The purpose of the present study is to investigate the quality attributes of archival information service affecting user satisfaction. The independent variables in this study were equality, tangibles(appearance), convenience, responsiveness, empathy. And the dependent variable was a user satisfaction. The survey was conducted by online and offline for 78 people that used the archival information service. To solve the research question, we used the descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis. As a correlation analysis result, the quality attributes of archival information service had positive correlation with a user satisfaction. And as a multiple regression analysis result, tangibles(appearance) had a significant effect, followed by empathy and convenience. For improving on quality of archival information service, it is required that improving facilities, keeping environment clean, enhancing empathy ability, updating the information of archive, reforming search tools.

The purpose of this study is to verify influences of a cinema psychotherapy class containing a discussion on improving the emotional intelligence and empathic ability of university students. The research subjects were divided into a test group and a control group, with 106 students in each group. For a semester, the test group attended a practice-centered course including cinema psychotherapy, while the control group attended a discussion on personality psychology theory. The test group was shown 6 films in 12 weeks and answered structural questions between the researcher and subjects, and nonstructural questions between subjects. The results were as follows: The test group showed significant increases in self and other emotion appraisals in the emotional intelligence field. On the other hand, there was no significant change in emotional intelligence among the control group. With respect to empathic ability, the test group showed a significant increase in cognitive empathy, perspective taking, fantasy, and emphatic concern, while the control group didn't show significant change in empathic ability. In post-test, the test group demonstrated a significantly higher ability in cognitive empathy and perspective taking compared to the control group. This study verified that an interactive cinema psychotherapy class can increase emotional intelligence and emphatic ability. This study also demonstrated the effectiveness and necessity of a cinema psychotherapy class. As the class improves, more factors of emotional intelligence and empathic ability can be addressed.

This study is to suggest the tasks of Christian Education for developing empathic emotional ability of women in AI era through examining the meaning of empathic sensibilization and the examples of women overcoming the hardships of their times and bringing about change. Empathic sensibility is becoming a issue and empathy is emphasized in AI era. Because empathy is becoming a big support in overcoming hardships, and empathic emotion is showing human dignity, equality, service, devotion and consideration and so is forming a global community living together. And on investigation of the examples of women overcoming the hardships of their times, I found that as a woman with a sense and thought, as a historical human being, not as a gender, the tasks of Christian Education for developing empathic sensibility ability of women in AI era will be effort to be yourself, theological identity reestablishment of women and developing insight to read the times.

This study analyzed the the effect of group art therapy on sociality of children in institutional care focus on anger and empathy. The study divided children into two groups, experimental group was treated group art therapy for twice a week(60 minutes, total 25) and control group was treated none. The study results showed that group art therapy had positive impact on improving sociality, anger conrol and emphatic ability of children in institutional care. Also, there had been positive change in their work in the aspect of form and content by HTP, KSD, DAS test. This study found that group art therapy helped improving institutionalized children's socility with anger control and empathic ability, so it is suggested that group art therapy studies for institutionalized children are of help to improve their sociality.

The purpose of this study is to propose the direction of convergence design curriculum of domestic universities in order to cultivate ablility of empathy in the $4^{th}$ industrial revolution era. The research methodology was firstly reviewed through the literature review, and the theoretical background about the background and design reengineering which became important in the time of the superconducting connection was examined, and the case study of the present situation of the convergence design curriculum of the domestic and foreign universities. As a result, it suggests a curriculum for the integration of undergraduate and graduate curriculum, which is a curriculum in which the design based on empathy is the key to linking other academic fields. Based on this, I hope that it will be used as a reference material for the activation of convergence design education in Korea in the future.

In an attempt to provide basic information for the development of programs geared toward facilitating college adjustment of nursing students, this study was undertaken to verify the meaning of life, empathy skills and resilience, as factors affecting the adjustment of nursing students to college and factors influencing relationships of the variables. Between March 1 to April 30, 2019, 531 nursing students in two different colleges located in Gyeonggi Province were enrolled to undertake a survey. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficient, t-tests, ANOVA, and stepwise multiple regression. Results reveal that the meaning of life had a significant positive correlation with empathy skills, resilience and the degree of college adjustment. It was also ascertained that college adjustment was better when the meaning of life, empathy skills and resilience were greater. Factors affecting college adjustment include gender, grade, education at admission, health status, major satisfaction, stress, family economy, meaning of life and resilience; these variables had a 44.8% explain ability of college adjustment. Considering the findings of this study, we propose that sustained education and program development are required to enhance the meaning of life, empathy skills and resilience of college students to ensure their successful college adjustment.

