감성반응형 실내디자인에 관한 연구 - 감성어휘별 색채배색에 의한 디지털 벽면을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Emotion-Responsive Interior Design centered on a Color Coordinate Digital Wall)

  • 본 연구에서는 인간의 감성에 반응하는 디지털 벽면을 통하여 색채 감성 반응에 대한 연구를 목표로 한다 사용자의 감성 반응에 대한 연구 단계로는 첫째, 감성 어휘에 따른 반응을 조사한다. 둘째, 감성어휘에 따라 색채 배색의 데이터를 형성한다. 셋째, 자동적으로 가상공간에서 사용자의 감성어휘에 따라 색채감성공간을 연구한다. 건축공간의 물리적 특성의 한계에서 유동적인 감성반응 환경의 요구를 충족시키는 데에는 많은 한계점이 따른다. 그래서, 본 연구에서는 이러한 한계점을 극복하기 위해 디지털 환경을 이용한 가상공간에서 실행하였다. 이는 실제공간에서의 시행착오를 줄일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 빠른 시간 내에 인간의 반응을 연구할 수 있다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 감성반응의 실내배색에 의해 실내공간에서의 디지털 벽면의 디자인을 가상공간에서 개발하여 거주자의 감성 반응을 평가하는 것을 연구 목적으로 두었다. 이와 같은 거주자의 감성반응형 환경 디자인은 미래의 디자인의 패러다임이 될 것이다.

  • 영상을 주의 깊게 시청하는 관객은 보이는 영상의 성격에 따라 여러 심적 변화를 경험한다. 기쁨, 슬픔, 놀람 등 관객이 느낄 수 있는 다양한 감정 상태는 심리학에서 많이 활용되는 제임스 러셀(James Russell)이 정의한 감정 원형모형을 통해 정리된다. 관객이 느낄 수 있는 감정들 중에서도 특히 지그문트 프로이트(Sigmund Freud)가 언급한 언캐니(uncanny)는 기존의 명료한 정서적 개념들의 틈새에 존재하는 첨예한 중간자로 대변된다. 언캐니 현상은 비윤리적으로 인식되는 영상을 시청하는 관객이 보편적으로 느끼는 불쾌한 부분이 쾌로 수용되는 상태, 즉 사회적 금기에 대해 긍정적인 상태이기 때문에 이는 사회윤리적인 해석과 더불어 명확한 수리적 분석이 후행될 때 비로소 첨예한 심리상태로서 분석 가치를 지닌다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 감정 원형모형과 언캐니 상태를 분석하고, 관객의 언캐니 상태에 관한 가설을 설립하여 ECG(Electronic Cardiogram)와 GSR(Galvanic Skin Response) 신호 측청과 같은 생체신호 실험을 수치화한 결과를 러셀의 감정 원형모형을 기반으로 분포, 거리, 시간 등을 분석하는 방향으로 진행된다.

감성판단에 대한 SOM(States of Mind) 모형 : 긍정적/부정적 정보의 비대칭성 (SOM(State of Mind) Model for Emotional Judgement Asymmetry between Positive and Negative Information)

  • 인간의 적응적인 마음상태는 긍정적/부정적 사고의 상호작용에서 자기 고양적인 방향으로 편향된 비대칭성을 가정한다. 본 논문에서는 긍정적/부정적 인지, 정서의 균형에 대한 심리 수학적 모형인 SOM 모형을 감성판단 영역에 적용하여 보았다. ,iOM 모형은 개인이 긍정적, 부정적 감성의 이분법적 판단에 있어서 평균적으로 6B의 비율을 유지한다고 제안하며, 이러한 비율은 고대수학의 .6)0 ,.182의 황금분할비와 일치하는 것이다. 32명의 일반성인을 대상으로 한 분석결과, 긍정적/부정적 감성단어에 대한 자기 관련성 평정의 SOM 비율은 .62(SD=.On)로 나타났으며, 우연회상 과제수행의 SOM 비율은 .18(SD=.34)로 이론적 기준과 유사하게 나타났다. 또한 상관분석에서 개인의 10M 비율은 긍정적/부정적 감성단어에 대한 평정과도 유의미한 상관관계를 지니고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 인지적 균형비의 의미와 감성과학 분야의 적용 가능성에 대해 제안하였다.

아동의 정서적 부적응 행동과 관련변인과의 인과모형 분석 (A Casual Model between Emotional Maladjustment Behaviors of Children and Related Variables)

  • The purpose of this research is to study the causal model among mother related variables, child abuse, and children's emotional maladjustment behaviors. The sample subjects were 542 pairs of fifth and sixth grade elementary school students and first as well as eighth grade middle school students, and their mothers. The major findings of the research are as follows: First, the result of multiple regression analysis on the effects of the maternal parenting stress and marital satisfaction to the children's abuse indicates that stress related to learning expectation and stress related to relationship with child are the significant contributing factor to physical abuse and verbal abuse. Second, the result of multiple regression analysis on the effects of the maternal parenting stress and child abuse to the children's emotional maladjustment behaviors indicate that verbal abuse is the significant contributing factor. Third, looking at causal relations of the maternal variables (maternal parenting stress, marital satisfaction) and child abuse (physical abuse, verbal abuse, neglect) to the children's emotional maladjustment behaviors, maternal variables impact indirectly through the child abuse factor.

