아버지와 어머니의 부모 효능감, 양육지식 및 민감성의 비교 연구 - 영아기 자녀를 둔 부모를 대상으로 - (A Comparative Study between fathers and mothers on the Parenting Efficacy, Knowledge of Infant-care and Sensitivity)

  • The purpose of this study is comparing parenting efficacy, knowledge of infant-care and sensitivity, The subjects of this study were 100 parents having 12-24 monthes old child in the city of Jeonju, Korea. Parenting efficacy was developed by Shin, Suk-Jae(1997) and consisting of 16 questions. The knowledge of infant-care was assessed using Knowledge of Child Development Inventory(KCDI) by Yoon Hyung Ju, which was modified by pedology Professor and 3 graduate school students in master's or doctorate courses. In addition, by using a tool made by Gwon, Mi-Gyeong(1998) centering on the literatures on infant cue in Barnard's NCAST program, the parents' sensitivity of infant cue is investigated. The statistical analysis of the collected data is done with SPSS 10.0, and frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, t/F test and Pearson's correlation are also used. The results of this study were as following: First, mother's parenting efficacy was higher than father's. There were significant differences in parenting efficacy by eudcational level of mothers. Second, knowledge of infant-care was higher in mothers than fathers. Areas that mothers have knowledge of infant-care in the order of the lowest areas are emotional development, sociality development, physical development and cognitive development. Third, mothers reaction to infant cue is more sensitive and positive than father's. Fourth, There were positive correlations with father's parenting efficacy and knowledge of infant-care on emotional development, and paternal parenting uneasiness has negative correlations with his sociality development and emotional development.Meanwhile, There were positive correlations with mother's parenting efficacy and knowledge of infant-care on emotional development. Maternal parenting efficacy has negative correlations with her knowledge of infant-care on emotional development.

치과 의료기관 종사자의 감정노동과 직무스트레스가 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (The effects of emotional labor and stress on job satisfaction in oral health professional)

  • Objectives : This study was to investigate the level of emotional labor and stress on job satisfaction and the significant factors influencing job satisfaction in oral health professional. Methods : Data were obtained from a cross-sectional survey of 297 oral health professional(mean age=$29.95{\pm}8.10$). Participants in the study were recruited when they attended the dental health form in Gwangju. Emotional labor was classified into two factors: external, inner. Stress consisted of four factors: sleep disorder&anxiety, self-confidence, health&vital, social role work. job satisfaction included growth development, stability chase. The data was analysed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and multiple regression. Results : The mean score of emotional labor and score was 3.13 out of a maximum 7 points. job satisfaction was negatively correlated with emotional labor and stress. job satisfaction explained 32.0%. Conclusions : Based on the findings, The emotional labor and stress was correlated with job satisfaction. These results suggest that further development should be continued to develop the effective emotional labor and stress to improve the job satisfaction of oral healthcare professional.

어머니의 성취압력과 정서적 지지가 청소년의 성취동기에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Maternal Achievement Pressure and Emotional Support on Adolescents' Achievement Motivation)

  • The main purpose of this study was to examine the effects of maternal achievement pressure and emotional support on adolescents' achievement motivation. A total of 241 adolescents in the second grade of two middle schools in Seoul and their mothers participated in the study, and completed questionnaires on mothers' achievement pressure and emotional support. Adolescents also answered a questionnaire on achievement motivation. Sohn's(1997) Achievement Pressure Scale, Sung's(1993) Social Support Scale and Hermans'(1970) Prestatie Motivatie Scale were used for this survey. Data were analyzed by Pearson's correlation coefficients, t-tests, regressions, and one-way ANOVA with Duncan's multiple range tests. Results showed that maternal achievement pressure and emotional support and adolescents' achievement motivation did not vary as a function of sex. Maternal achievement pressure and emotional support had positive effects on achievement motivation of adolescents, and maternal achievement pressure played a more influential role on the motivation of adolescents than emotional support. Among four groups divided by the level of maternal achievement pressure and emotional support, high/high, high/low, low/high, and low/low, adolescents in the high/high group were perceived to have the highest achievement motivation. Findings suggest that both maternal achievement pressure and emotional support are important in improving adolescents' achievement motivation.

