  • Electronic commerce facilitates trade and lower transaction cost can help firms make use of the opportunities of globalization of production and markets. Electronic commerce has broad implications for future trade. These implications include the effect on trade policy making and enforcement. And it is important to ensure that the present and future trading system de jure and de facto allows electronic commerce to realize its potentials as an alternative or a complement to conventional trade. The comprehensive work program had been implemented to examine all trade-related issues relating to global electronic commerce before the Seattle 3rd Ministerial Conference which was suspended. In general, Member countries recognized the need to ensure that electronic commerce in all its forms is conducted in full conformity with WTO principles and rules. But, there are still major issues to be solved such as access to relevant electronic systems, competition policy in telecomnunications services, WTO provisions relating to the protection of IPRs, the clarification of a number of key concepts and definitions, etc.

  • 이미 수십억 개의 온라인 판매를 하고 있는 인터넷 전자상거래는 향후 몇 년간 급성장할 것으로 예측된다. 많은 회사들이 이 새로운 판매 통로를 이용하고 있으며, 소수의 소매상들은 주요한 온라인 판매 사이트를 구축하였다. 비즈니스 대 비즈니스, 틈새시장에서 몇 가지 성공사례가 있다. 이 논문은 온라인 카탈로그와 온라인 구매률을 포함한 전자상거래 시스템의 기본적인 것을 정리하였다. 전자상거래 시스템은 저작도군 웹 어플리케이션 전자지불기술, 그리고 보안과 트랜잭션처리로 구성된다.

국내 전자화폐시장 전망 (Information Security Market Analysis)

  • 전자지불 시스템의 발달로 인해 현금이나 수표 등 전통적 결제수단이 정보기술을 활용한 전자화래 결제로 대체되고 있다. 국내 전자화폐 시장은 소액지급결제부문을 중심으로 급속히 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 하지만 현재 시장현황은 예상과 달리 인식부족, 기반시설미비, 법ㆍ제도적 미비, 업체의 영세성 등으로 일부분야를 제외하고는 활성화되지 못하고 있다. 향후 전자화폐가 일반 및 인터넷 쇼핑몰 대금 결제 이외에 교통카드, 신용ㆍ직불ㆍ현금카드, 보안카드, 의료카드, 신분증, 인증서 보관 등 다양한 용도로 이용 가능하게 되면 크게 활성 될 전망이다. 이에 본 논문은 향후 국내 전자화폐 시장에 대한 동향을 분석하고 전망해 그 대비책을 강구해 본다.

국가이미지가 중국 소비자의 구매의향에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Impact of Country Image on the Chinese Consumers' Purchase Intention)

  • 본 연구는 중국에서 중요한 소비 계층으로 급성장하고 있는 중국 대도시의 대학생들을 대상으로 경제발전, 교육수준, 제품품질, 기술연구, 생활수준, 민주체제의 요소로 국가이미지를 측정하여 일본과 한국의 국가이미지가 중국 소비자의 식품, 의류패션, 생활용품, 음악제품, 자동차, 가전제품의 구매의향에 미치는 영향의 차이를 비교 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과 국가이미지가 중국 소비자들의 제품별 구매의향에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 전자제품을 제외한 식품, 생활용품, 의류패션, 음악제품, 자동차 구매시 한국의 국가이미지가 중국 소비자들의 구매의향에 미치는 영향은 일본보다 다소 작은 것으로 나타났다. 조사대상 표본 구성의 한계로 인해 본 연구의 일반화에는 주의가 필요하나 국가이미지의 각 구성요소가 제품구매에 영향을 미치고 있음을 발견하여 국가 차원에서의 국가이미지 구축 전략의 필요성을 확인하고, 또 각 기업들이 자체적으로 중국시장에서의 브랜드인지도를 높이기 위해 노력해야 한다는 점을 시사하고 있다는 점에서 본 연구는 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.

  • The tremendous growth of the Internet, particularly World Wide Web, has resulted in significant changes in commerce environments. Internet has brought significant changes in the economics of marketing channels and has led to a redefinition of industry value chain. Electronic Commerce(EC) has become so important that countries and firms unprepared for this new trend would lose competitive advantages in the coming century of Digital Economy. Despite its importance, current EC markets in Korea are immature and there still exist several barriers to EC development thus excluding business to consumer EC markets. As interest in quality management and its effect on competitive performance has grown, there has been a corresponding proliferation of research. However, the majority of the research on quality management has not evolved in a comprehensive and rigorous fashion, particularly with regard to reliability and validity issues. The purpose of this paper investigates on Vitalization of the Activities of on-line shopping mall under of TQM system in Korea. That would make it possible to remove elements of insecurity and doubt currently felt by many users of on-line shopping mall(internet detail or cyber mall) business. In addition, we tried to find out what factors discourage consumers from using electronic purchasing methods, as well as how perceived quality factors and customer satisfaction when consumers are exposed to the purchase process on the on-line shopping mall business.

