  • In consideration of piezoelectric characteristic and Temperature stability, 3-element system dopped with NiO, $Cr_2O_3$ well-known as Hardner and Stabilizer whose primary element is PZT was eximanated its structure, piezoelectric characteristics, dopping with Nio, $Cr_2O_3$. We think that piezoelectric Characteristic is developed, remenent polarization and $E_c$ can developed in specimens by dopping with NiO, $Cr_2O_3$ additive. also, electromechanical quality factor largely showed tendency of decrement. According to dopping NiO, $Cr_2O_3$ more.

  • Recently, world leading companies on manufacturing field are trying to adopt a PLM methodology, which is a new production paradigm, for a survival and strengthening the competitiveness. Some projects for a digital shipyard including a methodology of a digital simulation framework are going on by Seoul national university and Samsung heavy industry. A Database methodology for a scheduling data, an interfacing methodology for a simulation input and output, and a synchronized simulation related methodology are required for enhancing the value of the digital simulation for shipbuilding. In this paper, such a methodologies and a related case study for a fabrication factory and an assembly factory are presented.

화장품 로드 숍 파사드의 브랜드 아이덴티티 표현요소와 브랜드 인지도의 영향관계에 관한 연구 - 명동 지역 화장품 로드 숍의 파사드 디자인을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Influence of Brand Identity Expressional Elements and Brand Awareness in Cosmetic Road Shop's Facade - Focusing on Designs of Facades of Cosmetic Road Shops in Myeongdong -)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate how brand identity expressional elements in cosmetic road shops' facades would affect the brand awareness of consumers while extracting those brand identity expressional elements observed in the facades of the cosmetic road shops. In order to achieve the research goal, the study used Q methodology, a method to measure subjectivity. The results have been summarized as follows. (1) The elements to express the brand identity found in the facades of the cosmetic road shops were observed to be two-dimensional expressional elements, and they should include a symbol, a logo, a signboard, materials to express an image (products, models) and a brand color. As for the three-dimensional expressional elements, they were a building (form, materials, pattern), decorations (lean-to roof, canopy, sculptures, lighting, screen) and a display window (focusing on products, visuality or the inside of a shop). (2) The findings of the analyses on the brand awareness using Q methodology have been presented as follows. (1) When multiple identity expressional elements which would be associated with each other are used, the brand awareness gets increased relatively efficiently. (2) In case of men, they would perceive a brand more easily through those formative expressional elements such as a form of a building. (3) In case of women, they would perceive a brand more conveniently through those visual expressional elements such as a brand color. (3) In conclusion, the study figured out that, among the brand identity expressional elements, the one which would influence the brand awareness most would be (1) the brand color, followed by (2) the building-form, (3) the lean-to roof, (4) the display window and (5) the logo. Based upon what has been learned so far, the study confirmed that when it comes to securing the brand awareness in the market, cosmetic companies should, first, realize how important it is to make good use of the two-dimensional (visual) expressional element, the brand color, and the three-dimensional expressional element, the form of the building, together before they even try to design facades of their shops on the streets.

A new replaceable fuse for moment resisting frames: Replaceable bolted reduced beam section connections

  • This paper describes a new type of replaceable fuse for moment resisting frames. Column-tree connections with beam splice connections are frequently preferred in the moment resisting frames since they eliminate field welding and provide good quality. In the column-tree connections, a part of the beam is welded to the column in the shop and the rest of the beam is bolted with the splice connection in the field. In this study, a replaceable reduced beam section (R-RBS) connection is proposed in order to eliminate welding process and facilitate assembly at the site. In the proposed R-RBS connection, one end is connected by a beam splice connection to the beam and the other end is connected by a bolted end-plate connection to the column. More importantly is that the proposed R-RBS connection allows the replacement of the damaged R-RBS easily right after an earthquake. Pursuant to this goal, experimental and numerical studies have been undertaken to investigate the performance of the R-RBS connection. An experimental study on the RBS connection was used to substantiate the numerical model using ABAQUS, a commercially available finite element software. Additionally, five different finite element models were developed to conduct a parametric study. The results of the analysis were compared in terms of the moment and energy absorption capacities, PEEQ, rupture and tri-axiality indexes. The design process as well as the optimum dimensions of the R-RBS connections are presented. It was also demonstrated that the proposed R-RBS connection satisfies AISC criteria based on the nonlinear finite element analysis results.

  • 문화상품은 문화적 요소가 상품화된 것으로 상품이상의 성질과 가치를 지니고 있으면서 대중적 판매를 위한 제작과 공급을 목적으로 생산되어지며 상업적 성격을 가지고 있다. 특히 박물관의 문화상품은 관람객에게는 좋은 추억을 간직하고 교육적 경험을 넓히며 생산자나 판매자에게는 수익의 원천이 된다. 이러한 문화상품은 모티브가 된 나름의 배경을 가지고 있는데 직접적으로 전시되고 있는 소장품에 얽힌 미술사적 역사적 조형적 배경을 모두 포괄하기 때문이다. 문화상품은 전통문화의 토양을 기초로 하고 다양한 문화적 소재를 중심으로 출발하여 현대생활에 유용한 실용적가치에 충실하면서도 세계화속에서 문화적 차별성을 획득할 수 있어야 한다. 국제적으로 문화소재를 이용한 상품화개발은 자국의 문화상품을 세계화하는 것이 국가의 경쟁력이기 때문이다. 따라서 백제문화상품들을 현대적인 디자인, 연령층, 내 외국인용 상품을 고려한 고객 만족도 조사와 함께 다양한 상품개발과 뮤지엄 샵의 운영상의 어려움에 따른 국가적인 차원의 적극적인 지원이 필요로 한다. 더불어 해외의 뮤지엄 샵처럼 on-off line을 활용하여 지속적으로 홍보하고 문화상품 구입 시 회원제도, 특별 할인 행사 등의 마케팅 전략을 도입, 뮤지엄 샵으로서 기능과 역할을 다할 때 지역경제의 활성화에 기여할 수 있겠다.