The Impact of Shared Leadership on Organizational Commitment and Career Development in Startups

  • Due to the relative lack of concerns and research on organizational career development in startups, we study aimed to reveal the impact of shared leadership in startups on organizational career development through organizational commitment. The research method was an online survey targeting 200 startup members from April 11 to April 28, 2023, and a total of 195 copies were used in the final analysis. As a result of the study, first, among the shared leadership of startups, development and mentoring were found to have a positive impact on emotional commitment. Second, among the shared leadership of startups, planning and organizing, support and empathy were found to have a positive impact on continuous commitment. Third, planning and organizing, support and empathy had a positive impact on normative commitment. Third, among startups' shared leadership, planning and organizing, support and empthy had a positive impact on normative commitment. Fourth, emotional and continuous commitment were found to have a positive impact on improving career goals in organizational career growth. Fifth, emotional and continuous and normative commitment were each found to have a positive influence on the development of professional abilities in organizational career development. Lastly, emotional, continuous and normative commitment were all found to have a positive influence on the speed of promotion in organizational career growth. As a result, it is expected that the results of this study will be able to suggest shared leadership policy directions and goals for startups.

영아교사의 민감성, 효능감, 영아와의 상호작용이 영아의 사회·정서발달에 미치는 영향 (Effects of the Infant Teachers' Susceptibility, Efficacy, and Interactions between Teachers and Infants on the Social·Emotional Development of Infants)

  • 본 연구에서는 영아교사의 민감성, 효능감, 영아와의 상호작용이 영아의 사회 정서발달에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구는 서울, 경기 지역 어린이집 교사 169명과 이들이 담임하고 있는 영아 중 한 명씩을 선정하게 하여 총 169명의 영아를 대상으로 하였으며, 교사용 척도를 통해 교사의 민감성, 효능감, 상호작용과 영아의 사회 정서발달 자료를 수집하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 18.0을 이용 하였다. 영아교사의 배경변인에 따른 교사의 민감성, 효능감, 영아-교사 상호작용의 차이를 검증하기 위하여 분산분석을 실시하였으며, 변인 간 관계성을 알아보기 위해 Pearson의 상관분석, 그리고 영아의 사회 정서발달에 미치는 변인들의 상대적 영향력을 알아보기 위해 단계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사의 민감성, 효능감, 교사-영아 상호작용 및 영아의 사회 정서발달은 교사의 배경변인 중 영아교사의 경력에 따라 차이가 나타났으며, 교사경력, 영아교사경력, 연령, 어린이집 유형, 학력에 따라 부분적으로 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 영아교사의 민감성, 효능감, 상호작용 모두가 영아의 사회 정서발달과 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 셋째, 영아교사의 민감성, 효능감, 상호작용이 동시에 영아의 사회 정서발달에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 영아교사의 민감성과 상호작용이 영향을 미치는 강력한 변인이었다. 이들 변인은 영아의 사회 정서발달을 53% 설명하였다. 이와 같은 결과는 영아교사가 영아의 사회 정서발달을 높이기 위해 개개인의 요구에 민감하게 반응할 수 있도록 민감성 수준을 높이고 긍정적인 상호작용을 하려고 노력해야 함을 시사한다.

영화 스토리와 관객 감성반응과의 상관성에 대한 연구 (Correlation between Stories and Emotional Responses for American Movies)

  • 영화를 감상하는 동안 관객들은 각기 다양한 감성 반응을 보인다. 슬퍼하고 분노하며, 기뻐하고 화를 내는 등의 감성 반응이 영화가 전개되는 스토리에 따라 나타난다. 영화 전개에서 벌어지는 상황과 사건 등에서 관객이 보인 감성반응이 무엇인지를 뇌파 측정을 통해 알 수 있다. 이것을 연구하기 위해 연구 대상으로 각 장르를 대표하며, 흥행에 성공하여 많은 사람들에게 알려진 미국 영화 4편을 선택하였다. 어드밴처 장르의 <내서널트래저>, 애니메이션 장르의 <토이스토리3>, 액션 장르의 <아이언맨1>, 드라마 장르의 <블라인드사이드>이다. 이들 영화의 감성반응을 측정하기 위해 뇌파의 PPG를 중심으로 4개 경우를 설정하여 시계열 그래프 패턴으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 그래프에 나타난 감성반응이 스토리 전개와 밀접한 상관성이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 향후 영화 제작할 때, 특히 스토리를 어떻게 구성하여 전개시켜 나갈 것인가 할 때 장르 선택에 도움을 줄 것이고, 관객들의 감성을 유도해 내는 데도 도움을 줄 것이라고 기대한다.