  • 전통적으로 은행 등 금융기관은 자신이 관리하는 고객의 계좌와 정보를 이용하여 지배적인 위치에서 금융서비스를 제공하여 왔다. 최근 유럽연합은 지급결제서비스지침을 개정하여 고객계좌에 대한 접근과 계좌 관련 정보의 제공을 제3자에게도 허용하는 것을 제도적으로 보장하여, 금융시장에서 경쟁을 촉진하고 혁신을 도모하고 있다. 그렇지만 이러한 변화는 잠재적인 보안위험을 증가시킬 수 있으며, 따라서 신·구 시장참여자 모두가 금융시장에서 보안위험에 적합하게 대응할 수 있도록 금융당국의 제도적인 대응이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 유럽연합의 새로운 지급결제서비스지침(Payment Service Directive, PSD2)에서 확인할 수 있는 보안위험에 대한 제도적 대응을 분석하고 이를 국내의 전자금융규제와 비교·분석하여 시사점을 도출함으로써 국내 전자금융규제의 개선 방향을 제안하고자 한다.

  • Electronic Trade of increasing is the use of the Internet makes it possible for business to expand their markets and render services. However, it also brought up many problems caused by various issues. The problems encompass consumer protection and dispute settlement between the disputed parties. Online ADR have some advantage that are convenience, low-cost, legitimate to online users and avoids jurisdiction issues and some disadvantages that are loss of the human factor, lack of accessibility, lack of confidentiality and security and difficulty of enforcing arbitral agreements. This purpose of this paper is to reviews the types of Online ADR, as the dispute settlement way in Electronic Trade. This study points out the task that korea has to promote the Online ADR for more effective and efficient dispute settlements.

Small Buyers Adoption of Reverse Aggregation Electronic Markets: A Case Study on the Korean Auto Repair Industry

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate factors which can lead small buyers to participate in a Reverse Aggregation Electronic Market (RAEM). Five factors including search, selection, price, delivery, and Internet literacy were selected as possible factors which are expected to influence small buyers' participation in a RAEM. This paper focused on a RAEM of the Korean automotive industry in which the third party aggregator formed a group of small automobile repair shops (ARS) and amassed buying power for them by building a buyer' oriented electronic market (EM). Survey data were collected from small ARS in South Korea. The results of the empirical analysis indicated that fast delivery and support for Internet illiteracy are potential incentives that could influence buyers' decisions to join a RAEM.

A Unified Model of Web-Based Shopping Systems Diffusion

  • Although the research on electronic commerce is plentiful, there is little empirical research related to Web-Based Shopping Systems (WBSS). This is especially so in global electronic commerce circumstances. WBSS are the fastest growing segment of digital economies and are perceived as driving forces of electronic commerce in terms of global markets and digital business. Using WBSS, organizations have a new chance of their business evolving successfully as global marketers. This paper develops a unified model to assess the diffusion of WBSS. Factors that impact WBSS diffusion are identified and analyzed as the basis for empirical testing. A set of propositions is developed that allows operationalization of the model. The ultimate goal is to provide the new research insights for the academic circles and the practical guidelines for organizations wishing to undertake WBSS.

  • Electronic commerce is giving rise to many new and innovative 'gest business practices,' such as telecommuting and the virtual workplace. Telecommuting and the virtual workplace go hand in hand. Today, more then 35 million people in the United States telecommute, and that expected to grow by 20 percent over the next several years. And more then 30 million people used internet shopping mall every years in Korea. Therefore, using the internet and information technology, electronic commerce has the potential to propel a company to 'break out' of existing strategic constraints and radically alter business processes, strengthen customer and supplier ties, and open up new markets. The object of this study is the investigation method for activity solution of electronic commerce of fashion cloth shopping mall in korea. The study has investigated 2 cases about 'halfclub.com' in Korea and 'bluefly.com' in America in the research. Therefore, the study founded the 3problems of electronic commerce at fashion cloth shopping mall in korea and suggested that the activation policies of electronic commerce. The result of suggested that the new electronic commerce style, a lot of contents affects positive effects on the performance of fashion cloth shopping mall in Korea and hope that will be expect new role of electronic commerce to be the herb in fashion cloth shopping mall in korea.
