최근 핵가족화, 개인화 등과 같은 사회구조 변화로 개인 및 사회적 문제가 대두되고 있으며, 부정적 감정 증폭으로 인해 다양한 문제의 원인이 되기도 한다. 과거에 심리적 안정감을 주는 가족 구성원의 부재는 현대인의 감정적 어려움의 대표적인 원인으로 꼽을 수 있다. 이러한 개인 및 사회적 문제를 일상생활에서 사용자와 교감하는 컴패니언 로봇의 공감 인터랙션을 통해 해결하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 감성 로봇 프로토타입 제작을 통해 정교한 공감 인터랙션 디자인을 하였으며, 실험을 통해 연구를 진행하였다. 그 결과로 감성 로봇의 공감 인터랙션에 얼굴 인터랙션이 크게 영향을 미치며, 부정 감성에서 인터랙션이 로봇의 공감도를 높이는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 결과적으로 본 연구는 감성 로봇을 제작하여 더욱 정교한 인터랙션을 구현하였다는 점과, 실험 결과를 바탕으로 로봇의 공감 인터랙션 디자인 가이드라인을 제시하였다는 점에서 이론적 및 실용적 의의가 있다.

본 연구에서는 원형 베젤을 이용하여 감성 조명을 제어하는 시스템을 개발하였다. 기존의 조명제어 시스템들은 스위치, 스마트 폰으로 제어하였다. 이러한 시스템들은 조명이 표현할 수 있는 다양한 빛을 표현해주지 못하고 복잡한 인터페이스를 사용하였다. 사용자의 편의성을 향상시키기 위해서 조명의 다양한 빛을 제어할 수 있는 기능과 직관적인 인터페이스가 필요하다. 조명의 색조, 색온도, 채도, 밝기 까지 세세하게 조절하는 기능을 만들었다. 스마트 워치의 휠 인터페이스를 이용하여 다양한 빛을 직관적으로 제어 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 시스템은 사용자에게 스마트 감성 조명을 제공하기 위하여 사용자에게 감성정보를 선택받는다. 사용자는 "안정", "놀람", "피곤", "화남" 등 11가지의 감성 중에서 감성을 선택할 수 있다. 또한 본 연구에서는 사용자의 감성 정보와 시간, 위치를 프로파일링 한다. 본 연구에서는 스마트 워치의 원형 베젤을 이용하여 스마트 전구를 제어하는 시스템을 개발하였다.

우수한 애니메이션 영화의 생명력과 매력은 관객에게 제공되는 미학적, 정서적 공감대 형성과 장면의 구도, 그 중에서도 어떻게 롱 테이크샷을 유연하게 사용하느냐에 따라 크게 좌우된다. 이를 통해 애니메이션과 관객 사이에 진정한 공감대 형성이 이루어지게 된다. 본 논문은 애니메이션에 사용되는 롱 테이크의 정적 레이아웃과 동적 레이아웃의 화면 특징 및 차이점을 연구하고, 관객이 애니메이션을 관람한 후에 느끼는 감정에 대해 연구한 감정반응 이론의 다양한 사례 연구로 구성되어 있다. 또한 장편 애니메이션 '나타요해'의 장면 분석과 함께 애니메이션을 감상한 관객이 만들어내는 감정의 변화를 살펴본다. 논문의 말미에는 애니메이션에서 롱 테이크와 애니메이션 제작자 간 정서적 체험 관계와 애니메이션 롱 테이크가 어떻게 관객의 미적 감각과 감정 체험을 자극하는지 정리했다. 이를 통해 제작자들이 향후 애니메이션 연구에 참고가 되어 관객에게 양질의 애니메이션 작품을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

Purpose: Traditional charity retail needs to change its communication in the online environment. This article examines the effectiveness of communication by online charity organizations in terms of the type of messages being delivered. Research design, data and methodology: Study 1 based on a sample of 120 Korean adults, we investigated whether charity asking messages for domestic people, compared to those for foreign people, prompt more favorable evaluations when framed with low (vs. high) construal levels. In Study 2, with 120 Korean adults sample, we tested whether emotional message appeals prompt a more favorable response than rational messages when framed in a socially close. Results: According to the result of Study 1, for the domestic recipients, donation messages situated in the near, compared to the distant, future induced more favorable reactions from potential donors. Moreover, in Study 2, emotional (vs. rational) message appeals generated more positive donation intentions when they were framed in the socially close situation. Conclusions: This research contributes that differing consumer construal have important implications for how marketing communication might best gain charitable support. This suggests that marketers who design a donation message should consider message's appeal and type to activate the potential donors' willingness to participate in the campaign.

