in an Islamic government. Especially, in the field of criminal law.

This study aims to develop strategic plan for enactment of national license of hospital administrators. To effectively control healthcare cost and mange healthcare organizations, the enactment is an inevitable process. Based on literature reviews, cases of similar licences in advanced foreign countries, and a survey of 200 experts in healthcare fields, this study provide a strategic map how to proceed the enactment.

Effective management of business processes is a crucial issue to every enterprise in e-business environment. What's needed is a new framework of applications that can automatically manage distributed and heterogeneous business processes that span multiple functions of a company. In this paper, we propose technical design of a new enactment model that can coordinate such business process that involves multiple functional units or even multiple companies. In our approach, a process model is decomposed into several structural units, called 'process block', according to their procedural characteristics. Each of them is controlled by autonomous enactment units that can communicate with each other using a mutually agreed coordination protocol. The protocol takes the use of 'associative communication' concept, which allows the autonomy for each unit and secure the correctness of process execution.

As an influential political leader, Queen Elizabeth II holds the link between past queens and today's women political leaders and her dress represents so much in accordance to her role. It is important to analyze the dress and role enactment of Queen Elizabeth II in order to provide a guide to the future women political leaders all over the world. The Queen's dress helps her show tradition which has developed over one thousand years of history. She represents Britain to the world focusing on national identity and unity. The Queen always distinct herself from the rest of the world to show the pride of British Monarch, but when she is visiting other counties for diplomatic relationships she would surely show a friendly gesture on her dress to assimilate herself with that country. Also, same as all other women, the Queen seeks practicality in her dress. Therefore, I was able to classify the Queen's dress into jive groups as a way of role enactment. They are tradition, representation, distinction, assimilation, and practicality.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the enactment of local municipalities' ordinance for supporting Korean Medicine infertility treatment in the metropolitan area. Methods : For Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi Province, data on the enactment of Korean Medicine infertility treatment and socio-demographic data of the local municipalities were collected through the Enhanced Local laws and regulations Information System and on-line statistical database. Logistic regression analysis was performed to analyze the factors affecting the enactment of the ordinance, The enactment of the ordinance was dependent variable, and the budgeting of local municipalities, the number of population, the number of births, the number of Korean Medicine doctors, and the total fertility rate were used as independent variables. Results : Up to 2000, the ordinances for supporting Korean Medicine infertility treatment were enacted in 16 local municipalities and the budget for that was supported by 18 local municipalities. Regarding the effect on the enactment of the ordinances, it was found that budgeting of Korean Medicine infertility treatment had a positive (+) effect, and the metropolitan government's budgeting and the total fertility rate had a negative (-) effect. Conclusions : This study suggests that the ordinance for Korean Medicine infertility treatment is a policy tool derived based on the problem of low fertility faced by each local municipality rather than the political influence of health provider's groups.

표준은 산업발전 및 무역 자유화의 기반이며 사회 경제적인 효율을 향상시키는 중요한 수단이다. 표준과 관련된 정책은 국가적인 차원에서 중요한 이슈 중 하나가 되고 있으며, 이에 따라 산업 분야별 한국산업표준 제정과 활용에 대한 분석은 표준과 관련된 연구에서 중요한 부분이 되고 있다. 본 연구는 분야별 KS 보유 및 제정현황 분석 그리고 열람실적을 이용하여 표준의 활용도를 분석한다. 먼저 KS의 보유현황을 국가정책적인 이슈와 함께 살펴보고, 세부적으로 KS 제정현황이 유사한 분야들은 무엇인지 파악하기 위해 다차원 척도법을 이용하여 시각화 및 군집화를 실시한다. 이후 각 군집별 제정현황이 유사한 분야들의 표준화 제정활동에 영향을 미치는 결정요인이 무엇인지 가설설정에 따른 회귀분석을 실시한다. 연구결과 자본집약도, 연구개발 그리고 매출액이 표준화 제정활동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 정부는 자본집약도가 큰 기업들이 표준화 과정에서 선도적 역할을 유도하고, 연구개발에 따른 표준과 기술특허 등을 정책적으로 연계시키며, 매출액이 큰 기업들이 표준화 활동을 선도하도록 지원정책을 수립해야 한다. 두 번째로 표준의 활용도를 분석하기 위해, KS 열람실적 데이터를 사용하며, 각 KS의 제정연도, 형태 분야별 활용도가 어떻게 다른지 기초통계분석과 의사결정나무를 사용하여 분석을 수행한다. 그 결과 표준의 제정시기가 활용도에 영향을 크게 미치며, 특정 분야와 형태의 KS들은 최근에 제정되었더라도 활용도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 열람실적이 낮은 표준들에 대한 홍보 정책과 함께, 표준을 제정할 때 미열람되는 표준이 적어지도록 활용도를 고려하는 정책을 수립해야 한다.

이 논문에서는 웹 서비스와 그리드 컴퓨팅과 같은 차세대 인터넷 서비스 환경에서 프로세스 관리 기능을 제공하기 위한 워크플로우 수행 모델을 제안하였다. 기업 환경을 위한 기존 워크플로우 수행모델은 이러한 환경의 확장성과 신뢰성에 대한 요구를 만족시키지 못하고 있다. 이러한 요구사항을 만족시키기 위하여, 이 연구에서는 P2P 모델을 워크플로우 수행 모델에 적용하였다. 신뢰성 지원을 위한 복구기법을 집합론을 사용하여 수학적으로 기술하고 증명하였고, 시뮬레이션을 통하여 같은 자원을 사용하는 중앙 집중식 모델에 비하여 약 100배 이상의 신속한 응답시간 향상을 보임을 알 수 있었다.
