Selecting reward measure for improved business results (경영성과의 배분기준량 설정)

  • The objective of this study is to select reward measure of improved business results. Grain sharing is defined as a compensation system that is designed to provide for variable compensation and to support an employee involvement process by rewarding the members of a group or organization for improvements in organizational performance. Gains, as measured by a predetermined formula, are shared with all eligible employees, typically through the payment of cash bonuses. Generally sales, profit, value-added, cost reduction portion and otherthings have been used as gains, otherwise improved business results, without any proof which is correlated to productivity improvement. This paper suggests which business result is fit reward measure for each business types and sizes.

  • Office interior design is based on the understanding of diversity information about working program, organization and networking system of the company. To build a good working environment, flexibility of space and communication between employees and employer in the office are very important. Due to the business growth, the "N" company requires more working space and this project is basically initiated to relocate in new working environment. This work pursues the clients can enhance more creativity and productivity in their working area. In order to promote the efficiency and comfort of the working environment, diverse employee's working characteristic, individual and collective requirements have been observed. The basic concept of the design can be summarized in the following : youth, simplicity, modern and nature.

To overcome this difficulty, the management should be able to accomplish the human resources management and the efficient business management. Korea railroad industry has a close association with national life as it carries out public works based on its public nature as well as purses the corporate spirit. For that reason, Korea railroad industry has a great spin-off on national economy and exerts a tremendous impact on the improvement of productivity around the industries and the international competitiveness at aspect of efficiency resulting from business rationalization. Railroad system can be described as organic. Railroad Employs take a great role in this system. According the psychology and the Organization Behavior, the decision maker's personality and employee' work satisfaction have influence on performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the Railroad Employs' Personality and Work satisfaction which influence on the efficient business management.

  • This paper studied two factors for the manufacturing companies whose number of employee are under three hundred. One is the effect of the observation of quality system under the CEO's interest degree of quality management. First, most of company answered acquiring certificate ISO 9000 is very helpful for the company management .therefore the company have competence for the change of economic environment of domestic and international economy. Second, after acquiring the certificate ISO 9000, there were many improvements in company culture, quality control and business process productivity. As a result, acquisition of certificate of ISO 9000 system makes the company culture preparing the future to become a world first class company.

The Effect of Self-Efficacy on Job satisfaction for the Hospital Employees (병원 조직구성원의 자기효능감이 직무만족에 미치는 영향)

  • Self-efficacy is a person's perceived capability to perform a behavior. We have studied the antecedents of self­efficacy, and its moderating role on the relationship between job characteristics and job satisfaction. Data is collected through questionnaire from 910 employees of 6 large hospitals in Korea. The results show that individual's internal locus of control has positive relationship with self­efficacy and self-efficacy has positive relationship with job satisfaction. Contrary to the hypothesis, supervisors' transformational leadership doesn't show any relations with self­efficacy. The moderating role of self efficacy on the relationship between job characteristics and job satisfaction is supported. These results suggest that hospital managers should manage the self­efficacy as an important instrument of enhancing productivity and employee satisfaction.

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the efficiency of control plan for the productivity at the deluxe hotel. To analyze the data, 5-point measure, self entry, SPSS, frequency analysis, difference analysis, many fold regression analysis. The results of this study could be explained as follow: change of occupation rate, reflect to employees, lack of stability a state of mind condition, reflected mental factor and stability of organization, and compared to the job satisfaction and inclination of a change of occupation.