초등학교 공간의 감성화 구성요소별 선호도 분석 (Analysis on the Preference for each Emotional Component in Elementary School Space)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest the direction and recognition for applying to component of Emotion of the elementary school space with characteristics of child development. For the accomplishment of the study is to deduce types of emotional component and characteristics of child development based on literature and advanced research related to 'Child development and behavior', 'The elementary school space', and concept of 'children' and 'emotion'. In addition, The level of recognition of teachers and students about creation plan of school space by types of emotion component and preference and relationships of students on emotion component of elementary school space is investigated. The space environment has great influence in childhood going through big changes in physical, cognitive, emotional and social ways, Providing space environment built with emotion component such as 'affordance', 'diversity', 'territoriality', and 'relationships' considering characteristics of child development is most important of all, In particular, when building indoor space in elementary schools where students going through various development stages live, providing friendly environments for emotion of children put top priority on students in the decision-making process and guaranteed the participation of students is expected.

저소득층 아동을 위한 혼합연령 방과후 프로그램 개발 연구: 정서지능 발달을 중심으로 (Development of the Mixed-Age After School Program for Low SES Children: Focused on Facilitation of Emotional Intelligence)

  • The present study researched the development of a mixed-age after school program with a focus on the facilitation of emotional intelligence for low SES children. The model program was based on the Mayer and Salovey (1997) theory of emotional intelligence. Activities for 17 sessions were constructed on the basis of 43 objectives. The program was implemented with 53 children in the after school program classes of one elementary school in Kyuggi Province for 6 months. Participants were from low SES families, grouped into 3 mixed-age (K-3rd grade level) classes. Evaluation of the program showed positive effects on the development of children's emotional intelligence. Validity and appropriateness were discussed.

3D 애니메이션 "인사이드 아웃" 분석을 통한 감성별 캐릭터 외형특징 연구 (A Study on Character's Emotional Appearance in Distinction Focused on 3D Animation "Inside Out")

  • 본 연구는, 발전하는 3D 애니메이션 영상산업의 캐릭터 개발과 관련하여, 심리변화를 중심으로 감정의 표현방법을 위한 캐릭터의 외형별 특징 분석에 대한 연구로, 2015년 픽사의 인사이드 아웃을 중심으로 심리의 시각적 형태를 위한 5명 캐릭터의 감성별 외형 특징을 대상으로 분석논문을 진행하였다. 이를 위해 선행연구로 인간의 심리적 범주의 변화를 심리학자 Paul Ekman과 Robert Plutchik의 기본감정을 연구배경으로 선택, 이를 바탕으로 애니메이션 인사이드아웃 속 사춘기 소녀의 심리요소를 대표하는 다섯 캐릭터의 외형적 특징 요소를 감성별 표정변화와 감성별 색상변화를 심리적 관점에서 접근, 시각적인 표현의 방식에 대하여 분석하였다. 본 연구는 3D 애니메이션 제작과 관련하여 감성 표현을 통한 캐릭터 설정에 필수적인 외형 특징 연구가 필요하다고 판단, 향후 애니메이션 제작을 위한 차별화된 캐릭터 설정 및 개발에 필요한 가이드라인을 제시하는 것에 본 연구의 목적과 의의를 두었다.

부모별거 초등학생의 별거 경험 및 양육요인에 따른 사회·정서적 적응력 연구 -연변 조선족 아동과 한국 아동의 비교- (Separation from Parents : Socio-Emotional Adjustment of Korean-Chinese Elementary School Children in Yanbian - Comparison with Korean Children-)

  • In this comparison of the relative effects of children's separation from their parents, socio-emotional adjustment was assessed by emotional and behavioral problems and emotional intelligence. Subjects were 502 elementary school children separated from their parents(162 in Yanbian and 340 in Korea) and their caregivers. Data analysis was by frequency, t-test, and multiple regression controlled by gender and grade in school. Caregivers living with children and their parenting efficacy were significant variables for the development of socio-emotional adjustment in Korean-Chinese children in Yanbian, but reasons for parent-child separation, caregivers' psychological and behavioral characteristics, and SES were significant variables for children in Korea. Implications are that regional differences should be considered in understanding and supporting the development of children's socio-emotional adjustment.