업스케일 레스토랑의 물리적 환경과 인적 서비스, 고객의 감정적 반응 및 서비스 충성도간의 구조적 관계 (The Structural Relationship between Physical Surroundings, Employee Service, Customer Emotion, and Service Loyalty -A Focus on Upscale Restaurants-)

  • While the cognitive aspects of customer behavior have been a main subject of research, some researchers are now focusing on the emotional aspects. The influence of emotion on attitude and judgement has been accepted by many researchers, and most studies regarding emotion have focused on physical surroundings and emotional responses, based on Mehrabian & Russell's 1974 model. This study aimed to expand the scope of the model by including employee service. Here we examined the structural relationships between the physical surroundings and employee service of upscale restaurants, along with emotional response, and service loyalty. Physical surroundings and employee service were used as single factors, and we composed four different emotional responses: positive, negative, positive arousal, and negative arousal. While physical surroundings had impact on 'positive emotion' and 'positive arousal', Employee service had influence on 'negative emotion', and 'negative arousal' as well as 'positive emotion'. And 'positive emotion' and 'positive arousal' influenced service loyalty. Lastly, there was also a correlation between physical surroundings and employee service.

  • If we want to recognize the human's emotion via the facial image, first of all, we need to extract the emotional features from the facial image by using a feature extraction algorithm. And we need to classify the emotional status by using pattern classification method. The AAM (Active Appearance Model) is a well-known method that can represent a non-rigid object, such as face, facial expression. The Bayesian Network is a probability based classifier that can represent the probabilistic relationships between a set of facial features. In this paper, our approach to facial feature extraction lies in the proposed feature extraction method based on combining AAM with FACS (Facial Action Coding System) for automatically modeling and extracting the facial emotional features. To recognize the facial emotion, we use the DBNs (Dynamic Bayesian Networks) for modeling and understanding the temporal phases of facial expressions in image sequences. The result of emotion recognition can be used to rehabilitate based on biofeedback for emotional disabled.

온라인 패션쇼핑몰의 개인 상품 추천서비스가 인지적 태도와 감정적 애착을 통해 서비스 사용행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Personalized Product Recommendation Service of Online Fashion Shopping Mall on Service Use Behaviors through Cognitive Attitude and Emotional Attachment)

  • Personalized product recommendation service is receiving attention as a new marketing strategy while supporting consumer information search and purchasing decisions. This study attempted to verify the effect of self-reference on service use behavior through the dual path of cognitive attitude and emotional attachment. Using convenience sampling, an online survey was conducted with 324 women who were in their 20s and 30s. After collecting and compiling the survey data, the reliability and validity of variables constituting the conceptual research model were verified through confirmatory factor analysis using AMOS 22.0. Next, the significance of sequentially mediated pathways was verified using Process 3.5 Model 80. The results showed that self-referencing not only significantly affects service use intention by simply mediating cognitive attitudes but also sequentially mediates cognitive attitudes and additional information search. Furthermore, self-referencing was significant as an indirect path to service use intention by mediating additional information search. However, in the path mediated by emotional attachment, self-referencing was considered as a simple mediated path leading to service usage intention. These results indicate a dual path in the psychological mechanism, through cognitive and emotional evaluation, that prompts consumer behavioral responses to the personalized product information provided in the shopping process.

Effect of Nurses' Emotional Labor on Customer Orientation and Service Delivery: The Mediating Effects of Work Engagement and Burnout

  • Background: The emotional labor performed by organization members affects psychological well-being at the individual level, which consequently affects results at the organizational level. Moreover, despite evidence that the customer orientation and service level of nurses greatly affect hospital management, studies that comprehensively analyze emotional labor, work burnout, and work engagement related to customer orientation and service level are lacking. This study investigated relationships and paths by designing a model of the effect of emotional labor performed by nurses on the level of service delivery and customer orientation. Methods: This survey-based study was based on a path analysis designed to verify a hypothesized model involving emotional labor performed by nurses, level of service delivery, customer orientation, work engagement, and burnout. Questionnaires were distributed to 378 nurses in general hospitals with more than 500 beds located in Seoul, Republic of Korea, between March 25 and April 8, 2013. Results: The results showed that deep acting and work engagement had direct and indirect effects on increasing the level of service delivery and customer orientation of nurses. However, surface acting had an indirect effect on reducing the level of service delivery and customer orientation. Conclusion: It would be more effective to develop interventions to enhance deep acting and work engagement than to attempt to reduce surface acting and work burnout in clinical nursing settings.

