외상성 뇌손상으로 인지기능 장애가 유발된 소음인 환자 치험 1례 (A Case Study about Soeumin with Cognitive Disorder from Traumatic Head Injury)

  • 1. Objectives The purpose of this case is to report that a Soeumin patient with cognitive disorder from traumatic head injury needed to be managed with the consideration of the difference of Nature and Emotion(性情). 2. Methods To evaluate the patient's cognition disorder and mental state, we performed the MMSE(Mini-Mental State Examination) and the MMPI(Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory). and he was diagnosed as Soeumin and treated by Kwakhyangchungki-san(藿香正氣散) mainly. 3. Results and Conclusions (1) In this case, we observed specifically-biased Nature and Emotion(性情) of Soeumin like ‘恒欲處而不欲出’, ‘恒欲爲雌而不欲爲雄’, ‘喜別人之助己也’. ‘喜好不定’, ‘不安定之心’ (2) The management of Soeumin with cognitive disorder from traumatic head injury is that he or she should live together his or her family, and have an active manner with a generous and broad-minded mental attitude. (3) A therapist must give a patient mental support and inspire him or her with courage. (4) The deviation of Nature and Emotion(性情) should be taken into consideration when we manage the patient with cognitive disorder from traumatic head injury.

감정적 경험에 의존하는 정서 기억 메커니즘 (Emotional Memory Mechanism Depending on Emotional Experience)

  • In come cases, people differently respond on the same joke or thoughtless behavior - sometimes like it and laugh, another time feel annoyed or angry. This fact is explained that experiences which we had in the past are remembered by emotional memory, so they cause different responses. When people face similar situation or feel similar emotion, they evoke the emotion experienced in the past and the emotional memory affects current emotion. This paper suggested the mechanism of the emotional memory using SOM through the similarity between the emotional memory and SOM learning algorithm. It was assumed that the mechanism of the emotional memory has also the characteristics of association memory, long-term memory and short-term memory in its process of remembering emotional experience, which are known as the characteristics of the process of remembering factual experience. And then these characteristics were applied. The mechanism of the emotional memory designed like this was applied to toy hammer game and I measured the change in the power of toy hammer caused by differently responding on the same stimulus. The mechanism of the emotional memory suggest in above is expected to apply to the fields of game, robot engineering, because the mechanism can express various emotions on the same stimulus.

사회 네트워크 분석을 이용한 중등 인성 교육의 세부요인에 관한 실증 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Sub-factors of Middle School Character Education using Social Network Analysis)

  • The advancements in scientific technology and information network in the 21st century allow us to easily acquire a desired knowledge. In the midst of today's informatization, globalization, and cultural diversification, adolescents experience emotional confusion while accommodating diverse cultures and information. This study aimed at examining three aspects of character suggested by the Ministry of Education, which are ethics, sociality, and emotion, and the actual sub-factors required for character education. To that end, a survey was conducted with adolescents who were at a character-building age, and social network analysis (SNA) was performed to determine the effect of character education on the sub-factors. The statistics program SPSS was used to investigate the general traits of the subjects and the validity of the research variables. The 2-mode data that were finally selected were converted to 2-mode data using NetMinder 4, which is a network analysis tool. Furthermore, a data network was established based on a quasi-network that represents the relationships between ethics, sociality, and emotion. The results of this study showed that the subjects considered honesty and justice to be the sub-domains of the ethics domain. In addition, they identified sympathy, communication, consideration for others, and cooperation as the sub-domains of the sociality domain. Finally, they believed that self-understanding and self-control were the sub-domains of the emotion domain.