다이캐스팅 보의 등가 기공결함을 고려한 강도평가 (Strength Estimation of Die Cast Beams Considering Equivalent Porous Defects)

  • 각종 기공과 같은 결함을 허용하는 다이캐스팅 부품의 강도를 현장 수준에서 평가할 수 있는 이론적 방법을 제안한다. 결함을 갖는 부재의 탄성시험을 통해 강성도를 구하고 이를 결함이 없는 이론적 강성도와 비교함으로써 등가 기공률을 산출한다. 등가 기공률 식은 Eshelby의 함유이론으로부터 유도하였다. 산출된 등가 기공률은 Mori-Tanaka 법을 이용하여 기공결함을 포함하는 재료의 응력-변형률 선도를 그리기 위하여 사용된다. 본 연구에서는 Hollomon 변형경화 모델을 사용하였다. 이 응력-변형률 선도를 이용하면 균일분포의 기공결함을 갖는 다이캐스팅 부재의 강도를 평가할 수 있게 된다. 등가 기공률을 고려한 하나의 이론해로서 직사각형 단면의 다이캐스팅 보에 대한 삼점 굽힘의 탄소성 강도를 소성힌지의 방법으로 유도하였다.

편리한 입력방식의 단조공정해석을 위한 CAMPform 2D의 Preprocessor 개발 (Development of CAMPform2D Preprocessor for Forming Process U sing Convenient Input Method)

  • CAMPfonn2D is a Finite Element Method (FEM) based process simulation system designed to analyze two dimensional (2D) flow of various metal forming processes. It enables designers to analyze metal forming processes on the computer rather than the shop floor using trial and error and provides vital information about material and thermal flow during the forming process to facilitate the design of products. CAMPfonn2D can be used by companies, research institutes and industrial applications to analyze forging, extrusion, drawing, heading, upsetting and many other metal forming processes. Also, process simulation using CAMPfonn2D can be instrumental in cost, quality and delivery improvements at leading companies. Today's competitive pressures require companies to take advantage of every tool for rapid manufacturing of well-designed product. So, the preprocessor of simulation program must be easy to use to speed-up design. In this paper, we introduce new version of Preprocessor and show how easy to use it. And, Preprocessor will prove itself to be easy and extremely effective.

해석적 지식 추론을 통한 후방 압출푸의 예비 성형체 설계 (Preform Design of Backward Extrusion Based on Inference of Analytical Knowledge)

  • This paper presents a preform design method that combines the analytic method and inference of known knowledge with neural network. The analytic method is a finite element method that is used to simulate backward extrusion with pre-defined process parameters. The multi-layer network and back-propagation algorithm are utilized to learn the training examples from the simulation results. The design procedures are utilized to learn the training examples from the simulation results. The design procedures are two methods the first the neural network infer the deformed shape from the pre-defined processes parameters. The other the network infer the processes parameters from deformed shape. Especially the latest method is very useful to design the preform From the desired feature it is possible to determine the processes parameters such as friction stroke and tooling geometry. The proposed method is useful for shop floor to decide the processes parameters and preform shapes for producing sound product.

  • 소셜네트워크게임(SNG)은 말 그대로 사회적인 연결망이나 관계에 기반한 게임이다. 사람들과의 관계가 게임에 있어서 중요한 요소가 되어 이를 잘 활용해야 원활한 진행을 할 수 있다는 점이다. 소셜네트워크 서비스에 바탕을 둔 소셜네트워크 게임의 활동은 실제 기업상품과 연결시켜 구매를 유도할 수도 있고 또 소셜네트워크 게임 상의 가게를 기업의 웹사이트나 쇼핑몰과 연결하여 게임 속에서 광고를 통한 마케팅도 가능하다. 본 연구에서는 개발게임을 사례를 들어 소셜커머스에 기반한 새로운 SNG 비즈니스 모델을 제안하고 차후 SNG 수익모델 연계방식을 제시하였다.

백화점 내 업종별 판매매장에 따른 오염물질 배출현황 평가 (Evaluation of Pollutants Emissions according to the Selling Store in Department Store)

  • It is important thing that air quality affects human health. And It is more important thing that Indoor Air Quality more affects human health than Outdoor Air Quality. The cause of that is indoor air pollutants are more absorbed than outdoor air pollutants. By the way, in case of Multi-use facility for example office, department store, school etc., it has a feature that there are more people than any other buildings. therethrough, effects of Indoor Air Quality of Multi-use facility affect more people's health than Indoor Air Quality of any other buildings. However, in multi-use facility, specifically retail store, chemical treated materials are used for interior finishing, showcase finishing and product finishing because esthetic element is more added for detention of customer. Consequently, in place where demands brisk sales, possibility that indoor air is polluted by VOCs is high. This study considered retail store's Indoor Air Quality. as result of experiment, figure of department store's air pollution exceed about 5~20 times in guideline of multi-use facility's Indoor Air Quality in any kind of shop of department store (guideline : $500{\mu}g/m^3$).
