학대받은 아동과 일반 아동의 정서지능과 정서조절 비교연구 (Comparative Study of Abused Children and General Children's Emotional Intelligence and Emotion Regulation)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the emotional ability between abused children and general children by comparing their emotional intelligence and emotional control. Participants were 17 abused children who had been separated from their abusers and 17 general children, all elementary school students. The answers to the questionnaire items on emotional intelligence and situations of emotional motivation were analyzed by Mann-Whitney U as a study tool. The results of this study were as follows: First, the difference of emotional intelligence between abused children and general children was statistically significant. Abused children received lower scores than general children when it came to their emotional recognition, emotional expression, empathy, and emotional regulation as a subordinate scope of emotional intelligence. Second, the difference of emotional regulation strategy between abused children and general children was statistically significant. Abused children presented negative responses and less frequently used positive strategy, inhibitory avoidance strategy and alternative strategy than general children. Third, the difference of emotional regulation motivation between abused children and general children was statistically significant. Abused children presented less prosocial motivation, motivation of self-preservation and normative motivation than general children.

The Internet Design Framework for Improvement of Users' Positive Emotions

  • This study proposes an internet design framework for users to improve their positive emotions when they are in a negative mood. First, the literature review focuses on the definition of emotion, positive emotional design in internet experiences, and emotion regulation. Second, in order to construct an internet design framework that improves positive emotion, this paper adopts a qualitative analysis method to analyze 70 collected studies in the area of regulating emotion and stimulating positive emotions. Additionally, bibliometrics and statistics are conducted to summarize the framework and strategies. Third, two cases of internet design are presented: (a) Internet design that improves users' positive emotions is examined under the background of extreme rainstorm as an example; an applet service design is provided by case study; (b) in the context of COVID-19, we developed an Internet of things interactive design that improves users' positive emotions. Fourth, the internet design framework and the results of the case studies are analyzed and discussed. Finally, an internet design framework is proposed to improve users' positive emotions when they are in a negative mood, which includes the Detachment-empathy framework, External-protection framework, Ability-strengthen framework, Perspective-transformation framework, and Macro-cognitive framework. The framework can help designers to generate design ideas accurately and quickly when users are in a negative mood, to improve subjective well-being, and contribute to the development of internet experience design.

  • Multicultural education is not about learning about a specific ethnic group, but rather developing the ability to cross the border of one's own culture and have conversations with people of other cultures. I think the purpose is to promote empathy and consideration. This study emphasizes the importance of developing multi-dimensional educational programs for all members of society for multicultural social integration, and it is necessary to lead personal, social and civic action movements to create a fair society through media-based multicultural literacy education. said that In order to achieve harmony and integration in a multicultural society, it is the most important to acknowledge cultural diversity and to discard cultural prejudices and inequalities for symbiosis between the mainstream culture and the minority culture. In particular, the United States and Germany, which have successfully led multicultural social integration, are comprehensive in all areas, including interculturalism based on peaceful coexistence and respect, labor market issues, vocational education issues, housing and health issues, and communication issues through media literacy. He led a multicultural national integration system with approaches and methods. Therefore, our multicultural education policy should also pursue a new paradigm that presupposes a change in the public's awareness of a multicultural society.

성별에 따른 조현병 환자의 공감 능력 및 얼굴 정서 인식 능력의 차이 (Gender Differences in Empathic Ability and Facial Emotion Recognition of Schizophrenic Patients)

  • Objectives The aim of the present study was to investigate gender difference in empathic ability and recognition of facial emotion expression in schizophrenic patients. Methods Twenty-two schizophrenic outpatients (11 men and 11 women) and controls (10 men and 12 women) performed both the scale of Empathic Quotient (EQ) and facial emotion recognition test. We compared the scores of EQ and the facial emotion recognition test among each group according to diagnosis and gender. Results We found a significant sex difference in the scores of EQ and the facial emotion recognition test in the schizophrenic patients. And there were significantly negative correlation between the score of the facial emotion recognition test and the scores of Positive and Negative Symptom Scale (PANSS) in female schizophrenic patients. However, in male schizophrenic patients, there were no significant correlations between the score of each test and the scores of PANSS. Conclusions This study suggests that the sex difference in empathic ability and facial emotion recognition would be very important in chronic schizophrenic patients. Investigation of sex effects in empathic ability and facial emotion recognition in chronic schizophrenic patients would present an important solution for constructing optimal rehabilitation program.