본 논문에서는 LED 광색의 삼속성을 이용하여 상황에 따라 변하는 인간의 심장 박동수를 안정시키는 감성조명을 제작하였다. 특정 기타 악보내의 기타코드와 박자로 제어한 동적 LED와 정적 LED, 무조명시 심장박동수의 변화를 확인하였다. 그 결과, 피실험자의 특정 시간동안의 bpm 기울기가 동적 LED 상태에서 -12.85이며 정적인 LED의 -12.05, 무조명상태의 -11.05보다 가파른 것을 확인하였으며 이는 동적 LED가 다른 상태에서보다 심장 박동수의 안정화에 효과적임을 알 수 있다.

Many companies are now trying to utilize SNS (social network service) by building it as marketing communication platform that delivers marketing messages and builds customer relationship. This study investigates the factors affecting consumers' intention to use of brand's SNS identity page (e.g., fan page in Facebook). It specifically focuses on four social support functions -self-esteem, informational, emotional and social networking support-in virtual space. Research model attempts to explore the impact of social supports on brands' SNS identity page adoption with modified technology acceptance model which includes perceived usefulness, ease of use and enjoyment. Empirical study adopts SEM (structural equation modelling) to test research model. The result indicates that perceived ease of use is influenced by informational support, and perceived usefulness is influenced by informational, emotional, and self-esteem support. And perceived enjoyment is influenced by emotional support. In addition, it reveals that there were no significant effects of social networking support on both perceived usefulness and enjoyment. These findings provide managerial implications for attracting potential and actual customers to brand's SNS identity page. And it also suggests the importance of managing sociability in brand's SNS identity page to make it as marketing communication platform.

Currently, convenience stores, which are naturally located within a 1-minute walk, are easily accessible, so customers can easily purchase the items they need, and now they are indispensable places for people. In line with modern society that focuses on buying and selling goods quickly and easily, such as 'convenience' and 'quickness', convenience stores also have been changing by marketing such as home-delivery service and storage of fresh products, not just simply selling goods. In addition, by utilizing application software, we can use everything with one smartphone that we use a lot, in order to provide reservation delivery, pickup, and subscription services. In this study, we conducted experiments focusing on the factors of convenience store service quality and users using convenience stores, and examined how these experiments affect behavioral intentions of customers through their emotional responses. As a result, it was confirmed that empathy had a positive (+) effect on the pleasure of customers, and reliability had a negative (-) effect on arousal. In addition, it was found that empathy had a positive (+) effect on arousal, and responsiveness and empathy had a positive (+) effect on dominance. Finally, it was found that pleasure and dominance had a positive (+) effect on the loyalty of customers. In this study, we intend to provide basic data on existing or future convenience stores.

The purpose of this paper is to understand and express emotions and experiences from the perspective of others through empathy, which is crucial for maintaining social relationships. The smooth formation of interpersonal relationships through the physical activity of children with disabilities holds significant meaning. Children with disabilities often lack opportunities for interaction with their peers compared to typical children, and the absence of effective communication methods poses difficulties in forming relationships. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the effects of a movement education program on enhancing empathy in children with disabilities. The program was implemented for 12 weeks from April to June 2023, involving five children with disabilities. The movement education program comprised 12 topics, encompassing physical, emotional, and cognitive domains. Empathy was measured in two areas: cognitive empathy and emotional empathy. The results indicated improvement in both cognitive and emotional empathy after the program compared to the pre-assessment. The rate of progress varied depending on the type and severity of the disability, but overall, positive changes in the development of empathy were observed. Through this research, it is hoped that movement programs can be practically utilized as a valuable resource.

Training in self-expression was provided 24 times over 8 weeks for 5-year-old children in two classes in A kindergarten at an elementary school located in G metropolitan city. The posttest conducted at the conclusion of the training session confirmed significant statistical differences between the two groups. All the subfields on initiative, such as emotional ability, communication, and achievement motivation showed significant differences between groups.

The appropriate use of color and light can increase psychological stress or feelings of mental stability. As such, many people currently use color therapy, which provides relaxation and stability through color stimulation. The smartphone-based psychological color therapy system that is to be developed through the study is a method for relieving stress. This study examines a method of using smartphones to understand user's emotional information such as types of stress and to provide color therapy information regarding these emotions. The goal of this study is to use the user's smart phone to provide color therapy that employs the user's emotional information. The intelligent emotion system, which uses platforms such as mobile devices and the PC, was designed considering the user's context, and it provides the user with various data formats such as images, video, text, audio, to send results to the user. The system was developed in the form of a service-based mobile application. The study designed an emotional color therapy system that uses a smartphone to measure the user's stress and provides appropriate color therapy.