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of empathy in relation to contact experience of the elderly and their knowledge level of ageing. For this study data was collected from 20th Dec. to 30th of Dec. 2018 355 university students from D university in J. province were surveyed. Data was analysis by using reliability test, correlation analysis, hierarchical multiful regression analysis. The statistical significance of the mediating effects was confirmed by Sobel's verification. The results of the analysis showed that the partial mediation effect of empathy was verified with regard to the relationship between elderly contact experience and discrimination of elderly people. In addition, the partial mediation effect of empathy was verified between level of aging knowledge and the perception of elderly discrimination. The results of this study confirmed the necessity of developing practical education and training programs to improve the level of aging knowledge and to increase contact experience with elderly people. There is also a need to enhance empathy in order to improve the awareness of discrimination against elderly people in health and welfare departments among university students.

This study aimed to verify the effects of design thinking-based team project learning on nursing college students' empathy and proactivity of problem solving. This study also examined the subjects' experiences obtained from participating in team project activity through reflective analysis. The research was a one-group, pre-and-posttest design. The subjects were 64 seniors majoring in nursing studies in N university who had attended the course of nursing management practice. During the course, they participated in a design thinking team project for a total of 10 sessions for two weeks, five times per week, and one and a half hour per day. Data was analyzed using SPSS Win 22.0, a paired t-test was conducted and Pearson's correlation coefficients were calculated. Content analysis was carried out on their experiences obtained from participation in team project activity. The subjects' empathy(t=-2.94, p=.005) and proactivity of problem solving(t=-6.23, p<.001) showed statistically significant difference between before and after the design thinking-based team project learning and had significant positive correlation(r=.634, p<.001). Analysis of team reflection revealed four themes: design thinking, empathy, problem solving ability, and critical thinking. This study verified that design thinking-based team project learning was very effective in developing nursing college students' empathy and proactivity of problem solving. Research Results Design Thinking Based on team learning, project learning is an effective teaching learning method for finding and defining customer needs, creating a solution to problems, and enhancing engagement and empathy through various stakeholder collaborations I could.

This study investigated the effect of pre service teacher's empathic ability on teaching ethics, and child abuse report intention. The subjects were 168 pre-service teachers attending a university located in a micropolitan city. Questionnaires, which required self-reporting by pre service teacher, were used to investigate teacher's empathic ability, teaching ethics and child abuse report intention. The collected data were analyzed by frequency, percent, Pearson's correlation coefficient analysis and stepwise-regression analysis. From the major study findings, first, pre-service teacher's empathic ability was positively correlated with teaching ethics and child abuse report intention. Pre-service teacher's "take perspective", "imagine" of the cognitive empathic ability's subfactor was positively correlated with teaching ethics. Especially, empathic interest was positively correlated with teaching ethics. Cognitive empathy ability showed the highest relationship with ethics for early child. Emotional empathy showed the highest relationship with ethics in society. Second, the pre-service teacher's teaching ethics were influenced by taking perspective, imagining, and empathic attention. These results demonstrate the need to incorporate perspectives in the development of programs to promote pre - service early childhood teacher ethics and child abuse reporting.

The purpose of this study is to identifies services characteristics such as service customization, service ability, service empathy impacts on trust, affective commitment and calculative commitment, and explains causal role of affective commitment and calculative commitment by verifies relationships between trust and affective commitment and calculative commitment and customer loyalty in dental service setting. Analysis of structural equation modeling with SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 16.0 were performed to test the research hypothesis. The result of the study as follows: First, it was found that service customization had effect on affective commitment, and service ability had influence on trust, and service empathy impacts on both trust and affective commitment, but calculative commitment was not found to significant path coefficients in relationships with service characteristics. Second, trust had effects on calculative commitment, but not affective commitment. Third, affective commitment and calculative commitment positively had influence on customer loyalty. Therefore, Dental service providers should be increase user confidence by showing empathy and the ability to service. Customer who had formed trust is to build customer loyalty by inducing loyalty directly or by presents a variety of benefits indirectly. The high emotional attachment customer will have to present a suitable marketing strategies to build strong customer loyalty.