COVID-19로 인한 비대면 상호작용적 영화심리치료 수업의 효과성 연구: 감성지능과 공감능력 (A Study on Effectiveness of Online Interactive Cinematherapy Course Due to COVID-19: Emotional Intelligence and Empathic Ability)

  • 본 연구는 COVID-19로 인하여 비대면 수업을 실시하게 된 대학의 강의 환경에서 토론을 전제로 개발된 상호작용적 영화심리치료 수업이 비대면 환경에서도 감성지능과 공감능력에 효과가 있는지 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 COVID-19 전후, 대면수업과 비대면수업을 각각 경험한 상호작용적 영화심리치료 수업의 수강생으로, 대면수업 수강생 212명, 비대면수업 수강생 139명으로 구성되었다. 대면수업 수강생은 연구자와 수강생 간의 구조적 질문과 수강생 간의 토론을 실시하였으며, 비대면수업 수강생은 토론을 대체하기 위해 연구자와 수강생 간의 이메일을 활용한 피드백을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 비대면수업으로 진행한 상호작용적 영화심리치료 수업은 감성지능 중 타인감성이해와 감성활용능력이 증가하였고, 공감능력 중 인지적 공감과 두 하위요인인 관점 취하기, 상상하기 모두 향상되었으며, 정서적 공감 중에서는 공감적 관심이 향상되었다. 대면수업의 효과와 비교한 결과, 타인감성이해, 인지적 공감, 관점 취하기, 상상하기, 공감적 관심이 공통적으로 향상되었고, 대면수업에서는 자기감성이해가, 비대면수업에서는 감성활용능력이 각각 향상되어 대면수업과 비대면수업의 효과에는 큰 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 학생들의 피드백을 통한 질적연구에서는 교수자의 소통능력과 관심이 비대면 상호작용적 영화심리치료 수업의 효과를 높이는 데 기여하는 것으로 판단되어, 향후 비대면수업으로 전환될 수업 환경에서는 온라인과 오프라인 환경보다는 교수자와 학생 간의 소통과 교수자의 역할이 중요함을 확인하였다.

2015 개정 교육과정 고등학교 기술·가정 교과서 '인간 발달과 가족' 영역 활동과제에 반영된 교과역량 분석 (An Analysis of Subject Competencies Applied in the Activity Tasks of the 'Human Develop ment and Family' Area in High School Technology & Home Economics Textbook Based on the 2015 Revised National Curriculum)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 2015 개정 교육과정 고등학교 기술·가정 교과서에서 '사랑과 결혼', '부모됨의 준비', '임신 중 생활과 출산', '자녀 돌보기', '가족 문화와 세대 간 관계'의 내용요소에 해당하는 활동과제에 반영된 관계형성능력, 실천적문제해결능력의 교과역량을 분석하는 데 있다. 분석 대상은 고등학교 기술·가정 교과서 12종의 활동과제 330개이다. 분석 준거로 관계형성능력의 하위요소는 다양성의 존중, 배려와 돌봄, 가족관계와 공동체 의식, 공감능력, 갈등관리, 의사소통으로, 실천적문제해결능력의 하위요소는 실천적 추론, 의사결정, 가치판단, 비판적 사고, 실행력으로 선정하였다. 분석 준거를 기반으로 두 차례의 분석과 가정교육 전문가 2인의 검토를 거쳐 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 핵심개념 '발달', '관계' 관련 교과서 활동과제에 반영된 교과역량을 분석한 결과, 모두 관계형성능력의 하위요소 반영비율은 실천적문제해결능력보다 상대적으로 높았고, 갈등관리, 의사결정의 반영비율이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 핵심개념 '발달'은 가족관계와 공동체 의식, 비판적 사고 반영 비율이, 핵심개념 '관계'는 배려와 돌봄, 비판적사고의 반영 비율이 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 각 교과역량별 하위요소들이 다양하게 반영된 교과서 활동과제 사례들은 관계형성능력의 경우, 다양한 생각과 감정을 이해하고 상호 돌봄 및 건강한 가족관계를 유지하는 역량을 키울 수 있는 활동과제 형태였다. 실천적문제해결능력의 경우, 학생들이 접하는 실생활의 문제를 해결하기 위하여 근저에 깔린 사회문화적 배경을 객관적으로 분석하고, 다양한 대안을 탐색한 후 자신의 삶에서 주체적으로 실천해볼 수 있는 형태였다.

웹정보시스템(WIS) 사용지원 서비스의 품질결정요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Quality Determinant Factors of User-Support Service under Web-based Information System)

  • Parasuraman, Zaithmal, 그리고 Berry에 의하여 개념화된 서비스의 결정 요인인 신뢰성, 반응성, 보장성, 공감성, 유형성의 차원이 WIS환경에서 적합한지 분석한 결과 측정척도로서 SERVQUAL을 사용할 경우 반응성과 보장성, 공감성과 유형성, 신뢰성의 3개 요인으로 사용되어 질 수 있으며, SERVPERF를 사용할 경우 5개 요인이 사용되어질 수 있었다. 품질결정요인 중 신뢰성과 유형성이 유의하게 서비스 품질에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 컴퓨터 사용환경이 더욱 분산된 형태를 띠는 WIS환경에서는 사용자 지원서비스를 위하여 공식적 정보센터뿐만 아니라 비공식적 정보센터를 효율적으로 활용해야 할 것이다.

