e-Business는 최근 IT산업에서 가장 빈번히 등장하는 화두이다. 인터넷이 빠른 속도로 보급되고 시간과 공간의 한계를 극복할 수 있는 가능성을 제공함에 따라 기존의 오프라인 시스템들의 인터넷과 연동이 추구되고 있다. 인터넷과의 연동은 단순한 정보의 공유뿐만 아니라 지식, S/W, E/W 등의 거의 모든 IT자원들에 대한 공유를 촉발시키고 있다〔1〕. 1990년대 정보기술 아웃소싱은 괄목할 만한 성장을 가져왔다. 최근 새로운 종류의 아웃소싱 비즈니스 모델인 ASP(Application Service Providers)의 등장으로 정보기술 시장의 주요 이슈로 주목받고 있다. 하지만 아직 초기단계이기 때문에 수요층의 인식부족, 효과에 대한 확신 부족 등과 같은 여러 걸림돌이 있지만 e-Business의 핵심영역으로 발전할 것으로 전망된다. ASP는 e-Business관련 소프트웨어 및 어플리케이션을 배송하는 하나의 방식이다. 즉, ASP는 e-Business를 가능하게 하는 Enabler라고 볼 수 있다〔3〕. 본 연구는 ASP(Application Service Provider, 이하 ASP)의 서비스 품질의 차원을 분류하여 고객에게 보다 중요한 품질 요인을 찾기 위한 측정의 개념적 틀을 제시하고자 한다.

Based on the diffusion of innovation paradigm, this study conceptualizes the constituent components (3P) and the growth stages (6C) for knowledge management. It is critical for knowledge management efforts to identify 'where we are' and decide 'where to go' and then to manage 'how to go'. As a framework for the success of knowledge management, the 3P6C model is intended to systematically guide these efforts toward knowledge asset management and implementation, for knowledge productivity. This model is illustratively applied to such success stories as in Skandia, Buchman Lab and Hall Mark Cards. Such applications of this model show that they have been through such prior activities required in the earlier stages, and thattechnological platform is just one of the 3 key components working as an enabler, implying together the existence of growth path in KM success. Provided in the appendix are a set of exemplary scenarios in knowledge management practice for growth stage assessment.

Various organizational factors effect successful implementation of IT enabled business transformation. Among them, the most critical success factor is deemed to overcoming change management problem. Lots of studies have been made on Implementation methodologies and business process formalizations to encourage organizational members to accept new business process changes. However, the logic or process redesign still depends on qualitative problem solving techniques mostly depending on basically human intuition such as brainstorming. cause-and-effect analysis. and so on. In this paper, we focused on developing analytic framework to design to-be business process structure. which can complement qualitative problem solving procedures. With effective use of IT as an enabler, we provide algorithmic framework applicable to designing various business process changes such as process automation, business process resequencing, and more radical process integration. The framework follows dynamic programming approach in the literature, which is based on the decision making paradigm of organizations to abstract business processes as quantitative decision models. As such, our research ran fill the gap of limited development of theory based analytic methodologies for business process design, by providing objective rationale to reach the consensus among the organizational members including senior management.

Knowledge management has been increasingly recognized as important in business management context. Although knowledge management has been proposed as an enabler to reach competitive advantage, little research has considered applying knowledge to business decision-making activities, which may be the main task of enterprise management. The application of knowledge to decision-making has a more significant impact on organizational performance than mere knowledge management for operational level processing. For this purpose, the present study proposes a decision support loop based on the integration of knowledge by adopting a cognitive modeling approach. The proposed model is then discussed, in the real context of an application case.

Internet of Things (IoT) networks composed of a large number of sensors and actuators generate a huge volume of data and control commands, which should be enforced by strong data reliability. The end-to-end data reliability of IoT networks is an essential industrial enabler. Blockchain technology can provide strong data reliability and integrity within IoT networks. We designed a lightweight end-to-end blockchain network that applies to common IoT applications. Its enhanced modular architecture and lightweight consensus mechanism guarantee its practical applicability for general IoT applications. In addition, the proposed blockchain network is highly software compatible because it adopts the Hyperledger development environment. Directly embedding the proposed blockchain middleware platform in small computing devices proves its practicability.

Short-lived pseudonym certificates as vehicle identities could satisfy both security and privacy requirements. However, to remove revoked certificates especially in vehicle communications, pseudonym certificate revocation list (CRL) should be distributed resource-efficiently from a practical deployment point of view and in a timely manner. In this paper, we propose a novel CRL distribution scheme capable of CRL multicast to only activated vehicles registered to the CRL multicast group using the group communication system enabler, namely, the GCSE which is being standardized. The scheme is resource efficient by using CRL distribution paths instead of paging processes to find out multicast vehicle(s) within a certain region. The analyzed results show that the proposed scheme outperforms in terms of paging cost, packets transmission cost, and the processing cost at the respective entities compared to the existing four schemes in the literature.

IT is the key enabler of digital economy. Appropriate usage of IT can provide a strategic competitive advantage to a firm in a dynamic competitive environment. However, there has been a continuing debate on whether IT can actually enhance the productivity of firms. This concept is called IT productivity paradox. In this study, we analyzed the causality among appropriate indicators to demonstrate the real impact of IT on productivity. The 12,100 sample data from 2011 were used for analysis. As expected, the results indicated that mobile device usage, website adoption, e-commerce, open source, cloud computing, and green computing positively influence IT productivity. This unprecedented large-scale analysis can provide clarification regarding the ambiguous causal mechanism between IT usage and productivity.

Korea has experienced a remarkable economic achievement since the 1960s. However, behind this facade of growth and progress, a chronic housing shortage in the capital region, declining owner-occupation, rising housing costs, and polarization in housing conditions between the better-off and the worse-off clearly illustrate the impasse and crisis in housing that Korea now faces. In addition, the IMF crisis and the late global financial crisis shocked the Korean housing market. The Korean government has made significant policy changes to improve housing security for less-privileged groups. In order to achieve housing policy development, the Korean government has tried to employ of advanced countries. What are the benefits(merits) and dangers(demerits) of housing policy transfer between countries? This paper emphasizes that we must recognize about 'differences' rather than 'commonalities' between countries with respect to policy transfer. It also maintains that the government should play a main role as an enabler rather as a provider of 'low-cost' housing.

현재 통신 및 네트워크 시장은 기존의 IT기반 서비스와 3G기반 서비스의 공통된 기능을 고려하지 않고 독립적으로 구축되어 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 SDP(Service Delivery Platform)구조 및 인터페이스 연구는 서비스 제공자가 다양한 네트워크 구조의 제한 없이 서비스 개발을 가능하게 할 것이며, 사용자에게 효과적으로 서비스를 제공할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 SDP/IMS의 구조 및 인터페이스를 제안하고, SDP의 기본이 되는 구성 요소인 Presence 서비스 구동자 구현 환경을 제시한다.

Currently, many organizations introduce ERP system as a key enabler of business strategic accomplishment and it can improve productivity and efficiency of organizations by integration and managing enterprise resources. Already many organizations have introduced ERP systems and the number of introduced ERP system is increasing steadily. Unfortunately, even though organizations have invested much money, previous studies showed the ERP systems had not always turned in good result. It is easy to find many studies that suggest that successful implementing strategies for ERP systems. This study reviewed the previous literature on strategic use of change management in enterprise. In order to establish a successful implementation of ERP, this paper suggests proper solutions to conduct change management according to implementation phase with activity and output, especially analyzing successful organizations in implementing ERP system through consistent change management.