패밀리레스토랑의 서비스 접점 요소가 고객의 감정적 반응 및 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Study on the Effects of Service Encounter Elements in a Family Restaurant Based on Customers' Emotional Response and Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study was to understand the interrelationships between customers' perception of service encounter elements, customers' emotional response and customer satisfaction in a family restaurant. Based on a total of 408 samples, this study reviewed the reliability and fitness of the research model and verified a total of 4 hypotheses using the Amos program. The hypothesized relationships of the model were tested simultaneously using a structural equation model (SEM). The proposed model provided an adequate fit to the data, ${\chi}^2$=821.151 (df=333), CMIN/df 2.466, GFI .878, NFI .927, IFI .955, TLI .949, CFI .955, RMSEA .060. The results showed that human factor ($\beta$=.426) and physical factor ($\beta$=.266) as service encounter elements in family restaurants were indicated to have a positive (+) influence on customers' positive emotion. For influence of customers' negative emotion, human factor ($\beta$=-.157) was surveyed to have a negative (-) influence. Also, customers' positive emotion ($\beta$=.716) and negative emotion ($\beta$=-.081) had significant effects on customer satisfaction. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.

A Study of Consumers' Perceived Risk, Privacy Concern, Information Protection Policy, and Service Satisfaction in the Context of Parcel Delivery Services

  • The proposed conceptual framework is based in the relationships among knowledge of personal information security, trust on the personal information security policies of parcel delivery service companies, privacy concern, trust in and risk of parcel delivery services, and user satisfaction with parcel delivery services. Drawing upon both cognitive theory of emotion and cognitive emotion theory that complement each other, we propose a research model and examine the relationships between cognitive and emotional factors and the usage of parcel delivery services. The proposed model is validated using data from customers who have previously used parcel delivery services. The results show a significant relationship between the cognitive and affective factors and the usage of parcel delivery services. This study enhances our understanding of parcel delivery services based on the consumers' psychological processes and presents useful implications on the importance of privacy and security in these services.

유아의 언어능력 및 정서조절능력과 어머니의 양육행동이 유아의 또래유능성과 또래공격행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Preschool Children's Language Ability, Emotion Regulation, and Mothers' Parenting Behavior on Peer Competence and Aggressive Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of mothers' parenting behavior, preschool children's language ability and emotion regulation on peer competence and aggressive behavior. The subjects were 100 preschool children (49 girls and 51 boys; mean age, 70.30 months), their mothers and teachers, recruited from five daycare centers located in Gyeonggi-do area. Each child's language ability was assessed individually with the standardized measure, the Preschool Receptive-Expressive Language Scale and their teachers reported on the children's peer competence and aggressive behavior. Their mothers also reported on parenting behavior and their child's emotion regulation by questionnaire. The collected data was analyzed by correlation analysis and hierarchical regression. The main results of this study were as follows. First, preschool children's peer competence was positively related to maternal warmth and children's language ability. Their aggressive behavior was positively related to harsh maternal parenting but negatively related to emotion regulation. Second, hierarchical regression analyses revealed that children's language ability and maternal warmth predicted peer competence. Third, children's gender, emotion regulation, and harsh maternal parenting predicted aggressive behavior. These findings could provide basic information for programs and services to promote peer competence in preschool children.

  • 최근 트위터, 페이스북 등과 같은 소셜 네트워크 서비스(Social Network Service, SNS)의 확산과 더불어 정보의 생성 및 공유가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 SNS 매체들을 통해 생산하는 많은 데이터를 활용하기 위해 축적된 데이터로부터 의미 있는 정보를 추출해 내는 기술의 필요성이 대두되고 있으며, 데이터 마이닝 기법을 이용하여 의미있는 지식을 찾아낸다. 특히, 다양한 형태의 방대한 자료들로부터 표출되는 의견, 정책, 성향, 감정 등 대중의 집단지성에 나타난 일반적인 감정분석이 활용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 대중들이 SNS를 통해 작성한 사용자들의 짧은 문장에 함축된 단어와 단어들 간의 연관성을 이용하여 문장 내 감정 상태를 예측하고 사용자의 감정에 따른 적절한 답변이나 추출한 감정과 유사한 트윗글이나 영화 등을 추천하는데 사용될 수 있는 방법을 제안한다.

