산업 안전분위기 이론의 외식업계 위생안전분위기 관리에의 적용 (Applying industrial safety climate theories to food hygiene and safety management in food service industry)

  • This paper reviewed the relationship between safety climate(superior attitude, education, precaution, communication, and job load) and safety performance(safety compliance and safety participation), and the moderating effects of gender and age. Based on the responses from 288 employees, the results of multiple regression analysis appeared as follow; 1) superior attitude effects positively on safety compliance and safety participation, but, job load effects negatively on safety compliance and safety participation. 2) precaution effects positively on safety participation. 3) education and precaution are more positively related with safety compliance and safety participation in female employee than in male employee. 4) education is more positively related with safety compliance and safety participation in older employee than in younger employee.

  • With Zohar(1980)'s research on safety climate and industrial safety, occupational safety and health literatures begin to emphasize the influence of organizational context. Based on this research trend, this paper tried to review the relationship between safety efforts and employee safety participation, and the moderating effect of safety motivation on such relationship. Based on the responses from 643 manufacturing workers, the results of statistical analysis showed that company precaution activity and management safety involvement have affirmative effects on the employee safety participation, but safety education has not. The extent precaution activity forces on participation activity was proved to be influenced by employee safety motivation.

관세업무리스크 인식과 보험사고 발생에 관한 실증연구 (An empirical study of customs business risk recognition and insurance accident occurrence)

  • This study analyzed relation with risk recognition degree by customs business of customs brokers and actuality insurance accident occurrence. These study finding that risk recognition by customs work area of customs brokers and actuality insurance accident occur did not agree. So customs brokers more elevate risk recognition of entry field, origin/trademark right, HS and customs tariff application, customs refund, price estimation that are high the insurance accident rate. and they may have to do emphasis administration through employee education and ability elevation. Specially, operation risk that is produced from charge employee's simplicity mistake who tax invoice omission, a tax use mistake, document nondelivery, notice dispatch delayed action, may have to manage through moral management and employee bylaws and education, employee guidance etc. Also, they publicize these contents to import and export enterprise, and practice risk management of high risk business in priority through education and public information. so we will have to make can do more effective risk management.

Employee's Growth Need Strength and Counterproductive Work Behaviors: The Role of Perceived Job Insecurity

  • Purpose: This study explores the effect of employee's growth needs strength on counterproductive work behaviors. Perceived job insecurity was also examined as a moderating variable on the relationship between the two variables. Research Design, data and methodology: This study collected 108 data samples from working individuals from South Korea. The Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and the hierarchical regression analysis were used to analyze the data. Hierarchical regression analysis was performed using SPSS 24.0. Results: Our research results indicated that employee's growth needs strength has a negative effect on counterproductive work behaviors. Perceived job insecurity moderates the relationship between the two variables. Conclusions: Organizations should focus on creating growth opportunities for employees, since facilitating employee's growth need strength will counteract the desire to engage in behaviors that can be detrimental to the organization. and its members.

기업역량이 스마트 팩토리 수용의도 및 경영성과에 미치는 영향 -지역특성을 조절변수로- (The Effect of Corporate Competency on Smart Factory Acceptance Intention and Management Performance -moderating effect of regional characteristics-)

  • 본 연구는 중소 제조기업의 스마트 팩토리 구축 관련 대표 및 직원역량과 스마트 팩토리 수용의도 그리고 경영성과 사이의 영향관계를 확인하고 중소 제조기업의 스마트 팩토리 도입과 관련한 전략적 함의를 도출하기 위해 실시하였다. 중소 제조기업 중 스마트 팩토리를 도입한 기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 수집된 310부의 자료를 바탕으로 요인분석, 신뢰성 및 타당성 분석을 실시하여 최종 확정된 연구 모형에 대해 구조방정식모형(SEM)분석으로 연구가설 검정을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 대표 및 직원역량은 스마트 팩토리 수용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치고, 직원역량은 경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것을 확인되었다. 수용의도는 경영성과에 정의 영향을 미치고, 지역특성은 대표역량, 수용의도 및 경영성과 사이의 관계에 조절효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구를 통해 기업역량은 스마트 팩토리 수용의도에 영향을 주는 주요 요인이며, 지역특성은 대표역량과 스마트 팩토리 도입의도 그리고 경영성과 간의 경로에 유의한 조절작용을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 중소 제조기업 스마트 팩토리 수준별 연구와 업종, 규모에 따른 스마트 팩토리 도입기업의 특성 연구가 요구된다.

  • 건설프로젝트의 품질경영활동에서 조직구성원의 적극적인 참여는 성공적인 경영성과 달성을 촉진한다. 본 연구는 참여를 촉진하는 메커니즘을 발견하고자 한다. 선행연구에서 참여를 촉진하는 선행요인은 보상시스템과 만족이다. 제안된 연구모델의 검증을 위해 232명을 대상으로 샘플데이터를 수집했다. 구조방정식 모델을 이용한 실증분석을 했다. 연구 결과, 제안된 모든 변수가 직원참여에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 직급 및 근로계약 유형에 따른 조절효과가 발휘되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 품질경영활동의 촉진을 위한 보다 폭넓은 관점에서 참여를 촉진할 방안을 모색하는 연구자 및 관리자에게 유용한 이론 및 실무적 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

서비스 환경품질과 과정품질이 종업원만족과 고객만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적 연구 : 한국 골프장 산업을 중심으로 (The Effects of Servicescape and Service Process Quality on Employee and Customer Satisfaction : An Empirical Investigation of the Golf Course Business in Korea)

  • In a service process, the customer typically experiences two types of interactions; one is interaction with the physical ambiance (servicescape) and the other is with employees who may be responsible for the service process quality. The literature in general supports that process quality is a critical determinant for overall service quality and customer satisfaction. In this paper, we primarily examine how the servicescape intervenes the association between process quality and employee/customer satisfaction. The proposed models are tested. using the data collected from the major golf courses in Korea. The results suggest that improving process quality and servicescape have a positive influence on employee/customer satisfaction directly and/or indirectly, but the effect of servicescape may be stronger in the case of golf course businesses. Servicescape also contributes to improving process quality by enhancing employee satisfaction. These results collectively indicate that management emphasis on improving service quality without renovating physical surroundings may results in unsatisfactory outcome.

의료기관의 사회적 책임활동에 대한 종사자의 수용태도에 관한 연구 (A study on the hospital employee's attitude towards CSR)

  • The researches on corporate social responsibility(CSR) focused mostly on its effects on financial performance or consumer's behavior. However relatively few studies have dealt with employee's attitude towards CSR. The purpose of this study is to analyze determinants of hospital employee's attitude towards CSR. The data were collected from 163 employees at a general hospital in Gyeonggi-do from June 18 to July 18 in 2012. For the statistical analysis of data, t-test, ANOVA, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis were implemented. The result of hierarchical multiple regression analysis shows that first, perceived management support and direct benefits were positively related to the attitude towards the acceptance of CSR while interruption of work was negatively related. Second, as interruption of work was controlled, the statistically significant relationship between clinical department and attitude towards the acceptance of CSR was disappeared. In order to accommodate CSR in hospitals, first, the enterprise-wide support is more effective rather than expecting the action of each employee. Second, hospitals should provide the education about CSR to let employees expect direct benefits such as improving of their moral sense. Third, the burden of work causing interruption needs to be managed to cause employees to accept CSR.
