This study is a paper reviewed legal status of medical personnel and issues of law on recently discovered medical records. As the increase of medical personnel who have gone through the administrative disposal in regards to the medical records, it is needed to examine the legal issue or dispute on the medical records under the current law. Medical records are the statement on patient's medical conditions made by the medical personnel. This records are used as important source for patient's further treatment. This becomes the communication route between the patients and the other medical personnel, and it provides the patients a right to find out their medical information. According to the Medical Service Act (Article 21), a medical personnel shall prepare respectively a record book of medical examination and treatment. And medical personnel shall make a signature. Furthermore, the medical personnel or the opener of the medical institutions must preserve the record book (including an electronic medical record). Meanwhile, the issues of a ban on false entry, additional record, revision or manipulation on the medical record have been recently on the rise. This paper briefly examined the major issues in regards to the medical records. It especially clarified the legal duty on medical records and its major-contentious-issues. At the same time, it pointed out the problems of the unreasonable over interpretation of the law. Furthermore, this suggested the guidelines for the further discussion and review.

The purpose of this study is to observe the changes of EEG signals in the process for solving the problems in concentration. In the experiments, subjects were given two tasks. The first task is to memorize the words after they used their own smart phone for ordinary commercial games and the second task is to memorize the words after they read a page of a p-book. In this paper, we present SMR waves and mid-beta waves to analyze from the EEG signals of the subjects because the waves are the EEG components related to concentration of human.

지난 2001년 7월 제정된 한국전자책문서표준 EBKS(Electronic Book of Korea Standard) 1.0은 지난 2002년 7월 한국산업기술표준원의 산업표준심의를 거쳐 한국전자처 표준문서형 정의 규격번호 $KS{\times}6100$으로 제정되었다. 따라서 $KS{\times}6100$을 사용하는 전자책 문서들은 표준의 목적과 명세에 대한 부합 여부를 판별하기 위한 적합성 검사 및 이에 기반 한 인증 절차가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 적합성 검사의 기준이 되는 적합성 조항(Conformance Clause)의 정의와 이에 따른 전자책 표준 스키마를 정의하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서 정의된 조항들을 통하여 전자책 저작자들은 전자책표준의 목적과 명세에 보다 적합한 전자책 문서들을 제작할 수 있으며, 서비스 제공자들은 적합성 검사 기법을 통한 자동화된 적합성 표준 스키마를 사용하여 효율적인 적합성 검사가 가능하다.

본 논문에서는 한국사회에서 미래 100년 동안 사회 경제 분야의 가장 중요한 핵심 문제로 대두되어질 다문화가정과 관련하여 IT와 융합된 전자책 시스템을 기반으로 자녀교육에 대한 해결책을 제시하기 위하여 7개국의 유명한 전래동화책을 수집, 분석하고 번역하여 다국어 전자책으로 제작하고 서적, CD, 웹사이트, 스마트폰을 이용하여 세계 각국의 다문화가정 교육모델로 제시하고 서비스한다. 구현되어진 다국어 전자책 모델 시스템은 국내 다문화가정 어린이의 이중 언어 교육을 통하여 부모와 연계된 다문화 시대의 문화적 언어적 문제를 해결하며 다문화 어린이들의 글로벌 마인드 함양 및 다문화를 기반으로 한 사회적 통합을 추진하며 세계 최고수준의 유비쿼터스 인터넷 인프라 기반 서비스를 통하여 전자책 서비스의 글로벌 표준을 제시한다. 다국어 전자책 모델 시스템은 국가지원과제 신청을 통하여 지역사회를 통한 복지 분야 행정시스템을 기반으로 무료 보급하며 2011년 독일에서 개최되는 국제도서전에 출품하여 글로벌 보급 활성화와 교육성과에 대한 발표를 추진한다.

In this paper, we propose a modified optical CBC(Cipher Block Chaining) encryption method using optical XOR logic operations. The proposed method is optically implemented by using dual encoding and a free-space interconnected optical logic gate technique in order to process XOR operations in parallel. Also, we suggest a CBC encryption/decryption optical module which can be fabricated with simple optical architecture. The proposed method makes it possible to encrypt and decrypt vast two-dimensional data very quickly due to the fast optical parallel processing property, and provides more security strength than the conventional electronic CBC algorithm because of the longer security key with the two-dimensional array. Computer simulations show that the proposed method is very effective in CBC encryption processing and can be applied to even ECB(Electronic Code Book) mode and CFB(Cipher Feedback Block) mode.

In a situation with reducing numbers of students and local universities in crisis, this study aims to analyze collection and loan usage data in small-sized university libraries and present evidence for guiding their collection development policy. The data was collected from Rinfo from 2010 to 2022 regarding the numbers of enrolled students, collected books, book loans, and electronic resources and compared the average values of entire 4-year university libraries to those of small-sized ones by year and region. Results show that while the numbers of enrolled students and book loans have decreased in both of groups, the number of collected books has increased 30% more in small groups and the amount of electronic resource use has increased enormously as well. Correlation analysis presents that both of groups have the consistent result. It is suggested that small-sized university libraries should highly increase their budget ratio to electronic resources for collection development and build a consortium by university's speciality for mutual use of electronic resources.

In this paper, we design and implement A4 sized, web-based POP(Print On Demand) system using multi-layer technique. We Propose the framework of POP system, which uses multi-layer technique, uses highly accessible web-service, produces template, enables a user to easily edit, and allows the user to instantly print edited files. This system will be widely used in web-based electronic publication and e-book.

The purpose of this study is to provide the basic information related to electronic picture books and implications for the development of high-quality in-home child care service programs by examining the perceptions and actual conditions of electronic picture books. A survey was conducted with 216 in-home childcare workers from the one Healthy Family Support Center who participated in the workshop on electronic picture books and 161 students from the Department of Early Childhood Education at two Universities as a comparison group. The findings are as follows. First, there was no difference between the two groups in recognition of ICT competencies and satisfaction with electronic picture books. Second, both groups viewed electronic picture books are effective in preparing for the information age and very positive in providing electronic picture books. Third, the valuation of electronic picture books in both groups was higher than that of paper picture books. Fourth, there was no significant difference between the two groups in valuing e-picture books by ICT competence. The results of this study provide implications for the development of systematic educational programs to enhance the job performance of in-home child providers, which will be expanded in the future, by examining ICT competencies, e-picture book actual utilization, and recognition between the in-home childcare providers and ECE students.

The increase of vehicles stagnations leads to the increasing attention to the way customers pay and a large number of projects on electronic cash system. Tranport system is comprised of a number of advanced technologies, including information processing, communications, control, and electronics. Recently many research on a system which provides contact in order to protect driver's vehicle passage have been carried out. And some potential problems from that system are being reviewed by electronic cash system. In this papers, we suggest RF protocol developing technology using the concept of electronic cash. ATM electronic cash developing is consist of component of pre-developed coin throw, Integration of component using its, and production of more requirement-satisfactory ITS solution. Result increase 15∼40％ pre-type vehicles stagnations. Especially, we expect this proposed concept would be well adapted to our national environments.