  • 최근 인간의 감성에 반응하고, 감성을 유도하는 감성콘텐츠가 문화산업 분야에서 크게 주목을 받으면서 멀티미디어 콘텐츠가 유발하는 감성 추출에 초점이 모아지고 있다. 게다가 최근 멀티미디어 콘텐츠가 빠르고 방대하게 생산, 유통되는 흐름으로 볼 때 콘텐츠에서 유발하는 감성을 자동으로 추출하는 기법의 연구들이 주목받고 있다. 본 논문은 멀티미디어 콘텐츠의 소리 정보 중 특정 주파수대역의 볼륨 값을 활용하여 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 내의 감성지수를 추출하는 방법에 대해 연구하고자 한다. 이러한 연구는 동영상 콘텐츠의 감성지수를 자동으로 추출할 수 있도록 하며 추출된 정보를 활용하여 사용자의 현재 감성, 혹은 날씨 등과 같은 기타 요소에 맞추어 사용자에게 맞춤형 콘텐츠를 제공하는데 사용되어질 것이다.

  • 현대사회에서 스트레스로 인한 심리적 질병과 충동적 범죄들이 발생하고 있다. 스트레스를 줄이기 위한 기존 치료방법은 지속적인 방문 상담을 통해 심리상태를 파악하고, 약물치료나 심리치료로 처방하였다. 이러한 대면 상담 치료 방법은 효과적지만, 환자의 상태 판단에 많은 시간이 소요되며, 개인의 상황에 따라서 지속적인 관리가 어려운 치료 효율성의 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서 시청각적 스트레스에 의해 유발된 감정 상태를 실시간으로 분류하고, 사용자의 감정을 안정적인 상태로 유도하는 인공지능 감정 관리 시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템은 PPG와 GSR를 이용하여 다중 생체신호를 측정하고, 적합한 데이터 형태로 변환하는 전처리 과정을 거쳐 SVM 알고리즘을 통해 기쁨, 진정, 슬픔, 두려움 등 대표적인 4가지의 감정 상태를 분류한다. 분류결과가 슬픔이나 두려움과 같은 부정적 상태로 판단되면, 실시간 감정관리 서비스를 제공하여 사용자의 감정이 안정적인 상태로 유도됨을 실험을 통해 검증한다.

조직공정성이 감정, 직무만족 그리고 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Organizational Justice on Emotions, Job Satisfaction, and Turnover Intention in Franchise Industry)

  • Purpose - Turnover Intention in the franchise industry is becoming a very important issue. This study examines the structural relationships between organizational justice, emotion, job satisfaction, and turnover intention in the franchise industry. In this model, emotion was classified into two sub-dimensions such as positive and negative emotion. Research design, data, methodology - The sample of this study collected from employees of a food-service franchise company is representative. Copies of the questionnaire along with a cover letter were delivered by a research assistant to the human resources manager or the general manager of the selected food-service franchise firms after they agreed to participate in the study. In order to increase the response rate of the respondents, a small gift was provided to the respondents who completed the questionnaire. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed and 285 returned responses, 9 responses were not usable due to missing information. Thus, a total of 276 responses were used using structural equation modeling with Smartpls 3.0. Results - The results showed that organizational justice had positive significant effects on positive emotion and job satisfaction. Job satisfaction had negative a significant effect on turnover intention. And negative emotion had positive significant effect on turnover intention. Conclusions - The results of this study provide some implications. If employees feel that the franchise headquarters is fair about the methods and procedures of decision making, resource allocation, information sharing, etc., it means that employees feel better. If the franchise's decision-making processes and methods and results are transparently disclosed and processed in accordance with the internal rules of the company, the employees will be able to fully understand and accept them. The results of this study also show that positive and negative emotions of service-based franchise employees have different effects on job attitude and organizational behavior. In particular, when negative emotions of employees are passed on to others and the results are negative, employees may feel that they are disoriented or wrong. Therefore, the franchise headquarters should try to inspire employees' sense of organizational community, and should pay attention to how to relieve the job stress and the fair distribution of work and rewards.