전래놀이 활동이 유아의 사회적 능력 및 회복탄력성에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Korean Traditional Play on Young Children's Social Competence and Resilience)

  • 본 연구는 전래놀이 활동이 유아의 사회적 능력과 회복탄력성에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 유아 44명을 대상으로 실험집단과 통제집단으로 나누어 주2회 7주간 전래놀이 활동 프로그램을 실시하였다. 그 결과 전래놀이 활동을 실시한 실험집단 유아의 사회적 능력은 일반적인 바깥놀이 활동을 한 비교집단 유아보다 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 사회적 능력의 하위요인인 주도성과 협조성, 사교성에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 이는 전래놀이 활동이 일반적인 바깥놀이 활동보다는 유아의 사회적 능력에 긍정적인 효과를 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 전래놀이 활동을 실시한 실험집단 유아의 회복탄력성은 일반적인 바깥놀이 활동을 한 비교집단 유아보다 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 전래놀이 활동이 유아의 회복탄력성 증진에 긍정적인 효과를 끼치고 있음을 알 수 있다. 그러나 회복탄력성의 하위요인인 정서조절력에서만 유의한 차이가 나타났으며 충동억제력, 낙관성, 문제해결력, 공감능력, 자기 효능감, 적극적 도전성에 있어서는 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 전래놀이가 유아의 사회적 능력과 회복탄력성의 하위요인인 정서조절에 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 시사한 것이라 할 수 있다.

가족주기에 따른 부부간 커뮤니케이션 변화에 관한 연구 (The Changes on Marital Communication over the family Life Cycle)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore whether wives communicate differently over the family life cycle(FLC), and whether their communication contents and frequencies are differently over the FLC. Marital communication scales are composed of six subfactors such as The selectivity of channel (SC), Channel direction (CD), communication style(CS), Comprehension of nonverbal communication (CNC), Communication contents and frequencies(CCF) and Olson's marital communication (LCQ). The number of the subjects are 582, who are living in Pusan in 1987 and they divided into six stages family life cycle; The newly married (FLC 1). The family with preschoolers(FLC 2), The family with schoolages (FLC3), The family with teenages(FLC4), The family with launching children(FLC 5) and The postparenthood (FLC 6). This study is surveyed by Frequencies and Mean score from six subfactors and tested by chi-square test and ANOVA. the results are as follows; 1) There are a few significant differences in CS and CNC by FLC. The wives from FLC 1 and FLC 2 use the most open communication style and them form FLC5 use the most closed style. There are revealed that comprehension of nonverbal communication is the highest of FLC2, but on FLC 1 it is the lowest. 2) There are significant difference in CCF. Children, Wive's life, Husband's life, Affection and sex and Empathy show significant differences over the over the FLC. Regardless of FLC, there are conclueded that Children, Wive's and husband's life and economy management are the most frequence communicative contents. These results suggest that there needs to be further investigation on Olson's marital communication scale for comparing another country with ours and on the training and programs for couple's skillful communication ability.

부정적 정서 유통에 따른 대인관계 문제의 영성효과: 트라우마를 중심으로 (Spirituality's Impact on Posttraumatic Interpersonal Relation Regarding the Distribution of Negative Affect)

  • Purpose - This paper aims to examine a spirituality's impact on the posttraumatic interpersonal relationships of family violence with a structural equation model(SEM). This article starts with the research idea that family violence experience bring about negative emotion in terms of interpersonal relationship leading to the distribution of negative affect in social relationship. The research question of this study pinpoints on how family violence experience affects interpersonal relationship problems and how spirituality affects interpersonal relations problems. Based on the idea, we attempts to deal with spirituality's impact as a driving factor of transforming the distribution of negative affect. Research design, data, and methodology - The structural equation modelling(SEM) is employed as a analysis method of this study. SEM provides a chiefly cross-sectional statistical modelling method, and moreover it allows multiple variables to be associated with a latent variable in this analysis. 300 samples from Seoul, Gyeonggy and Gangwon are selected in the survey. We chose available 271 among them. Results - The results verify that trauma have placed an negative impact on personal relations. The study results also shows that the more serious get the degree of family violence trauma, the worse become interpersonal relationship problems. What is more interesting is that the degree of trauma's impact on interpersonal relation problems in male is higher than that of trauma's impact in female. It is mainly attributed to the fact that women are superior to men in terms of empathy ability and interpersonal relationship orientation. It can be noted that the well-managed spirituality will be able to make a great contribution towards reducing the degree of trauma caused by interpersonal relationships. Conclusions - The study results demonstrates that family violence have negative impacts on spirituality, while spirituality have an positive impacts on reduction the problems of interpersonal relationship. It has been found out that family violence trauma may cause negative affectivity in personal relations, which can distribute negative impacts regarding interpersonal relationship in society. This study also supports that spirituality will be able to function well as a helper, which may reduce the distribution of negative affect in society.