내적모형과 대응자원을 이용한 만성관절염 환자의 적극적 대응전략모형 (Active Coping Strategy Model for Chronic Arthritis : Appling Internal Model of World and Coping Resource)

  • Typical symptoms of rheumatic disease affect overall daily living and cause severe stress. Individuals afflicted with rheumatic disease have many illness-related stresses. Pain was the predominantly perceived stress followed by limitation in mobility, difficulties in carrying out activities of daily living. helplessness, dependency on others, threat to self-esteem, interference in social activity, interference in family relationships. difficulties performing at work, and discomfort of the treatment. Patients with chronic arthritis are subjected to long periods of continuous stress, which may require the management by the health care provider. In these cases, the purpose of the nursing is helping to promote health through supporting patient's coping. Therefore, for the nursing intervention to be effective, it is critical to build a theoretical framework that describes stress-coping for chronic arthritis. Thus, the purpose of this dissertation is to present a theoretical framework which describes the stress-coping processes and to empirically test pathos of this framework for the people with chronic arthritis. The foundation upon which this framework is built in the Erickson, Tomlin, and Swain(1983) theory of Modeling and role-Modeling. The subjects were 275 patients with rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis who visited the outpatient clinic. A hypothetical model of stress-coping was tested by covariance structure analysis with PC-LISREL 8.12 program. As a result, the overall fit was good(Chi-square=94.49, P=0.00, RMR=0.067, GFI=0.95, AGFI=0.91, NNFI=0.93, NFI=0.91) for the hypothetical model. The results of hypothesis testing were as follows : Basic need satisfaction had a statistically significant influence on illness-related experience, emotional stress and coping resources. Internal health locus of control had a statistically significant influence on coping resources. However, independent variables(basic need satisfaction, internal health locus of control, illness-related experience, emotional stress and coping resource) did not have significantly influence on coping. And then, the hypothetical model was modified by considering both the theoretical implication and statistical significance of the parameter estimates. The revised model had a better fit to the data(Chi-square=83.11(P=0.00), RMR=0.061, GFI=0.96, AGFI=0.92, NNFI=0.95, NFI=0.92). Hypothesis emerged from the revised model was tested. The results of hypothesis testing were as follows : Basic need satisfaction had a statistically significant influence on illness-related experience, emotional stress and coping resources. Internal health locus of control had a statistically significant influence on illness-related experience and coping resources. Internal health locus of control, illness-related experience, emotional stress and coping resources had a significantly influence on coping. According to the results of this dissertation, basic need satisfaction and internal health locus of control play a central role in appraisal of illness-related experience and coping resources. And illness related-experience, emotional stress, and coping resources affect on coping activities. In summary, nursing interventions to enhance basic need satisfaction and internal health locus of control will decrease illness related experience and emotional stress and increase coping resources. Increased coping resources will prompt coping activities.

인간과 감정적 상호작용을 위한 '감정 엔진' (Engine of computational Emotion model for emotional interaction with human)

  • 지금까지 로봇 및 소프트웨어 에이전트들을 살펴보면, 감정 모델이 내부에 종속적으로 존재하기 때문에 감정모델만을 별도로 분리해 새로운 시스템에 재활용하기란 쉽지 않다. 따라서 어떤 로봇 및 에이전트와 연동될 수 있는 Engine of computational Emotion model (이하 EE로 표시한다)을 소개한다. 이 EE는 어떤 입력 정보에도 치중되지 않고, 어떤 로봇 및 에이전트의 내부와도 연동되도록 독립적으로 감정을 담당하기 위해, 입력 단계인 인식과 출력 단계인 표현을 배제하고, 순수하게 감정의 생성 및 처리를 담당하는 중간 단계인 감정 발생만을 분리하여, '입력단 및 출력단과 독립적인 소프트웨어 형태, 즉 엔진(Engine)'으로 존재한다. 이 EE는 어떤 입력단 및 출력단과 상호작용이 가능하며, 자체 감정뿐 아니라 상대방의 감정을 사용하며, 성격을 활용하여 종합적인 감정을 산출해낸다. 또한 이 EE는 로봇 및 에이전트의 내부에 라이브러리 형태로 존재하거나, 별도의 시스템으로 존재하여 통신할 수 있는 구조로 활용될 수 있다. 감정은 Joy(기쁨), Surprise(놀람), Disgust(혐오), Fear(공포), Sadness(슬픔), Anger(분노)의 기본 감정을 사용하며, 문자열과 계수를 쌍으로 갖는 정보를 EE는 입력 인터페이스를 통해 입력 신호로 받고, 출력 인터페이스를 통해 출력 신호로 내보낸다. EE는 내부에 감정마다 감정경험의 연결 목록을 가지고 있으며, 이의 계수의 쌍으로 구성된 정보를 감정의 생성 및 처리하기 위한 감정상태 목록으로 사용한다. 이 감정경험 목록은 '인간이 실생활에서 경험하는 다양한 감정에 대한 이해를 도모'하는 감정표현어휘로 구성되어 있다. EE는 인간의 감정을 탐색하여 적절한 반응을 나타내주는 상호작용 제품에 이용 가능할 것이다. 본 연구는 제품이 '인간을 공감하고 있음'을 인간이 느낄 수 있도록 유도하는 시스템을 만들고자 함이므로, HRI(인간-로봇 상호작용)나 HCI(인간-컴퓨터 상호작용)와 관련 제품이 효율적인 감정적 공감 서비스를 제공하는데 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
